"The application of affective education for college student can not be explicity done by lecturers or parents alone, but needs a special strategy in order to have a significant impact on their character development. Based on experience in the relevant fields, the impact of affective education if often overlooked by teachers and researchers because they thought the affective domain is very difficult to measure and highly dependent on the other factors. This paper presents some implementation strategies based on the affective domain of literature review to find a strategy to implement the affective domain for college students groups. The results of this study is expected to be a foundation for future empirical research."

"Indonesia adalah negara dengan peringkat keempat di dunia dalam segi jumlah populasi, dan salah satu negara yang paling rawan bencana. Salah satu bencana yang dihadapi saat ini adalah pandemi COVID-19, yang sangat berdampak pada perguruan tinggi di seluruh tanah air. 834 dari institusi perguruan tinggi terpaksa beralih ke platform pembelajaran online namun tidak siap. Mempelajari faktor kesiapsiagaan mereka dapat bermanfaat untuk bencana lainnya di masa depan yang mungkin terjadi karena negara ini merupakan bagian dari Ring of Fire. Kesiapsiagaan direpresentasikan lebih baik dibawah istilah resiliensi. Resiliensi adalah kemampuan sistem untuk bertahan dari sebuah gangguan besar dan kemampuannya untuk pulih dalam jangka waktu yang dapat diterima. Sebuah sistem dinyatakan resilien jika sistem tersebut mampu melanjutkan kegiatan operasional dengan baik pada saat menghadapi peristiwa yang dianggap bencana. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk menemukan faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap resiliensi krisis untuk institusi perguruan tinggi. Metode Analytical Hierarchical Process (AHP) digunakan untuk mensintesis data yang didapat berdasarkan sejumlah pakar, mulai dari yang merupakan rektor universitas hingga yang merupakan penguji di Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi (BAN-PT). Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa 50 kriteria merupakan bagian dari ketahanan institusi perguruan tinggi, dimana kriteria tersebut dibagi kedalam 6 dimensi berbeda. Dimensi "informasi" lah yang memiliki bobot paling tinggi dalam skala kepentingan.

Indonesia is the fourth most populated country in the world, and one of the most prone to disasters. One of the disasters faced is the global COVID-19 pandemic, which heavily affects higher education institutions (HEIs) throughout the nation. 834 of them are forced to switch to online learning platforms but are unprepared. Studying the factors on their preparedness can be beneficial for future disasters that may occur as the country is part of the Ring of Fire. The preparedness is represented under the term resilience. Resilience is a system’s ability to survive a major disruption and recover within an acceptable time frame. A system is resilient if it is able to continue its operations in the face of an event considered to be disastrous. This research attempts to find the factors that contribute to the crisis resilience of HEIs. The analytical hierarchical process (AHP) is used to synthesize data based on several experts, ranging from university rectorates to being an assessor at the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN-PT). The result shows that 50 criterions are part of HEI resilience divided across a total of 6 dimensions and that the dimension of “information” weights the highest in terms of importance."

"ABSTRAKTren global yang mengarah kepada pemberlakuan sisitem ekonomi pasar dan privatisasi dalam pembiayaan pendidikan tinggi disertai agenda rasionalisasi anggaran oleh pemerintah telah menjadi pencetus bagi transformasi institusi perguruan tinggi terkemuka milik pemerintah di Indonesia dalam satu dekade terakhir. Dalam studi ini strategi adaptasi yang digunakan oleh Universitas Indonesia melalui marketisasi dikaji secara kualitatif. Kajian ini mengidentifikasikan strategi-strategi yang digunakan dalam mencapai marketisasidan dampaknya bagi kehidupan akademik. Adapun strategi yang digunakan termasuk korporatisasi tatakelola Universitas.
