"Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh tingginya kasus kanker tiroid di Indonesia dan secara global, serta pentingnya penentuan aktivitas yang akurat dalam terapi molekuler untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pengobatan dan meminimalkan risiko toksisitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ketidakpastian nilai Recovery Coefficient (RC) dalam kuantifikasi nilai aktivitas pada terapi molekuler menggunakan radionuklida Iodin-131. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis dosimetri internal dengan mempertimbangkan ketidakpastian nilai RC, yang merupakan rasio antara konsentrasi aktivitas dari perhitungan dengan konsentrasi aktivitas yang sebenarnya. Data diperoleh dari citra SPECT pasien terapi tiroid pasca ablasi di salah satu rumah sakit di Jakarta Selatan. Hasil penelitian memperoleh aktivitas sebesar (2,076±0,312) MBq, (7,860±1,081) MBq, (69,879±10,243) MBq, (8,046±1,290) MBq, (812,197±2,183) MBq, pada Tiroid untuk 5 pasien. Ketidakpastian dalam nilai RC mempengaruhi akurasi nilai aktivitas, yang berdampak pada efektivitas terapi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pengembangan strategi untuk meningkatkan akurasi dosimetri pada terapi, khususnya dengan menggunakan Iodin-131, sehingga dapat meningkatkan keefektifan pengobatan bagi pasien kanker tiroid.

The background of this study is based on the high number of thyroid cancer cases in Indonesia and globally, as well as the importance of accurate activity determination in molecular therapy to improve treatment effectiveness and minimize the risk of toxicity. This study aims to analyze the effect of uncertainty in the Recovery Coefficient (RC) value in quantifying activity values in molecular therapy using Iodine-131 radionuclide. The method used in this study is an internal dosimetry analysis by considering the uncertainty of the RC value, which is the ratio between the activity concentration from the calculation and the actual activity concentration. Data were obtained from SPECT images of post-ablation thyroid therapy patients in one of the hospitals in South Jakarta. The results obtained activities of (2,076±0,312) MBq, (7,860±1,081) MBq, (69,879±10,243) MBq, (8,046±1,290) MBq, (812,197±2,183) MBq, in thyroid for 5 patients. The uncertainty in RC values affects the accuracy of activity values, which impacts the effectiveness of therapy. This study makes an important contribution to the development of strategies to improve the accuracy of dosimetry in therapy, especially using Iodine-131, so as to improve the effectiveness of treatment for thyroid cancer patients."

"ABSTRAK
Logam lembaran hasil proses canai konvensional umumnya memiliki sifat anisotropi pada arah bidang (anisotropi planar). Pada proses penarikan lembaran (deep drawing), khususnya pembuatan kup, tabung silinder, atau bentuk simetris lainnya, sifat tersebut sering menyebabkan terjadinya pengupingan dan variasi ketebalan dinding Teknik canai silang adalah teknik canai Baru yang diharapkan dapat memperbaiki sifat isotropi planar.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat sejauh mana teknik canai silang dapat memperbaiki sifat isoiropi planar lembaran dengan cara membandingkan sifat isotropi planar logam lembaran hasil teknik canal silang dengan logam lembaran hasil canal konvensional.
Bahan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah lembaran kuningan 18Zn (low brass) dan baja karbon rendah (AI-kilted) hash proses canai konvensional Proses canai dilakukan menggunakan mesin canai skala penelitian dengan reduksi tetap sebesar 55% untuk kuningan dan 70% untuk Baja. Proses anil dilakukan menggunakan dapur perlakuan panas skala penelitian pada temperatur dan waktu tahan tetap, yaitu 450°C; 40 menit untuk kuningan dan 650°C; 60 menit untuk baja.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lembaran kuningan dan baja hasil proses canai slicing memiliki sifat isoiropi planar yang lebih baik daripada lembaran kuningan dan baja hasil proses canal konvensional, seperti ditunjukkan olehnilail anisotropi planar pada rift tarik dan nilai Ewe pada uji simulatif penarikan lembaran.

ABSTRACT
Sheet metal usually has planar anisotropy properties. In deep drawing process, it causes undesirable earing and thickness variation of the product. Cross rolling technique, as a new rolling technique, is expected can improve planar isotropy properties of sheet metal.
The aim of this research is to study to what extent cross rolling techniques could improve planar isotropy of sheet metal, by comparing planar isotropic properties of sheet metal processed by cross rolling techniques with sheet metal processed by conventional rolling.
Materials used in this research is low brass sheet RS H3100 C2400 and low carbon steel sheet SPHC CQ1 produced by conventional rolling mill. Rolling process achieved in a pilot rolling machine and annealing process achieved in research furnace.
The results show that low brass sheet and low carbon steel sheet produced from cross rolling techniques have planar isotropic properties better than conventional rolling process product. It can be seen from the planar anisotropy value obtained from tensile test and % earing obtained from deep drawing simulative test."

"Radioactive Iodine-131 therapy is one of the modalities of hyperthyroidism treatment. This kind of therapy has been practiced for about 50 years and have been noted to be effective, safe, and relatively economical.
Beta radiation of Iodine-131 causes the ablation of thyroid follicle cells, thus stopping excessive production of thyroid hormone. Thyroid ablation shows its effect progressively and can be clinically observed after 8 to 12 weeks.12 The effect can be accelerated or slowed down by administering higher or lower doses. A precaution regarding predicted side effects of radiation, such as possible carcinogenesis, leukemogenesis, and impacts on genes and fertility have not been proven.
