"Tesis ini membahas tentang kegiatan berinvestasi oleh perusahaan dana pensiun di Indonesia. Dengan banyaknya dana yang dihimpun dari para peserta dana pensiun dengan tujuan mendapatkan manfaat di masa pensiun, maka perusahaan mempunyai tanggung jawab dalam memberikan imbal hasil yang diharapkan oleh peserta dana pensiun. Dengan menggunakan model risiko portofolio Markowitz, diharapkan perusahaan dapat mengelola risiko investasi dengan baik dan kemudian mendapatkan imbal hasil yang diharapkan.

This thesis discusses about investment activity by pension fund company in Indonesia. The abundance of funds collected from the participants of the pension fund with the purpose of obtaining benefits in retirement, then the company has a responsibility to give the expected return to participants. Using risk portfolio model by Markowitz, company will be expected to be able to manage investment risk and then get a good expected return."

"Pada tahun 2020 Pemerintah kembali memberlakukan skema PSC Cost Recovery, dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pilihan penggunaan skema PSC selain menggunakan skema PSC Gross Split yang ternyata kurang attraktif bagi kontraktor migas. Oleh karena itu, tesis ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proporsi pembagian hasil produksi minyak dan gas bumi antara Pemerintah dengan Kontraktor Migas melalui skema PSC Cost Recovery dan skema PSC Gross Split. Selain itu dalam penelitian ini juga dilakukan analisis mengenai tantangan, faktor pendukung, dan faktor penghambat pada skema PSC Gross Split. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang mendalam atas fenomena proporsi pembagian hasil produksi minyak dan gas bumi antara Pemerintah dengan Kontraktor Migas melalui skema PSC Cost Recovery dan skema PSC Gross Split. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah melalui studi literatur dan studi lapangan dengan melakukan wawancara kepada stakeholder terkait. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pada skema PSC Gross Split kontraktor mendapatkan bagi hasil yang lebih kecil apabila dibandingkan dengan skema PSC Cost Recovery, hal ini disebabkan karena pada skema PSC Gross Split tidak terdapat pengembalian biaya operasi sebagaimana yang terdapat dalam skema PSC Cost Recovery.

Since 2020 the Government reverted to the Cost Recovery PSC scheme to give oil and gas contractors a choice of using the PSC scheme, with the aim of providing a choice of using the PSC scheme other than using the Gross Split PSC scheme which turned out to be less attractive for oil and gas contractors. Therefore, this thesis aims to analyze the proportion of oil and gas production sharing between the Government and Oil and Gas Contractors through the Cost Recovery PSC scheme and the Gross Split PSC scheme. In addition, this study also conducted an analysis of the challenges, supporting factors, and inhibiting factors in the Gross Split PSC scheme. This study is a qualitative study to get an in-depth picture of the phenomenon of the proportion of share of oil and gas production between the Government and the Oil and Gas Contractor through Cost Recovery PSC scheme and Gross Split PSC scheme. The data is collected through literature studies and field studies by conducting interviews with relevant stakeholders. The result of this study indicates that in the Gross Split PSC scheme the contractor gets a smaller profit share when compared to the Cost Recovery PSC scheme as in the Gross Split PSC scheme there is no return of operating costs as contained in the Cost Recovery PSC scheme. "ABSTRAKPenelitian ini membahas implementasi kebijakan fasilitas pajak penghasilan berupa investment allowance pada periode PP No. 52 tahun 2011 dan PP No. 18 tahun 2015, serta bagaimana pengaruhnya terhadap investasi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa meskipun jumlah realisasi investasi meningkat stabil sejak tahun 2011 hingga triwulan pertama 2016, namun tidak diikuti dengan tingginya jumlah Wajib Pajak penerima fasilitas investment allowance. Rendahnya jumlah Wajib Pajak penerima fasilitas investment allowance ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor. Ditinjau dari pendekatan realisasi investasi, tujuan pemerintah untuk meningkatkan investasi di Indonesia sudah cukup berhasil meskipun sulit untuk memastikan bahwa kenaikan investasi ini dikarenakan faktor insentif pajak.

ABSTRACTThis study discusses about the policy implementation of income tax facility in the form of investment allowance, and how it influences the investment in Indonesia. This study used a qualitative approach to the type of descriptive approach. The research concluded that the amount of investment realization increased steadily since 2011 to the first quarter of 2016, but it was not followed by the high number of taxpayer who receive the facility of investment allowance. The low number of taxpayers who receive the facility of investment allowance were caused by several factors. In terms of the approach to the realization of the investment, the government rsquo s aim to increase investment has been quite successfu even though it is difficult to ensure that the increase is due to the investment tax incentive factor."

"The capital consists management of saving and investment (as the proxy of savings and loans), FDI, and DDI and is important production factors. The contribution of management of savings and investment are estimated using panel regression and Generalized Method of Moment (GMM) and also series regression. The results show that management of savings and investment has significant effect on economic growth with the respective negative and positive effects. Moreover, FDI, DDI, Labor by Sector (SMA), and Population Growth also play a significant role on growth with distinctive coefficient describing respective effects for each variable on growth. Furthermore, sector-specific analysis gives very dynamic effects on growth in the case of Indonesia. In order to identify long-run bidirectional relationship between variables, we employ Granger Causality Test using Vector Error Correction Model (VECM). As presented in the result and analysis, no variables performing bidirectional relationship in the long-run."
