"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti apakah dengan mengetahui informasi mengenai kehidupan sosial di suatu negara akan mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen terhadap produk, dengan mempertimbangkan apakah usaha pemerintah untuk meningkatkan citra negara akan mempengaruhi evaluasi konsumen. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini, telah diteliti dari 333 partisipan yang terpilih dari negara berkembang dan negara maju. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa informasi mengenai kehidupan sosial di suatu negara mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen terhadap suatu produk. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dampak yang dihasilkan berbeda-beda pada tiap negara. Penelitian ini hanya menggunakan informasi positif untuk mempengaruhi partisipan.

The objective of this study is to investigate whether by knowing the information about social life in the country will influences consumer rsquo s attitude towards a product, whilst considering does Government effort to improve country image is affecting consumers rsquo evaluation. In order to achieve the objective, 333 selected participants from developed and developing countries were studied. The results show that information about social life in a country did influenced consumers rsquo attitude. Moreover, the impacts were different in types of countries. In addition, this study only used positive information to influenced participants."
