"Penelitian ini membahas pelaksanaan Program Kampung Deret di Kelurahan Petogogan menurut perspektif urban governance. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan Program Kampung Deret di Kelurahan Petogogan menurut perspektif urban governance. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori urban governance dari UN Habitat dan Dwiyanto. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan post positivist melalui wawancara mendalam dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum pelaksanaan Program Kampung Deret di Petogogan melibatkan masyarakat dari tahap pelaksanaan sampai pelaksanaan pembangunan. Namun, pada prinsip akuntabilitas masyarakat tidak diinformasikan secara periodik terkait laporan penggunaan bantuan dana yang diterima. Di samping itu, pelaksanaan Program Kampung Deret di Petogogan tidak efisien jika dilihat dari ketepatan waktu.

This study discusses the implementation of Kampung Deret Program in Kelurahan Petogogan according to urban governance perspective. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of Kampung Deret Program in Petogogan Urban Village according to urban governance perspective. This research uses urban governance theory from UN Habitat and Dwiyanto. This research was conducted using post positivist approach through in depth interview and literature study. The results showed that in general the implementation of Kampung Deret Program in Petogogan involves the community from the implementation stage until the implementation of development. However, the principle of community accountability is not informed periodically regarding reports on the use of funds received. In addition, the implementation of the Kampung Deret Program in Petogogan is inefficient when viewed from the timeliness."

"This article is to present the changing urban plans of the city of Yogyakarta and their impacts on its physical appearance. An intensive study of extensive materials is carried out in the library and governmental institutions particularly, the regional planning board. By comparing the earlier simplest plan, to the recent one, a pronounced development of the respective plan can be detected. Some conclusions are particularly directed toward the present plan because this one is not more than a synthesis of the previous plans and the inputs are expected in order to be used for further elaboration."
