Pada PKP ini juga diberikan tugas khusus yaitu berupa kajian perbedaan sistem penyimpanan menurut buku pedoman pengelolaan oblik dan perbekes terhadap buku Managing Drug Supply (MDS).;Profession Internship (PKP) at Direktorat Bina Obat Publik dan Perbekalan Kesehatan on April 6-17th 2015, aims to make students understand about the role of the prospective, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacist in goverment especially in Direktorat Bina Obat Publik dan Perbekalan Kesehatan, its management and administration system, and have a real picture about the problem of pharmaceutical jobs in Direktorat Bina Obat Publik dan Perbekalan Kesehatan.

"Direktorat Jenderal Bina Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan merupakan salah satu direktorat yang berada di bawah Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia yang mempunyai tugas merumuskan serta melaksanakan kebijakan dan standarisasi teknis di bidang pembinaan kefarmasian dan alat kesehatan Salah satu unit kerja yang berada di bawah Direktorat Binfar dan Alkes adalah Direktorat Bina Obat Publik dan Perbekalan Kesehatan Direktorat Bina Obat Publik dan Perbekalan Kesehatan ini memiliki tugas pokok dan fungsi yang berbeda tetapi tetap berkaitan dengan pelayanan kefarmasian di tiap daerah Pelayanan kefarmasian tidak lepas dari peran apoteker dalam pelaksanaannya Oleh karena itu Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker ini dilaksanakan sehingga mahasiswa calon Apoteker dapat memahami peran Apoteker dalam Direktorat Bina Obat Publik dan Perbekalan Kesehatan serta memahami Direktorat Bina Obat Publik dan Perbekalan Kesehatan dari berbagai segi baik dari struktur organisasi tugas pokok dan fungsi serta hal lain yang perlu diketahui oleh seorang calon Apoteker

Selain itu calon apoteker juga dapat memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian serta memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Direktorat Pengawasan Alat Kesehatan dan Perbekalan Kesehatan Rumah Tangga. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu berjudul ldquo;Pengawasan Iklan Produk Perbekalan Kesehatan Rumah Tangga di Media Elektronik rdquo;. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus adalah untuk mengevaluasi iklan mengenai produk perbekalan kesehatan rumah tangga PKRT yang beredar di masyarakat dari segi informasi, keamanan, dan kesesuaiannya terhadap peraturan yang berlaku.
