"Penelitian ini membahas tentang analisis Komunikasi Nonverbal Kinesik Dalam Vlog YouTube Channel: Kimono Mom. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menjelaskan jenis-jenis serta makna dalam vlog Kimono Mom. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori nonverbal kinesik Harumi Aqui untuk mengkaji makna gestur atau kinesik dalam Vlog YouTube channel: Kimono Mom. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diambil dari YouTube channel Kimono Mom yang diunggah pada tahun 2019-2022 dan dapat diakses melalui aplikasi YouTube. Dari hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinesik atau gestur dapat ditemukan dalam vlog YouTube: Kimono Mom yang terdiri dari Moe, Moto dan Sutan menggunakan kinesik anak dan juga kinesik umum. Data yang dimiliki dalam jurnal ini ada 18, empat di antaranya termasuk jenis kinesik atau gestur khusus anak-anak dan 15 data jenis kinesik yang bersifat umum. Selain itu, adanya fungsi komunikasi nonverbal sebagai pengganti verbal dan memperkuat makna ketika berkomunikasi antara lain; fungsi repeating (Repetisi), fungsi complementing (Komplemen), dan fungsi substituting (Substitusi).
This study discusses the analysis of Kinesics Nonverbal Communication YouTube Channels in Vlogs: Kimono Mom. This study aims to identify and explain the types and meanings in Kimono Mom vlogs. This study uses Harumi Aqui's kinesics nonverbal to examine the meaning of gestures or kinesics in the Vlog YouTube channel: Kimono Mom. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. The data source used in this study was taken from the Kimono Mom YouTube channel which was uploaded in 2019-2022 and can be accessed through the YouTube application. From the results of the analysis, it can be said that kinesics or gestures can be found in the YouTube vlog: Kimono Mom which consists of Moe, Moto, and Sutan using children's kinesics and general kinesics. There are 18 data held in this journal, four of which include types of kinesics or special gestures for children and 15 types of kinesic data that are general. In addition, the existence of nonverbal communication functions as a substitute for verbal and strengthens meaning when communicating, among others; repeating function, complementing function , and substituting function."

"[Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui perbedaan antara keterampilan komunikasi nonverbal dan jenis kelamin pada remaja pengguna internet. Pengukuran keterampilan komunikasi nonverbal yang digunakan adalah skala Social Skills Inventory milik Riggio yang telah diadaptasi oleh peneliti. Partisipan berjumlah 222 orang remaja, yang terdiri dari 104 laki-laki (46,8 %) dan 118 perempuan (53,2%) berusia 12 – 24 tahun. Melalui perhitungan statistik dengan perbandingan rata-rata (Independent Sample T-Test) diperoleh hasil, yaitu tidak terdapat perbedaan antara keterampilan komunikasi nonverbal dan jenis kelamin pada remaja pengguna internet. Selain itu, dilakukan penelitian lanjutan tentang hubungan setiap Domain Keterampilan Komunikasi Nonverbal dan Jenis Kelamin. Melalui perhitungan statistik ditemukan terdapat perbedaan antara domain Emotional Expresiveness dengan jenis kelamin. Sedangkan, untuk domain Emotional Sensitivity dan domain Emotional Control tidak menunjukkan perbedaan dengan jenis kelamin. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa jenis kelamin hanya berbeda dengan domain Emotional Expresiveness, yaitu keterampilan dalam mengirimkan (encoding) pesan nonverbal.
This study was conducted to determine the difference between non-verbal communication skills and sexes in teenager internet users. Measurement of nonverbal communication skills used are scale-owned Riggio Social Skills Inventory that has been adapted by researchers. The number of participants 222 teenagers, consisting of 104 men (46.8%) and 118 women (53.2%) aged 12-24 years. Through a statistical calculation of the ratio of the average (Independent Sample T-Test) obtain resulted that there is no difference between non-verbal communication skills and gender in teenager Internet users. In addition, further research on the relationship of each Domain Nonverbal Communication Skills and Sex. Through a statistical calculation is found there is a difference between the domain Emotional Expresiveness with sex whereas, for the domain Emotional Sensitivity and the domain Emotional Control showed no difference in sexes.
