"[ABSTRAKTeknologi Informasi TI adalah aset penting sehingga harus dikelola secara optimal Panduan Umum Tata Kelola Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi Nasional PUTKTIKN adalah kerangka tata kelola TI yang diperuntukkan bagi seluruh instansi pemerintah Namun belum ada instrumen pengukuran proses tata kelola TI berbasis PUTKTIKN Pada penelitian ini dilakukan penyusunan instrumen pengukuran proses tata kelola TI berbasis PUTKTIKN dengan metode studi literatur Subproses PUTKTIKN dipetakan pada COBIT 5 untuk menghasilkan instrumen pengukuran yang berdasar outcomes best practices dan work products Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari 96 subproses PUTKTIKN 72 subproses dapat langsung dipetakan pada COBIT 5 dan 24 subproses dapat dipetakan pada COBIT 5 melalui COBIT 4 1 Hasil pemetaan tersebut menghasilkan instrumen pengukuran proses tata kelola TI berbasis PUTKTIKN Berdasarkan penelitian instrumen tersebut dapat digunakan untuk mengukur proses tata kelola TI di Lembaga Sandi Negara.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh proses seleksi terhadap kinerja pegawai tetap di kantor pusat PT ANTAM (Persero) Tbk. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah proses seleksi yang diukur berdasarkan teori dari David Lepak (2010), sedangkan variabel dependen yaitu kinerja pegawai yang diukur berdasarkan teori dari John M. Ivancevich (2001). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Sampel dari penelitian ini sebanyak 51 pegawai tetap di kantor pusat PT ANTAM (Persero) Tbk. yang telah bekerja minimal satu tahun dan memiliki job grade <10. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses seleksi berpengaruh secara signifikan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai.

This study aims to analyze the influence of the selection process on the performance of employees at head office of PT ANTAM (Persero) Tbk. The independent variable in this study is selection process which is scaled with David Lepak (2010) theory, while the dependent variable is employee performance which is scaled with John M. Ivancevich (2001) theory. This study used quantitative approach, and questionnaire as research instrument. Respondent of this study are 51 employees at the head office of PT ANTAM (Persero) Tbk. who have worked at least one year and have a job grade <10. The analysis used in this study are a descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The result of this study is the selection process significantly positive effect on employee performance."
