"Tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja sosial, ekonomi dan lingkungan meningkat ketika integrasi dimasukkan sebagai strategi sustainable supply chain perusahaan, khususnya bagaimana integrasi dapat membantumemperbaiki kinerja ekonomi perusahaan pada sustainable supply chain. Dari hasil analisis artikel tersebut, ditemukan bahwa Integrasi dalam hubungannya dengan relational governance dapat meningkatkan kinerja sosial, ekonomi dan lingkungan suatu perusahaan.
