Penelitian kuantitatif ini dilakukan pada perusahaan di sektor Infrastruktur pada negara Indonesia, Singapura, Filipina dan Vietnam dengan tujuan melihat perbandingan kebijakan ekonomi dalam mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan, kemajuan sektor infrastruktur serta penerapan yang baik pada masing – masing negara. Variabel ukuran kinerja perusahaan yang digunakan adalah ROE dan ROA. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara preskriptif dengan mengumpulkan data sekunder dari situs resmi bursa efek yaitu Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), Singapore Exchanged Limited  (SGX), Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) dan Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX). Untuk mendapatkan hubungan antar-variabel, analisis dan pengolahan data pada penelitian ini digunakan metode Vector Autoregressive (VAR). 

Hasil penelitian ini adalah Kebijakan ekonomi yang diterapkan oleh masing – masing negara memiliki dampak yang berbeda – beda menyesuaikan dengan keaadan ekonomi pada negara tersebut sehingga memberikan dampak yang berbeda dalam penerapan kebijakan moneter dan fiskalnya. Pada negara Indonesia dan Filipina, dampak kebijakan moneter suku bunga dapat mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan (pengaruh positif) secara signifikan, sedangkan pada negara Vietnam dan Singapura tidak terbukti memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan. Pada negara Indonesia dan Filipina, dampak kebijakan fiskal terlihat bahwa kinerja perusahaan di sektor infrastruktur terlihat dipengaruhi secara positif oleh APBN dan suku bunga tetapi di Vietnam dan Singapura tidak terlihat dipengaruhi secara positif.

This quantitative research was conducted on companies in the infrastructure sector in Indonesia, Singapore, the Philippines, and Vietnam to see a comparison of economic policies in influencing company performance, the progress of the infrastructure sector, and good implementation in each country. The company performance measurement variables used are ROE and ROA. This research was conducted in a prescriptive way by collecting secondary data from official stock exchange sites, namely the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Singapore Exchange Limited (SGX), Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE), and Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX). To find out the relationship between variables, analysis, and data processing in this study we used the Vector Autoregressive (VAR) method. 

The results of this study are that the economic policies implemented by each country have different impacts according to the economic conditions in the country so they have different impacts on the implementation of monetary and fiscal policies. In Indonesia and the Philippines, the impact of interest rate monetary policy can significantly affect company performance (positive effect), while in Vietnam and Singapore, it is not proven to have a significant effect. In Indonesia and the Philippines, the impact of fiscal policy shows that the performance of companies in the infrastructure sector appears to be positively influenced by the State Budget and IR, but in Vietnam and Singapore, it does not appear to be positively affected.

"Skripsi ini membahas respons Democratic Action Party (DAP) dan Malaysian Chinese Association (MCA) yang merupakan parpol dengan basis konstituen etnis Tionghoa di Malaysia terhadap kebijakan New Economic Policy (NEP). Kebijakan perekonomian ini bersifat affirmative action (tindakan afirmasi) bagi etnis Melayu, namun diskriminatif terhadap etnis Tionghoa. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain eksplanatif, data-data diperoleh dari studi pustaka. Terdapat tiga faktor yang mempengaruhi perbedaan respons kedua parpol yaitu: Pertama, perbedaan kelas sosial pada etnis Tionghoa yang merupakan konstituen kedua parpol; Kedua, perbedaan posisi kedua parpol di Parlemen Malaysia; Ketiga, perbedaan kepentingan politik.

This study discuss the response of DAP (Democratic Action Party) and MCA (Malaysian Chinese Association), a Chinese ethnic constituent base political party in Malaysia towards the New Economic Policy (NEP). The economic policy provide an affirmative action for the Malay ethnic, but discriminative to the Chinese ethnic. This research uses qualitative methods with an explanative design, the data obtained from literature study. There is three factors which affects the different responses between the two political parties: First, social class differences in the Chinese ethnic constituents of both political parties; Second, the positions of both political parties in Malaysia Parliament; Third, different political interests."
