"Adanya perkembangan internet yang cepat menggeserkan paradigma e-commerce menjadi social commerce (s-commerce). Salah satu platform s-commerce yang sedang marak di Indonesia adalah TikTok. Media sosial ini menawarkan penggunanya untuk melihat informasi yang tersebar pada for you page, berkomunikasi dengan satu sama lain, hingga memperbolehkan penggunanya untuk secara bebas membagikan pendapat dan informasi hingga bertransaksi terkait produk atau jasa (eWOM). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti pengaruh dari eWOM kepada niat pembelian konsumen sehingga dapat menjadi masukan untuk s-commerce dalam mengembangkan strategi yang lebih baik untuk mendorong keterlibatan eWOM di antara pengguna s-commerce. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada teori dari Elaboration Likelihood Model (ELM), Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA), dan Social Support Theory (SST) yang diolah menggunakan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) dengan menggunakan data kuesioner dari 228 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa information credibility, social support, innovativeness, website quality, dan attitude towards eWOM adalah faktor penentu eWOM Engagement di s-commerce TikTok yang kemudian Attitude towards eWOM serta eWOM Engagement mempengaruhi purchase intention pada s-commerce TikTok.
The rapid growth of the internet has shifted the e-commerce paradigm to social commerce (s-commerce). One of the most popular s-commerce platforms in Indonesia is TikTok. This social media offers its users to view the information spread on the for you page, communicate with each other, to allow users to freely share opinions and information to transact related to products or services (eWOM). This study aimed to examine the impact of information circulating on TikTok in the form of eWOM on consumer purchase intentions. This study is based on the theory of the Elaboration Likelihood Model (ELM), Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA), and Social Support Theory (SST) which were processed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using questionnaire data from 228 respondents. The results of this study prove that information credibility, social support, innovativeness, website quality, and attitude towards eWOM are the determinants of eWOM involvement in TikTok s-commerce then Attitude towards eWOM and eWOM Engagement affect consumer purchase intentions in TikTok s-commerce."

ABSTRAKConsumers rsquo; Perception of Ethics of Online Retailers CPEOR dalam bisnis e-commerce bersifat penting karena transaksi online memunculkan kekhawatiran konsumen terhadap adanya perilaku tidak etis yang dilakukan oleh peritel online. Peritel online yang menjalankan kegiatan bisnisnya dengan memperhatikan unsur-unsur etika, akan mampu membentuk kepuasan dan loyalitas konsumen. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji hubungan antara CPEOR terhadap loyalitas konsumen yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan konsumen. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 110 responden konsumen MatahariMall.com di Jakarta. Kuesioner dijadikan sebagai instrumen penelitian, dan data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling SEM . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CPEOR memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan konsumen.

Online retailers who run their business activities with attention to the elements of ethics, will be able to build a consumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty. The main purpose of this research was to examine the relationship between CPEOR and loyalty through consumer satisfaction. This research use 110 respondents from MatahariMall.com consumer in Jakarta. The questionnaires were used as research instruments, and data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling SEM . The results show that CPEOR has a significant influence on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction. "

"Terdapat fenomena konsumsi kolektivisme yang tidak biasa pada suatu merek produk tertentu yang disebabkan oleh motivasi dan ciri psikologis, seperti FOMO (Fear of Missing Out). Keinginan dan preferensi yang kuat pada suatu merek produk tertentu dapat mempercepat munculnya perilaku pola conformity consumption yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat sebagai bentuk perilaku yang ingin menyesuaikan diri terhadap kelompok arus sehingga membuat orang-orang mengikuti perilakunya dan melakukan hal yang sama. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) terhadap conformity consumption pada culturally associated popular brand (studi pada konsumen McDonald’s BTS Meal Di Jabodetabek). Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui teknik purposive sampling pada 200 responden yang didapatkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner online. Data yang didapatkan diolah menggunakan SPSS dan SmartPLS melalui analisis statistik deskriptif dan SEM. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa pengaruh yang tidak signifikan, yaitu pengaruh being ignored terhadap increasing concern dan increasing concern terhadap up-surging interest on culturally associated popular product pada konsumen BTS Meal di Jabodetabek.
There is an unusual collectivism consumption phenomenon in a certain product brand caused by motivation and psychological traits, such as FOMO (Fear of Missing Out). A strong desire and preference for a certain product brand can accelerate the emergence of conformity consumption pattern behavior carried out by the community as a form of behavior that wants to adapt to current groups so that people want to follow their behavior and do the same. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) on conformity consumption on culturally associated popular brands (study on consumers of McDonald's BTS Meal in Jabodetabek). The study used a quantitative approach through purposive sampling technique on 200 respondents obtained through the distribution of online questionnaires. The data obtained were processed using SPSS and SmartPLS through descriptive statistical analysis and SEM. The results of this study indicate that there are several insignificant effects, namely the effect of being ignored on increasing concerns and increasing concerns on up-surging interest on culturally associated popular products on BTS Meal consumers in Jabodetabek."

ABSTRAKTesis ini membahas bagaimana pengaruh kredibilitas endorser terhadap sikap terhadap iklan dan sikap terhadap merek pada studi kasus l-men. Untuk menjawab permasalahan yang telah dirumuskan maka perlu diperoleh data yang berkaitan dengan variabel-variabel penelitian. Data mengenai endorser, sikap terhadap iklan dan sikap terhadap merek dikumpulkan dari 165 responden dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Data yang terkumpul tersebut selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis SPSS V 20. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kredibiltas endorser dapat membangun sikap yang positif terhadap iklan dan sikap terhadap merek.
ABSTRACTThis thesis discusses how the influence credibility endorser towards ad attitude and brand attitude (case study l-men). To answer the question, data is collected from 165 respondent who were asked to fill the questionnaire about the research variables, i.e: credibility endorser, ad attitude, and brand attitude. SPSS V 20 is used to test the data. The results of the analysis shows that credibility endorser can build positive effect to ad attitide, and brand attitude."

"Education Consultant is a service business operations that can not be seperated from the need for effective marketing commumnications is expected to touch consumers and to stay connected with services that are intagible products. The success of the communication strategy refers to the values embodied in consumption value. Value products such covers functional values, social value, conditional value and epistemic value.
Authors in this study wanted to know the forms of communication that have been run by tutoring in the area of Depok and determine the relationship between the consumption values that is owned by a decision selecting education consultant.
Result of this study show that consumers education consultant SG,NF and GO have a basic consideration choosing a value based education consultant is emotional value and conditional value. Both values are positively related to the decision to choose education consultant. More consumers see that the emotional value that refers to a special feeling and also the conditional value refers to the situational factors at the time of election education consultant."
