"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memformulasikan strategi pengembangan bisnis Perumda Tirta Pakuan Kota Bogor dengan fokus pada peningkatan model bisnis dan keberlanjutannya dalam konteks memaksimalkan misi bisnis perusahaan. Dengan mengintegrasikan Business Model Canvas (BMC) dan Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM), Penelitian ini menggunakan mixed methods yang bersifat deskriptif, sementara pendekatan yang digunakan adalah studi kasus pada Perumda Tirta Pakuan Bogor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Matrix Perumda Tirta Pakuan dibangun dengan menggunakan skor IFE sebesar 2,79 dan skor EFE sebesar 2,65. Skor ini menempatkan Perumda Tirta Pakuan di Sel V matrix IE, yang dikategorikan sebagai zona “Hold and Maintain”. Analisis QSPM memprioritaskan strategi optimalisasi aset menganggur (STAS: 4,89) sebagai strategi yang paling menarik bagi Perumda Tirta Pakuan, yang mengatasi kelemahan penyesuaian anggaran dan mendukung posisi “Hold and Maintain”. Strategi air minum dalam kemasan (STAS: 4,75) dan pengolahan air limbah (STAS: 4,75) merupakan pilihan sekunder yang kuat, meningkatkan keberlanjutan komersial, sementara pusat pelatihan (STAS: 4,59) menawarkan manfaat jangka panjang.

This study aims to formulate a business development strategy for Perumda Tirta Pakuan Bogor City with a focus on improving the business model and its sustainability in the context of maximizing the company's business mission. By integrating the Business Model Canvas (BMC) and the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM), this study uses mixed methods that are descriptive in nature, while the approach used is a case study at Perumda Tirta Pakuan Bogor. The results of the study show that the Perumda Tirta Pakuan Matrix was built using an IFE score of 2.79 and an EFE score of 2.65. This score places Perumda Tirta Pakuan in Cell V of the IE Matrix, which is categorized as the “Hold and Maintain” zone. The QSPM analysis prioritizes the idle asset optimization strategy (STAS: 4.89) as the most attractive strategy for Perumda Tirta Pakuan, which overcomes the budget adjustment weakness and supports the “Hold and Maintain” position. The bottled water (STAS: 4.75) and wastewater treatment (STAS: 4.75) strategies are strong secondary options, enhancing commercial sustainability, while the training center (STAS: 4.59) offers long-term benefits."
