"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengujian Peraturan Daerah melalui mekanisme executive review, executive preview yang terdapat dalam UU No. 23 Tahun 2014 dan judicial review. Selain itu penelitian ini juga membahas mengenai koordinasi pengujian antara executive review dengan judicial review. Skripsi ini dibuat dengan metode kepustakaan normatif. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa adanya pengujian ganda terhadap Peraturan Daerah dan belum terdapat koordinasi antara mekanisme executive review dengan judicial review.

The focus of this study discusses the testing of local act through the mechanism of executive review, executive preview based on UU No. 23 Tahun 2014 and judicial review. In addition this study also discusses the coordination between the executive review from judicial review. This research prepared by the method of normative literature. The study found that the presence of a double test against local act and yet there is coordination between the executive review with judicial review."
