Penelitian ini membahas mengenai profil iklim keselamatan Operator Paper Machine Divisi Uncoated PT. XYZ Tahun 2017 dengan jumlah responden 225. Penilaian Iklim keselamatan dengan menganalisis hasil kuesioner yang disusun berdasarkan HSE Safety Climate Assessment Tool Guide. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa secara umum menunjukkan bahwa persepsi terhadap iklim keselamatan cukup tinggi . Berdasarkan dimensinya menunjukkan bahwa persepsi diketahui bahwa persepsi karyawan terhadap iklim keselamatan sebagai anggota organisasi dan unit kerja memiliki nilai yang tinggi namun persepsi karyawan sebagai individu masih rendah.Profil iklim berdasarkan departemen lokasi kerja, pendidikan terakhir, masa kerja, dan usia tidak menunjukkan perbedaan yang pada masing-masing dimensinya.

ABSTRACT
Thisstudy discusses about safety climate profile of Paper Machine Operator Division of Uncoated PT. XYZ Year 2017 with 225respondents. Safety Climate Assessment Questionnaires prepared as HSE Safety Climate Assessment Tool Guides. The results of this study that the perception of safety climate is high. Based on dimensions are known that employee perceptions of the safety climate as members of the organization and work units have high scores but the perception of employees as individuals is still low. No difference Climate profiles based on department of work location, last education, years of service, and age on each dimension."

"Suhu permukaan di DKI Jakarta yang terus meningkat mengakibatkan terjadinya fenomena Urban Heat Island (UHI). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji fenomena UHI secara spasial di DKI Jakarta berdasarkan morfologi perkotaan yang direpresentasikan oleh Zona Iklim Lokal. Klasifikasi Zona Iklim Lokal dilakukan dengan membagi daerah penelitian ke dalam 17 kelas yang terdiri atas 10 kelas bangunan dan 7 kelas tutupan lahan. Setiap kelas memiliki karakteristik fisik berbeda yang merepresentasikan kondisi iklim mikro perkotaan. Karakteristik lahan tersebut diukur berdasarkan suhu permukaan tanah. Fenomena UHI kemudian ditentukan berdasarkan nilai indeks variasi suhu permukaan tanah (UTFVI) dan dianalisis berdasarkan tipe zona iklim lokal di wilayah tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa morfologi DKI Jakarta didominasi oleh area pemukiman penduduk dengan bangunan rendah (LCZ3 dan LCZ6). Zona iklim lokal yang berkontribusi terhadap fenomena UHI di DKI Jakarta adalah LCZ3 dan LCZ7 dengan suhu permukaan tanah rata-rata mencapai 33,1oC dan 32,9oC. Pola spasial UHI menunjukkan bahwa pusat UHI berada di wilayah Jakarta Timur. Luasan fenomena UHI semakin meningkat tiap tahunnya, dengan intensitas UHI tertinggi selama periode tahun 2018-2020 adalah 6,8oC.

The rising surface temperature in Special Capital Region of Jakarta (DKI Jakarta) has resulted in the Urban Heat Island (UHI) phenomena. This study aims to identify UHI in DKI Jakarta based on urban morphology represented by the Local Climate Zones. Classification of Local Climate Zones is done by dividing research areas into 17 classes consisted of 10 building types and 7 land cover types. Each class has different physical characteristics that represent urban microclimate conditions, these characteristics are measured based on soil surface temperature. UHI phenomena are determined based on Urban Thermal Field Variance Index (UTFVI) value and being analyzed according to the local climate zones. The results showed that the morphology of DKI Jakarta is dominated by residential areas with low buildings (LCZ3 and LCZ6). The local climate zones that contribute to the UHI phenomena in DKI Jakarta are LCZ3 and LCZ7 with average ground surface temperatures reaching 33.1oC and 32.9oC. The spatial pattern of UHI shows that East Jakarta is the center of UHI area in DKI Jakarta. UHI area tends to increase each year with the highest UHI intensity occured during the period 2018-2020 was 6.8 oC."
