"Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia saat ini menjadi hal yang penting bagi suatu perusahaan, terkhusus untuk mendapatkan calon karyawan yang unggul dan berkualitas. Dengan demikian, penting bagi perusahaan untuk dapat memahami faktor-faktor yang dapat meningkatkan niat mengejar pekerjaan dari para pencari kerja. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari masing-masing dimensi yang ada pada Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap Job Pursuit Intention di kalangan Generasi Z. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksplanatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 300 mahasiswa aktif tingkat akhir yang memiliki minat melamar di perusahaan Startup Unicorn dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif serta analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada empat dari lima dimensi Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap job pursuit intention di kalangan Generasi Z pada perusahaan Startup Unicorn. Hasil juga menunjukkan dimensi workplace economic responsibility menjadi faktor paling kuat yang mempengaruhi job pursuit intention dari kelima dimensi yang ada pada Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

Human resource management is now an important thing for a company, especially to get superior and quality prospective employees. Thus, it is important for companies to be able to understand the factors that can increase job seekers' intentions to pursue work. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of each dimension on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on Job Pursuit Intention among Generation Z. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory type of research. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 300 final year active students who had an interest in applying for a company Unicorn Startup using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis was carried out by descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results showed that there was a significant effect on four of the five dimensions of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on job pursuit intention among Generation Z in companies Unicorn Startup. The results also show that the dimension of workplace economic responsibility is the strongest factor influencing job pursuit intention of the five dimensions in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)."

"BUMN memiliki peran dalam perkonomian nasional untuk menghasilkan barang dan jasa yang diperlukan untuk mewujudkan kemakmuran masyarakat yang sebesar-besarnya. Peranan ini menuntut setiap manajemen BUMN untuk mampu bersaing dan memberikan kontribusi positif bagi pendapatan nasional Indonesia. Salah satu indeks dalam melihat kinerja perusahaan adalah keterikatan kerja yang berdampak langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai BUMN. Namun, faktor-faktor yang dapat meningkatkan keterikatan kerja belum dapat diidentifikasi. Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana dukungan organisasi mempengaruhi keterikatan kerja melalui digital leadership dan etos kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Dengan mengambil studi kasus pada salah satu BUMN di Indonesia, penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan data yang diperoleh dari 368 kuesioner yang diisi oleh karyawan PT HIJ yang merupakan anak usaha dari PT RED. Melalui metode CB-SEM, data dalam penelitian ini dievaluasi dengan bantuan software IBM AMOS 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dukungan organisasi ditemukan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap work engagement. Namun demikian, penelitian ini menemukan temuan adanya peran mediasi penuh dari digital leadership dan work ethics dalam mendukung pengaruh perceived organisational support terhadap work engagement. Untuk itu, bagian akhir dari penelitian berisi mengenai saran praktis dan akademis yang dapat diterapkan baik oleh manajemen PT HIJ, perusahaan sejenis maupun peneliti selanjutnya.

State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) have a role in the national economy to produce the goods and services needed to realise the greatest prosperity of society. This role requires every SOE management to be able to compete and make a positive contribution to Indonesia's national income. One of the indexes in looking at company performance is work engagement, which directly impacts the performance of SOE’s employees. However, the factors that can increase work engagement have not been identified. This study examines how perceived organisational support influences engagement through digital leadership and work ethics as mediating variables. Taking a case study on one of the SOEs in Indonesia, this research was analysed using data obtained from 368 questionnaires filled out by PT HIJ employees who are a subsidiary of PT RED. Through the CB-SEM method, the data in this study were evaluated with the help of IBM AMOS 26 software. The results of this study indicate that perceived organisational support was found not to affect work engagement. However, this study found that digital leadership and work ethics have a fully mediating role in supporting the effect of perceived organisational support on work engagement. For this reason, the final part of the research contains practical and academic suggestions that PT HIJ management, similar companies and future researchers can apply."
