Hasil penelitian ini mendeskripsikan mengenai tahapan perencanaan program Mini Learning Center di Yayasan Mitra Netra yang terdiri dari menganalisis permasalahan; assessment kebutuhan klien; menentukan tujuan, sasaran, dan sumber daya manusia; merancang strategi pelaksanaan program; pendanaan dan penganggaran; dan evaluasi. Selain itu juga mendeskripsikan faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat perencanaan program tersebut.

This thesis discusses the planning of Mini Learning Center program for the blind by Mitra Netra Foundation while also supporting and inhibiting factors in the planning of Mini Learning Center program. The study is a qualitative research with descriptive design. The result of this study describes the planning stages of Mini Learning Center program at the Yayayasn Mitra Netra which consists of analyzing the problem; assessment of client needs; determine the goals, objectives, and human resources to design strategies for the program; funding and budgeting, and evaluation. But it also describes the factors supporting and inhibiting the program planning."
