"Manajemen sebagai seni memperoleh hasil melalui kegiatan orang lain dalam rangka mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Fungsi-fungsi manajemen terdiri dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan dan pengawasan. Fenomena yang didapatkan di RSUP Undata Palu, fungsi manajemen kepala ruangan belum terlaksana dengan maksimal sesuai dengan tugas dan tanggung jawab sebagai kepala ruangan.
Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana hubungan pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen kepala ruangan dengan motivasi perawat pelaksana di ruang rawat inap RSUP Undata Palu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 203 perawat pelaksana yang bertugas di 11 ruang rawat inap. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah 149 perawat pelaksana. Proses analisa data menggunakan uji chi square untuk menguji hubungan pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen kepala ruangan dengan motivasi dan regresi logistik ganda menguji variabel yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan motivasi perawat pelaksana.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen kepala ruangan baik 50,3 %, motivasi perawat pelaksana baik 53,7 %. Ada hubungan yang bermakna antara fungsi manajemen perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan dan pengawasan dengan motivasi perawat pelaksana, (p value 0,032, 0,022, 0,002, 0,003), karakteristik perawat pelaksana (umur, jenis kelamin, lama kerja, status perkawinan) tidak ada hubungan dengan motivasi perawat pelaksana (p value 0,949, 0,402, 0,0677, 0,575), sedangkan karakteristik pendidikan ada hubungan dengan motivasi perawat pelaksana (p value 0,045).
Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa variabel fungsi manajemen kepala ruangan yang paling berhubungan dengan motivasi adalah fungsi pengarahan dan fungsi pengawasan setelah dikontrol oleh variabel pendidikan.

Management as the art of getting results through the activiti of others in order to achieve the goals previously set. Management functions are planning, organizing, directing and monitoring. The phenomenon found in RSUP undata Palu, the implementation of management functions with a maximum head room in accordance with the duties and responsibilities as the head of the room.
This research past descriptive correlation design with a cross-sectional approach that aims to identify how the implementation of relationship management functions with head room nurses motivation in implementing inpatient rooms RSUP Undata Palu. Population in this study was 203 nurses who served in 11 treatmant rooms. The number of samples of this study was 149 nurse staff. The process of data analysis using chisquare test to test the implementation of relationship management functions of lower manager with the motivation and multiple logistic regression to test the most dominant variables associated with motivation nurse staff.
The results showed the implementation of management functions of lower manager both 50.3%, well motivated nurses managing 53.7%. There was a significant relationship between management functions of planning, organizing, directing and monitoring by nurses implementing motivation, (p value 0.032, 0.022, 0.002, 0.003), the nurse staff characteristics (age, gender, working time, marriage status) there was no relationship with the nurse staff motivation (p value 0.949, 0.402, 0.0677, 0.575), whereas educational characteristics have a relationship with the nurse staff motivation (p value 0.045).
Researchers concluded that the variable management functions of lower manager most related to motivation is a function of direction and oversight functions are controlled by the variable after education.

"Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) syariah dan indikator mutu wajib syariah merupakan inti pelayanan pasien di rumah sakit syariah. Standar pelayanan ini harus dipenuhi sesuai target pencapaian. Tujuan studi ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi internalisasi nilai-nilai syariah yang berdampak terhadap implementasi standar pelayanan syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan mix methode dengan data kuantitatif yang dianalisis menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Model) dan data kualitatif.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai syariah pada pelaksana di RS Nur Hidayah telah terinternalisasi dengan baik dan berdampak terhadap implementasi standar pelayanan syariah. Internalisasi nilai-nilai syariah sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor eksternal yaitu budaya organisasi yang dibentuk dari strategi organisasi dan kepemimpinan spiritual sedangkan faktor internal pelaksana berupa motivasi dan altruistik mempunyai pengaruh yang tidak terlalu kuat. Perlu disusun strategi untuk kualifikasi rekrutmen sumber daya insani dan peran serta seluruh level manajemen untuk berkontribusi dalam internalisasi nilai-nilai syariah.

Sharia Minimum Service Standards (SPM) and Sharia Compulsory Quality Indicators are the core services of patients at the Sharia Hospital. The service standards must be attained to the achievement target. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the internalization of Islamic values that had an impact on the implementation of sharia service standards. This study used a mix methods with quantitative data analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Model) and qualitative data.
The results of the study indicated that Islamic values in the implementers of Nur Hidayah Hospital have been internalized well and have an impact on the implementation of sharia service standards. Internalization of Islamic values was strongly influenced by external factors i.e organizational culture that was formed by organizational strategy and spiritual leadership. The internal factors of implementers such as motivation and altruistic had a little influence. Strategies need to be formulated for human resource recruitment qualifications and the participation of all levels management to contribute to the internalization of Islamic values.

Elemen-elemen penilaian RS Pelabuhan Palembang sebagian besarmemenuhi standar layak untuk menjadi kelas C. "Peralatan medis merupakan syarat utama yang harus dipenuhi rumah sakit untuk operasional. Namun seringkali pengadaan peralatan medis menjadi berlebihan atau bahkan sebaliknya peralatan medis tidak sesuai dengan fungsi pelayanan. Di Indonesia yang merupakan salah satu negara berkembang memiliki banyak kendala bagi pemilik atau investor dalam membeli peralatan medis. Kurangnya informasi mengenai spesifikasi, kelebihan, kekurangan dan harga peralatan medis. Tidak adanya standar harga yang jelas, dan sangat bergantung kepada distributor. Penelitian ini bertujuan menyusun kebutuhan peralatan medis RS Dr Hafiz di Cianjur tahun 2014 dengan mengambil model perencanaan peralatan kesehatan berdasarkan analisis komparasi antara RS Anna Medika dengan pedoman peralatan kesehatan rumah sakit kelas C yang dikeluarkan oleh Kemenkes. Hasil komparasi jumlah peralatan medis RS Anna Medika sudah memenuhi standar minimal pelayanan rumah sakit kelas C meski belum sesuai dengan Pedoman Peralatan Kesehatan Rumah Sakit Kelas C, sehingga Rumah Sakit Dr Hafiz dapat mengacu pada perencanaan pengadaan peralatan medis RS Anna Medika.

Keterlekatan dokter yang tinggiakan meningkatkan peluang rumah sakit untuk maju dan berkembang. Penelitian inibertujuan untuk mengukur keterlekatan dokter, menganalisis hubungan status kemitraandan waktu tempuh terhadap keterlekatan dokter, serta mendapatkan gambaranmengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitiankuantitatif dan kualitatif, metode kuantitatif menggunakan kuesioner yang bertujuanmengukur tingkat keterlekatan dengan mengadopsi instrumen keterlekatan dari UWES Ultrecht Work Engagement Scale dan metode kualitatif dengan melakukan depthinterview untuk mendapatkan gambaran persepsi dokter mengenai faktor-faktor yangmempengaruhi keterlekatan dokter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah dokteryang memiliki keterlekatan tinggi hanya 19.1 persen, dan memiliki keterlekatanlemah 80.9 persen. Tidak ada hubungan secara statistik antara pola kemitraanmaupun waktu tempuh terhadap keterlekatan. Sebagian besar dokter mempunyaipersepsi positif terhadap fasilitas pelayanan, staf pendukung, serta nilai kompensasi, danmemiliki persepsi negatif terhadap dukungan pengembangan keilmuan, keterlambatanpembayaran jasa medis dan kepemimpinan manajer pelayanan yang dapatmempengaruhi tingkat keterlekatan.Kata kunci: Engagement, Employee Engagement, Keterlekatan Dokter

Thepurpose of this research is to measure doctor rsquo s engagement, analyse relation betweenpartnership status and travelling time, and describe any factors involved. This researchused qualitative methods with depth interview for gaining doctor rsquo s perception about anyfactors that involve doctor rsquo s engagement. This research also used quantitative methodswith UWES Ultrecht Work Engagement Scale tool for measuring engagement level.The results showed that doctors who have strong engagement in Hospital X only 19.1 and doctors who have weak engagement 80.9 . There was no ststistic relationshipbetween partnership status and travelling time with doctor rsquo s engagement. "Kepuasan yang dirasakan pelanggan akan sangat mempengaruhi perkembangan bisnis rumah sakit ke depannya. Berdasarkan survei kepuasan yang selama ini sudah dijalankan, didapatkan angka kepuasan pasien berkisar 80%. Angka ini belum mencapai angka kepuasan yang ditetapkan Eka Hospital yaitu 100%.
Penelitian ini bertujuan menilai karakteristik pasien di Eka Hospital, bagaimana kesenjangan antara harapan pasien dan persepsi yang telah diterimanya, faktor -faktor yang menyebabkan ketidakpuasan pasien, bagaimana kesenjangan antara penilaian manajemen terhadap harapan pasien dibandingkan dengan harapan pasien yang sesungguhnya, menetapkan apa yang harus menjadi prioritas perbaikan bagi manajemen rumah sakit dan menilai bagaimana karakteristik pasien berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan.
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan metode cross sectional. Data primer didapatkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 116 pasien rawat inap pada semua kelas perawatan dan juga kuesioner berisi penilaian manajemen terhadap pentingnya faktor-faktor tersebut bagi pasien serta implementasinya di Eka Hospital Pekanbaru kepada pihak manajemen. Sedangkan data sekunder didapatkan dari pihak manajemen Eka Hospital Pekanbaru.
Dari hasil penelitian tampak bahwa ada kesenjangan yang bermakna antara harapan dan persepsi pasien dengan kesenjangan terbesar pada dimensi reliability. Sedangkan antara persepsi manajemen dan harapan pasien tidak didapatkan perbedaan yang bermakna, walaupun implementasi layanan masih banyak yang belum sesuai dengan persepsi manajemen Eka Hospital Pekanbaru. Untuk karakteristik responden yang dinilai bermakna dalam penentuan kepuasan adalah pendidikan. Prioritas utama perbaikan harus difokuskan terhadap perbaikan jadwal layanan dokter dan juga kepentingan pelanggan rumah sakit.

Customer satisfaction will influence the development of the hospital business in the future. Based on the satisfaction survey which has been conducted, the average satisfaction score is approximately 80%. This score has not reached the satisfaction score that has been targeted by Eka Hospital, which is 100%.
This research is aimed to study the characteristics of patients of Eka Hospital, the discrepancy between patient's hopes and the perception they received, the factors that caused patient's dissatisfaction, how is the discrepancy between the management's judgments towards the patient's hope compared to the real patient's hope, to establish what needs to be priority improvements on the hospital management, and to study how patient's characteristics affect satisfaction.
This research is applying quantitative and qualitative approach using cross sectional method. Primary data is obtained by spreading questionnaire to 116 inpatient unit's patients at all class of care on hopes and perceptions and also a questionnaire to the management side containing the management's judgment towards the importance of those factors to the patient and their implementation in Eka Hospital. Meanwhile, secondary data is obtained from Eka Hospital Pekanbaru's management.
From the results of the research, there is a significant discrepancy between the hopes and perceptions of the patients with the greatest discrepancy in the reliability dimension. Meanwhile, there is no significant discrepancy between the management's perception and the patient's hopes even though the service implementation is still lacking in Eka Hospital Pekanbaru. For respondent's characteristics, the thing that is deemed significant in determining satisfaction is the respondent's education. The main priority of service improvement must be focused by the management on fixing the physician's service schedule, and also the need of the customer.

"Kinerja personil baik kuantitas maupun kualitas dalam organisasi rumah sakit merupakan penampilan dari setiap upaya pelayanan kesehatan yang merupakan tanggung jawab perawat manajer. Perawat manajer adalah orang yang terlibat dalam akreditasi dan bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan pelayanan keperawatan, sehingga tujuan pelayanan keperawatan yang bermutu tercapai.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran 'hubungan antara pemahaman tentang akreditasi rumah sakit dan karakteristik dengan kinerja perawat manajer di Rumah Sakit Kepolisian Pusat Raden Said Sukanto Jakarta'. Disain penelitian adalah deskriptif korelasional, pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel berjumlah 80 orang, dengan instrumen kuesioner yang telah diujikan hasil valid dan reliabel.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pemahaman akreditasi Rumah Sakit bidang pelayanan keperawatan dengan kinerja perawat manajer (p=0,973). Perawat manajer yang paham tentang akreditasi lebih baik, memiliki peluang untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya dibandingkan dengan perawat manajer yang kurang paham. Sedangkan karakteristik menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan dengan kinerja perawat manajer.
Disimpulkan bahwa pemahaman perawat manajer tentang akreditasi tidak berhubungan bermakna dengan kinerja perawat. Direkomendasikan bahwa pimpinan rumah sakit perlu menjelaskan pemahaman perawat manajer tentang akreditasi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan manajer dalam pengelolaan pelayanan keperawatan di rumah sakit.

In a hospital organization, the personnel's performance from both the quality or quantity standpoint reflects the effort in health service was responsible nurse manager. The person who is involved in the accreditation process is the nurse manager and he/ she is responsible in managing the nursing services to achieve the high quality nursing services.
This research is intended to illustrate 'the relationship between the understanding of hospital accreditation and individual characteristic with the performance of nurse managers at the Raden Said Sukanto Main Police Hospital in Jakarta'. The research format is a co relational descriptive with a cross sectional characteristic. The sample for this research is taken from the entire nurse manager staff at the RS Sukanto Main Police Hospital numbering to 80 people, the instrument used with the validity and reliability test.
The result reveals that there is no significant relation between the understanding of hospital accreditation in the field of nursing services with the nurse manager's performance (p=0.973). A nurse manager who understands the gist of accreditation has a slightly better chance to improve his/her performance compared to a nurse manager who is insufficient in his/her understanding of the accreditation. The research on characteristic reveals that there is no significant relation between the individual's characteristic and the performance of nurse managers at the RS Sukanto Main Police Hospital.
The conclusion of this study showed that there isn't significant relation between the undertanding nurse manager with performance nurse's. From this result can be suggested for direction hospital need explained the continuation of the accreditation process to provide an effective learning experience to increase the quality of the nursing service is recommended.

"RSUP memiliki standar Emergency Respon Time2 (ERT2) yang merupakan waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk pasien untuk mendapatkan tindakan operasi cito yaitu < 120 menit (2 jam), yang diharapkan dapat dicapai sebagai dasar penilaian kinerja unit IGD dan kinerja Dirut RSUP Fatmawati. Data bulan januari-juni 2015, menunjukan terjadinya keterlambatan pelayanan preoperasi cito yaitu pasien dengan Cerebrovaskuler Stroke Hemorraghic Disease (CVD SH) hingga 7 jam 28 menit. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kualitatif menggunakan pendekatan lean hospital dengan melihat alur proses tahapan preoperasi cito. Sampel berdasarkan Purposive Sampling.
Hasil penelitian dengan value assessment yang dipetakan dengan value stream mapping (VSM) menunjukkan value added activity (VA) sebesar 10%, non value added activity (NVA) sebesar 90%. Analisis waste teridentifikasi enam jenis masalah yang dikelompokkan kedalam Fishbone Diagram menjadi empat yaitu man,material, methode dan environment.
Rekomendasi perbaikan dilakukan dalam 2 tahap yaitu jangka pendek serta jangka menengah-panjang untuk mengeliminasi pemborosan (waste) dan membentuk skema future flowchart. Penelitian ini menunjukan penyebab keterlambatan berdasarkan hasil analisis kegiatan berdasarkan waktu dalam setiap tahapan.

RSUP has a standard Emergency Response Time 2 (ERT2) which is taken for patients to get emergency surgery service. The standart time is < 120 minutes (2 hours), which is expected to be achieved as a basis for performance assessment and emergency unit RSUP Fatmawati CEO's performance. Based on data in January-June 2015 shows emergency service time that patients with preoperative cerebrovascular Hemorraghic Stroke Disease (CVD SH) up to 7 hours 28 minutes. with the longest time is 9 hours 28 minutes. This research uses qualitatively using a lean approach to by observing preoperative each step of emergency process. This research uses purposive sampling methode.
Results of research with value assessment with value stream mapping (VSM) activity shows the value added (VA) by 10%, non-value added activity (NVA) by 90%. Waste analysis identifies six types which are grouped into four Fishbone Diagram such as man, material, method and environment.
Recommendations for improvements carried out in two stages: short-term and medium-long term to eliminate waste and form a flowchart futures scheme. This research shows causes of delay based on the results of the analysis of time-based activities in each phase.

BaliMed Karangasem Hospital is the first private hospital in Karangasem regency that feasible to established based on situational analysis that has determined the position of the BaliMed Karangasem Hospital is at Future quadrant (Strength- Opportunities) for the TOWS matrix and Grow and Grow (Grow and Build) in IE Matrix. In harmony with the purpose of this study to establish alternative strategies (Product Development, Market Development and Panetration / Market penetration) and then set the option strategy and then implemented into superior products that are part of a business plan that includes intervention measures on Hospital Management aspects from Vision -Mission, Product Services, Organization and Management, Human Resource Management, Facilities Management, Marketing Plans, Hospital Information System, and Finance."
