"Sebuah penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi konten fluida pada reservoar menggunakan analisis AVO Amplitude Variation with Offset dan studi inversi Elastic Impedance pada lapangan ldquo;V rdquo; yang berlokasi di Cekungan Kutai, Kalimantan Timur telah dilakukan. Data seismik partial angle stack yang diolah dengan menggunakan analisis AVO dan inversi Elastic Impedance menghasilkan output berupa penampang seperti Intercept A , Gradient B , Product A B , Scaled Poisson rsquo;s Ratio Changed, Near Angle Inverted, dan Far Angle Inverted untuk diinterpretasikan lebih lanjut. Analisis atribut AVO yang dilakukan termasuk pada anomali AVO kelas III low impedance contrast sand , dan untuk lebih lanjut lagi dilakukan proses inversi Elastic Impedance dengan mengolah data tigasumur VB2, VA1ST, VA3 dan dihasilkan output berupa EI near log dan EI far log sebagai pengontrol proses inversi Elastic Impedance. Selain itu dilakukan juga krosplot antara sumur dan dan penampang inversi untuk menentukan persebaran fluida pada reservoar. Didapatkan hasil pada penampang inversi EI near, zona gas berada pada nilai 9000 ft/s g/cc sampai dengan 14200 ft/s g/cc , dan pada penampang inversi EI far, zona gas berada pada nilai 1100 ft/s g/cc sampai dengan 1600 ft/s g/cc pada top reservoar dengan rentang waktu 2800-3400 ms. Dari hasil analisis peta slicing analisis atribut AVO dan inversi Elastic Impedance EI menunjukkan bahwa daerah peneybaran reservoar batu pasir memiliki arah orientasi Barat menuju Timur Hingga Tenggara.

A study case of identification fluid content using AVO Amplitude Variation with Offset analysis and Elastic Impedance inversion on ldquo V rdquo field located at Kutai Basin was did. Seismic partial angle stack was processed by using analysis of AVO and Elastic Impedance inversion produced output section such as Intercept A , Gradient B , Product A B , Scaled Poisson rsquo s Ratio Changed, Near Angle Inverted, and Far Angle Inverted for further interpretation. AVO attribute analysis performed on the data field was included in class III AVO anomalies low impedance contrast sand , and the Elastic Impedance inversion process was further performed by the three well VB2, VA1ST, VA3 data processing and create log near EI and far EI as the inversion process controller. Also perfomed well crossplot between wells and inverted EI to determine the cross section distribution on fluid in the reservoir. Result obtained in cross section inverted near angle zone that the gas is at the value of 9000 ft s g cc up to 14200 ft s g cc , and the cross section inverted far angle that the gas is at the value of 1100 ft s g cc up to 1600 ft s g cc at top reservoir in the period 2900 3300 ms. By slicing top reservoir map of AVO attribute and Inverted EI, reservoir distribution of channel slobe sandstone have orientation direction from West to East until South East."
