"Jatuhnya harga saham karena krisis global merupakan indikasi harga saham sangat murah dan merupakan saat yang tepat untuk membeli saham-saham di pasar modal. Meskipun demikian valuasi yang tepat terhadap nilai perusahaan yang akan dibeli adalah hal utama yang mesti dilakukan sehingga investor dapat melakukan prediksi dan perhitungan terhadap harga saham dengan benar. PT Bank Central Asia Tbk dipilih karena memiliki peningkatan asset yang pesat juga fundamental yang kuat. Pada tesis ini digunakan 2 skenario dan 2 metode berbeda dalam menentukan nilai intrinsik PT Bank Central Asia Tbk, yaitu dengan menggunakan free cash flow to Equity dan abnormal earning. Hasil yang diperoleh dari perhitungan tersebut kemudian dibandingkan dengan kondisi harga saham BCA saat ini apakah overvalued atau undervalued.

Stock drops due to the global crisis is an indication that the stocks are very cheap and is
an appropriate time to buy stocks in the stock market. Even though, precise valuation
toward the value of the companies that issued the stocks must be of main concern for
investors in order to carry out correct calculations and predictions. PT Bank Central
Asia Tbk was chosen because other than having a rapid increase in assets, their
fundamentals are also strong. In this thesis 2 scenarios and 2 methods are used to
determine the intrinsic value of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk, which are Free Cash Flow to
Equity and Abnormal Earning. The calculation results are then compared to BCA?s
current stock price to determine whether it is overvalued/undervalued."

"Aliran debris merupakan suatu tipe gerakan sedimen dengan jumlah banyak, yang terjadipada waktu gunung api meletus atau dalam bahasa Indonesia disebut aliran lahar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan suatu percobaan untuk menentukan karakteristik aliran di atas dasar saluran tetap dan bergerak yang mendekati sifat aliran debris. Beberapa parameter aliran diperiksa dengan maksud untuk mengetahui situasi aliran dan juga gaya geser aliran terhadap partikel dapat ditinjau. Jadi hubungan antara besarnya konsentrasi sedimen dengan kedalaman aliran dan diameter partikel serta gaya gesek diatas dasar saluran dapat diketahui. Khususnya gaya seret butiran yang bekerja pada suatu tiang telah diukur untuk menentukan koeflsien kekasaran aliran debris yang menyerupai tipe aliran di lapangan. Akhirnya parameter-parameter karakteristik aliran yang telah diukur, itu dapat dibandingkan dengan satu sama lainnya.

Debris flow as a type of massive sub-aerial sediment motion, which occurs at the time of volcanic eruptions is sometimes called lahar, in Indonesian term. The purpose of this study is to develop an experiment for determining the flow characteristics on fixed and movable beds, which close to real debris flow. The parameters governing the flow situation are examined, and the frictional drag of the flow on the particles was considered. In particular there is an understanding of the relationships between concentration, flow depth and particles diameter, and friction force on a bed. Special drag force on a pile was measured to investigate friction coefficient of debris flow as typical problem. The flow characteristics parameters were measured for comparison."
