"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh personal trait terhadap intensi berwirausaha pelaku UMKM di kota Depok. Bukti empris menyatakan bahwa personal trait dapat memengaruhi intensi seseorang untuk berwirausaha. Hal ini berarti bahwa jika pemerintah Indonesia ingin menciptakan lebih banyak lagi pengusaha, bisa dimulai dari memperbaiki pribadi individu. Dari empat variabel personal trait yang ditelti, variabel-variabel seperti risk tolerance dan entrepreneurial alertness dikonfirmasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap intensi berwirausaha dikalangan pemilik UMKM di Kota Depok. Variabel locus of control dan need for achievement. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pada karakter UMKM di Kota Depok, walau hanya dengan kepribadian seperti risk tolerance dan entrepreneurial alertness saja mampu mendorong seseorang untuk memiliki intensi berwirausaha dan akhirnya memutuskan untuk menjadi pengusaha.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to examine effect of personal trait on entrepreneurial intention among MSMEs in Depok. The empirical evidence proves that personal trait has effect on entrepreneurial intention. This means that if government in Indonesia is willing to create more entrepreneur, they must start oin creating personality which support the intention to become entrepreneur. This research found that personal trait like risk tolerance and entrepreneurial alertness have significantly effect on entrepreneurial intention among MSMEs in Depok. Furthermore, this study also examinewhich factors have the most significant effect on it. The findings show that even with two traits are enough to support people to become entrepreneur."

"Digitalisasi menawarkan kesempatan yang besar untuk lingkungan bisnis, tak terkecuali untuk perusahaan rintisan (startup). Menanggapi desakan teknologi, banyak perusahaan rintisan yang menggunakan platform digital sebagai strategi bisnis mereka. Namun kenyataannya, banyak perusahaan rintisan yang gugur karena tidak adanya entrepreneurial orientation dan digital platform capability yang sebanding. Selain itu, perusahaan rintisan menghadapi tantangan yang unik karena sumber daya mereka yang terbatas maka perusahaan rintisan harus mampu mengelola hubungan internal dan eksternal mereka sehingga dibutuhkan network capability yang baik. Dalam mengelola hubungan tersebut, perusahaan juga harus mampu mengembangkan pendekatan strategic flexibility mereka. Karena skala perusahaan yang kecil, maka dibutuhkannya kemampuan untuk mengambil tindakan yang fleksibel dan cepat dalam menanggapi perubahan lingkungan. Dengan adanya kapabilitas dan orientasi tersebut diharapkan bahwa perusahaan rintisan dapat meningkatkan startup performance mereka.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh entrepreneurial orientation dan digital platform capability yang dipengaruhi network capability dan strategic flexibility terhadap startup performance. Survey dilakukan terhadap 124 perusahaan rintisan berbasis digital dalam bidang jasa di Indonesia. Selanjutnya hasil survey dianalisis menggunakan structural equation modelling-partial least square (SEM-PLS) untuk menguji hipotesisnya.
Hasilnya, entrepreneurial orientation dan digital platform capability berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap network capability dan tidak langsung terhadap startup performance melalui peran network capability dan strategic performance. Namun berdasarkan penelitian ini bahwa pengaruh network capability terhadap startup performance tidak didukung data

Digitization offers great opportunities for the business environment, and there are no exceptions for startup companies. Responding to the pressure of technology, many startup companies are using digital platforms as their business strategy. However, in reality, many startups fail due to the lack of an entrepreneurial orientation and comparable digital platform capability. In addition, startups face unique challenges because of their limited resources, so startups must be able to manage their internal and external relationships hence good network capability is needed. In managing these relationships, companies must also be able to develop their strategic flexibility approach. Due to the small scale of the company, it requires the ability to take flexible and fast actions in response to environmental changes. With this capability and orientation, it is hoped that startup companies can improve their startup performance.
This study aims to empirically examine the influence of entrepreneurial orientation and digital platform capability that effect network capability and strategic flexibility on startup performance. The survey was conducted on 124 digital-based startups in the service sector in Indonesia. Furthermore, the survey results were analyzed using the structural equation modeling-partial least square (SEM-PLS) to test the hypothesis.
As a result, entrepreneurship orientation and digital platform capabilities have a direct effect on network capabilities and indirectly on startup performance through the role of network capabilities and strategic flexibility. However, based on this research, the effect of network capability on startup performance is not supported by data.

"Indonesia memiliki banyak potensi pasar untuk pengembangan startup. Namun kebanyakan startup umumnya hanya mampu bertahan kurang dari dua tahun. Hal ini karena startup menghadapi banyak ketidakpastian dalam menemukan model bisnisnya. Salah satu tantangan yang dihadapi adalah agar model bisnis yang dijalankan selaras dengan capaian product-market fit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis model bisnis startup pelayanan kesehatan hewan agar tercapai model bisnis yang product-market fit. Pendekatan kualitatif dilakukan dalam menganalisis hipotesis model bisnis yang telah dijalankan oleh beberapa startup pada domain bisnis ini. Untuk analisis model bisnis direpresentasikan dalam bentuk hipotesis Business Model Canvas (BMC). Untuk mendapatkan Minimum Viable Product (MVP) yang selaras dengan model bisnis tersebut, digunakan metode Customer Development, sedangkan untuk penentuan prioritas fitur MVP digunakan pendekatan KANO. Responden dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 18 orang pemilik hewan peliharaan dan 3 orang penyedia jasa pelayanan kesehatan hewan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rekomendasi berupa model bisnis dalam bentuk BMC dan MVP yang dapat digunakan sebagai dasar (baseline) dalam membangun sebuah startup pada industri pelayanan kesehatan hewan. Berdasarkan umpan balik dari pengguna, model bisnis ini sejalan dengan tingkat konversi MVP sebesar 95%.

Indonesia has many potential markets for startup development. However, most startups generally only last less than two years. It is because startups face a lot of uncertainty in finding their business model. One of the challenges faced is ensuring that the implemented business model is in line with product-market fit achievements. This study aims to analyze the veterinary service startup business model to achieve a product-market fit business model. The author uses the qualitative approach in analyzing the business model hypotheses run by several startups in this business domain. Business model analysis is represented in the form of a Business Model Canvas (BMC) hypothesis. The author uses the Customer Development method to get the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that is in line with the business model. In contrast, we used the KANO approach to determine the priority of the MVP feature. Respondents in this study consisted of 18 pet owners and three animal health service providers. This research produces recommendations in the form of business models in the form of BMC and MVP that can be used as a baseline in building a startup in the animal health service industry. Based on user feedback, the business model is in line with the MVP conversion rate by 95%.

"Penelitian ini menggunakan model Strategic Entrepreneruship SE Model yang dikembangkan Ireland et al. 2003 , yang menggabungkan manajemen stratejik dan kewirausahaan. Dalam perspektif SE, untuk meningkatkan daya saing diperlukan pengelolaan sumber daya secara stratejik yang membuahkan inovasi sebagai salah satu sumber keunggulan kompetitif. Namun sebelumnya, diperlukan pola pikir, budaya, dan kepemimpinan entrepreneurial sebagai prasyarat.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pola pikir, budaya, dan kepemimpinan entrepreneurial dan pengelolaan sumber daya secara stratejik terhadap inovasi pada Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah. Sebanyak 86 pemilik UMKM di Jakarta dan Depok dilibatkan dalam penelitian. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dioleh menggunakan metode Partial Least Square PLS . Hasilnya diketahui bahwa budaya dan kepemimpinan entrepreneurial memberikan pengaruh paling signifikan terhadap inovasi pada UMKM.

This study uses Strategic Entrepreneurship SE Model from Ireland et al., 2003 , that is combined strategic management and entrepreneurship on its analysis. On SE perspective, ability to manage resources strategically and innovation is needed to build firm competitiveness. But in the other hand, firms need an entrepreneurial mindset, entrepreneurial culture, and entrepreneurial leadership as necessary condition.
This study aims to investigate the effect of entrepreneurial mindset, entrepreneurial culture, entrepreneurial leadership and managing resources strategically on Small Medium Enterprise's Innovation process. Responses from 86 SME's owners who reside in Jakarta and Depok was involved in the study. Data collection was analyzed using Partial Least Square PLS method. This study finds that entrepreneurial culture and leadership have the strongest effect on SME's Innovation process.

"ABSTRAK

Beberapa penelitian tentang Pengembangan Produk Baru (NPD) telah dilakukan, namun belum mempertimbangkan apakah para praktisi NPD dari perusahaan besar dan Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) memahami tentang praktik apa yang menjadi praktik terbaik pada proses NPD, mengetahui dimensi apa yang paling penting dalam menjalankan NPD, serta menyadari tentang perbedaan antara praktik NPD yang dijalankan oleh perusahaan dan UKM. Dengan menggunakan kerangka yang dikembangkan dari beberapa penelitian sebelumnya, data dikumpulkan melalui survey secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif di beberapa perusahaan dan UKM di Indonesia yang selanjutnya diolah dengan pengujian reliabilitas, paired t-test, dan metode skoring dengan menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa para praktisi NPD memiliki pandangan yang beragam mengenai nilai kepentingan dan praktik terbaik dari ketujuh dimensi NPD.


ABSTRACT


Several studies on New Product Development (NPD) have been conducted, but have not considered whether NPD practitioners from large companies and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) understand what practices are best practices in the NPD process, knowing what dimensions are most important in running NPD , and be aware of the differences between NPD practices run by companies and SMEs. Using a framework developed from several previous studies, data was collected through qualitative and quantitative surveys in several companies and SMEs in Indonesia which were then processed by reliability test, paired t-test, and scoring method using SPSS 25. The results showed that NPD practitioners had diverse views on value of importance and best practices of the seven dimensions of NPD

"Pertumbuhan UMKM start-up di Indonesia makin meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Hal ini didukung oleh berbagai kompetisi ide bisnis yang memberikan pelatihan dan monitoring pada UMKM start-up pemenang kompetisi. Sayangnya kebanyakan UMKM start-up yang muncul merupakan UMKM instan yang tidak mampu bersaing di pasar. Hipotesa awal terkait fenomena ini adalah kurang diperhatikannya proses R&D dalam pengembangan produk pada UMKM start-up.
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat efisien kinerja R&D dari UMKM start-up pemenang kompetisi sebelum dan setelah mendapatkan pelatihan pasca kompetisi. Nilai efisiensi ini akan menjadi indikator, seberapa besar peran kompetisi ide bisnis dalam membantu UMKM start-up untuk meningkatkan kinerja R&D mereka. Pengukuran efisiensi dilakukan dengan mengintegrasikan model Balanced Scorecard (BSC) dengan Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA).
Berdasarkan intregasi model BSC-DEA, pengukuran efisiensi dilakukan dalam 5 perspektif berbeda yaitu uncertainty perspective, learning and growth perspective, internal business process perspective, customer perspective, dan fnancial perspective.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kinerja R&D UMKM start-up untuk masing-masing perspektif cenderung meningkat setelah memperoleh pembinaan, meski ternyata ada UMKM start-up yang efisiensinya justru menurun.

Growth of SME start-up in Indonesia is increasing from year to year. This is supported by wide range of business ideas competition that provide training and monitoring of SME start-up winners. Unfortunately most of the SME start-up that appers is instant SME that can not compete in market. Initial hypothesis related to this phenomenon is the lack of attention to the process of R&D in product development of SME start-up.
This study was conducted to determine the level of R&D efficiency and product development performance of SME start-up winners of the competition before and after obtaining post-competition training. The efficiency value will be an indicator to determine how much the role of competition in helping SME start-up to improve their R&D performance. The measurement of efficiency achieved by integrating Balanced Scorecard (BSC) model with Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) model.
Based on BSC-DEA model integration, the efficiency measurement carried out into 5 perspective, uncertainty perspective, learning and growth perspective, internal business process perspective, customer perspective, and fnancial perspective.
The result show that R&D performance for each perspective tends to increase after SME start-up obtaining post-competition training, although there was SME start-up that decrease their efficiency.
