"ABSTRAKPublikasi Daerah Dalam Angka DDA merupakan publikasi yang paling banyak diunduh oleh konsumen data. Hal ini menunjukkan DDA sebagai produk unggulan dari Badan Pusat Statistik BPS . Namun, saat ini masih ditemukan beberapa masalah pada publikasi DDA, antara lain waktu rilis yang tidak tepat waktu, ketidakkonsistenan data karena gangguan aliran data, dan pemeriksaan data yang tidak sistematik menyebabkan kesalahan pada tabel data. Pada tingkat top manager Kabid IPDS/Kepala BPS Kabupaten/Kota terdapat kesulitan dalam pengawasan kegiatan sedangkan pada level manajer Kasie DLS/Kasie IPDS membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk melakukan pemeriksaan tabel data. Sistem Informasi Manajemen Penyusunan Publikasi DDA dirancang berdasarkan kebutuhan pengguna yang sudah terkumpul. Metodologi pengembangan sistem yang digunakan mengacu pada System Development Life Cycle SDLC yang dimodifikasi sehingga tahapannya menjadi analysis dan design dengan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language UML . Pada sistem ini digunakan metode bottom-up untuk pengumpulan data sehingga konsistensi data antar wilayah dapat terjaga. Dari penelitian ini, dihasilkan sistem yang dapat mengirimkan notifikasi berkala dan dashboard kegiatan yang laporannya dapat dicetak setiap saat sehingga memudahkan pimpinan dalam pengawasan dan mendapatkan data yang dibutuhkan untuk pengambilan keputusan. Pengambilan keputusan oleh pimpinan yang dimaksud adalah penggantian data atau penghapusan tabel untuk data yang tidak tersedia serta perubahan strategi penjadwalan dan pegawai yang terlibat agar DDA dapat rilis tepat waktu dan data yang disajikan lengkap. Bagi level manajer, sistem dilengkapi dengan rule validasi yang dapat membantu pengecekan konsistensi dan kewajaran data sehingga mengurangi waktu dan resiko kesalahan pada saat pemeriksaan tabel data.

ABSTRACTRegional In Figures DDA is the most widely downloaded publication by data consumers. This shows the DDA as the flagship product of the Statistics Indonesia BPS . However, there are still some problems with DDA publication, such as improper release time, data inconsistency due to data flow interruption, and un systematic data checks causing errors in the data table. At the top manager level there is difficulty in supervision of activities while at the manager level takes a long time to perform the examination of data tables. In this study conducted an analysis on related documents and interviews with resource persons to obtain the needs of users. The system development methodology used refers to the modified System Development Life Cycle SDLC so that the stages become an analysis and design using Unified Modeling Language UML . From this research produced a system that can facilitate the leadership in supervision and get the data needed in decision making by means of periodic notifications and dashboard activities that report can be printed at any time. For the manager level, the system will reduce the time and risk of error when examining the data table. The system comes with a validation rule that can check the consistency and reasonableness of the data. In this system used bottom up method on data collection so that the consistency of data between regions can be maintained. The results of this study are expected to improve the quality of DDA publications so that will increase customer satisfaction data. "
