"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker PT. Glaxo Wellcome Indonesia bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta mempelajari penerapan CPOB dan peran apoteker di dalam industri farmasi. Melalui praktek kerja profesi apoteker ini dapat diketahui bahwa peran apoteker dalam struktur organisasi PT. Glaxo Wellcome Indonesia tidak hanya terletak pada tiga personil kunci. Apoteker juga memiliki peran pada divisi lainnya, yaitu Technical, Compliance, dan Logistik. Tugas khusus mengenai standar kerja repacking di PT. Glaxo Wellcome Indonesia dilakukan untuk mengetahui tujuan pengembangan standar kerja repacking dan mengidentifikasi pemborosan yang terjadi terkait standar kerja berdasarkan hasil observasi pada proses repacking vaksin. Pemborosan yang teridentifikasi pada kegiatan repacking meliputi defect, waiting, motion dan processing yang menghasilkan variasi proses dan waktu sehingga menyebabkan inkonsistensi proses pada setiap siklus repacking yang dilakukan membantu dalam memastikan konsistensi proses kerja melalui standar kerja yang telah dikembangkan.

Waste identified in repacking activities include defect, waiting, motion and processing that produces a variety of processes and time, causing inconsistencies in each cycle repacking process conducted assist in ensuring the consistency of the process of working through labor standards that have been developed"

"Salah satu bentuk pelayanan kesehatan ialah pelayanan kefarmasian. Apotek adalah sarana pelayanan kefarmasian tempat dilakukan praktek kefarmasian oleh Apoteker. Untuk menyediakan fasilitas kesehatan yang layak bagi setiap orang, terkhusus dalam hal sediaan farmasi, dilaksanan pelayanan kefarmasian yang berfokus pada tercapainya tujuan terapi dan keamanan pasien patient safety . Seorang apoteker wajib melakukan praktek kefarmasian di apotek yang didasarkan pada standar pelayanan kefarmasian. Oleh sebab itu seorang calon apoteker wajib mengetahui tanggung jawab, tugas, dan peran apoteker dalam pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek. Masiswa telah mempelajari keterampilan dan pengetahuan terkait praktek kefarmasian di Apotek Kimia Farma Senen baik dalam hal pelayanan resep dan non-resep, pelayanan informasi obat dan pengelolaan sediaan farmasi di apotek yang meliputi pemesanan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, pemusnahan sediaan farmasi serta pelaporan yang dilakukan di apotek.

One of health care system is pharmaceutical care. A pharmacy is a pharmacy service place where pharmaceutical practice is done by a pharmacist. To provide decent health facilities for everyone, especially in pharmaceutical preparations, pharmaceutical services are being implemented to be focus on the effectivity and safety of patient therapy. A pharmacist is required to practice pharmaceuticals in pharmacies based on standard pharmaceutical care. Therefore a pharmacist must know the responsibilities, duties, and role of pharmacist. Skills and knowledge related to pharmacy practice that the student learned while in Kimia Farma Phamacy Senen are the service in prescription and non prescribed medicine, giving drug information and management of medicine stocks in pharmacy including ordering, receiving, storing and all reports in pharmacies."

"PT Sydna Farma merupakan industri farmasi yang memproduksi produk obat dalam bentuk sediaan padat hormonal, kontrasepsi, sediaan padat non hormonal, dan sediaan injeksi. Dalam proses pembuatan produk injeksi, bahan yang diperlukan perlu dicampur terlebih dahulu dalam mesin double jacket mixing tank. Pada pedoman CPOB mensyaratkan semua mesin atau peralatan yang dipergunakan pada proses produksi maupun yang dipergunakan dalam kegiatan analisa benar-benar dapat berfungsi sesuai dengan peruntukannya dan tidak berdampak buruk terhadap mutu atau kualitas produk. Untuk menjamin hal ini, maka setiap mesin atau peralatan harus dikualifikasi sebelum digunakan. Tujuan pembuatan tugas khusus selama praktik kerja profesi apoteker adalah memastikan kualifikasi kinerja (KK) mesin double jacket mixing tank di Area Parenteral PT Sydna Farma tetap dalam kondisi yang baik dan dapat beroperasi sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang telah ditentukan. Pelaksanaan KK dilakukan berdasarkan protokol KK mesin double jacket mixing tank pada area parenteral. Proses kualifikasi dilakukan dengan mengkaji data yang didapatkan dari Batch History File (BHF) produk injeksi untuk memverifikasi proses pencampuran. Pada proses ini dilakukan pengkajian pada data 5 batch produk injeksi Ox pada tahun 2022. Hasil pelaksanaan KK mesin double jacket mixing tank di PT Sydna Farma menunjukkan bahwa kinerja mesin dalam kondisi yang baik dan dapat beroperasi sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang telah ditentukan. Adapun parameter yang dilakukan adalah total durasi pencampuran, kecepatan pengadukan, pH, berat jenis larutan bulk hasil pencampuran, kadar bulk, dan kadar produk akhir.

In the process of making injection products, the required materials need to be mixed first in a double jacket mixing tank machine. The CPOB guidelines require that all machines or equipment used in the production process or used in analysis activities can actually function according to their intended purpose and do not have a negative impact on the quality or quality of the product. To guarantee this, every machine or equipment must be qualified before use. The purpose of creating special tasks during pharmacist professional work practice is to ensure that the performance qualifications (KK) of the double jacket mixing tank machine in the Parenteral Area of PT Sydna Farma remain in good condition and can operate according to predetermined specifications. KK implementation was carried out based on the KK protocol for the double jacket mixing tank machine in the parenteral area. The qualification process is carried out by reviewing data obtained from the Batch History File (BHF) of the injection product to verify the mixing process. In this process, a study was carried out on data from 5 batches of Ox injection products in 2022. The results of the KK implementation of the double jacket mixing tank machine at PT Sydna Farma showed that the machine performance was in good condition and could operate according to the specified specifications. The parameters used are the total mixing duration, stirring speed, pH, specific gravity of the mixed bulk solution, bulk content, and final product content."
