"ABSTRAKPraktek kerja profesi di Direktorat Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia periode bulan April tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk memahami peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Direktorat Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan, memiliki pengetahuan tentang tugas pokok dan fungsi Direktorat Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis melakukan pekerjaan di pemerintahan, serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan kefarmasian di pemerintahan. Praktek kerja profesi ini dilaksanakan selama dua minggu dengan tugas khusus yaitu ldquo;Analisa Penelitian Daun Kelor Moringa oleifera Lam. sebagai Bahan Fortifikasi pada Pangan Fungsional rdquo;. Tujuan tugas khusus ini adalah menganalisa penelitian kandungan nutrisi yang terdapat pada tanaman kelor khususnya daun kelor, memahami penelitian potensi dan kebermanfaatan daun kelor sebagai bahan fortifikasi pada pangan fungsional, serta menyediakan landasan ilmiah yang dapat digunakan Direktorat Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan untuk mendorong pelaku usaha Indonesia memanfaatkan daun kelor menjadi produk pangan guna memenuhi kebutuhan gizi baik pada masyarakat sehat maupun penderita malnutrisi.

ABSTRACTInternship at Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia period April 2018 aims to understand the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices, the main duties and functions of the Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices, have the insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience to work in government, can also have the insight of pharmaceutical practice issues in government. This internship at was conducted for two weeks with special assignment ldquo;Analysis the Research of Moringa Leaves Moringa oleifera Lam. as Food Fortificant on Functional Food rdquo;. The purposes of this special assignment are to analyze the study of nutritional content of moringa plants especially moringa leaves, to understand the research of potency and utilization of moringa leaves as food fortificant on functional food, and to provide a scientific basis that can be used by Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Device to encourage Indonesian business actors utilizing moringa leaves into food products to meet the nutritional needs of both healthy communities and communities with malnutrition."

ABSTARCTInternship at General Directorate of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices of Republic Indonesia Period April 2018 aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmacy management, have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical practices in Ministry of Health, can also have the insight of pharmaceutical practice issues and learn strategies and activities that can betaken during pharmaceutical practice development. This internship was conducted for two weeks with special assignment ldquo;Study of Drug Logistics Management Information Systems and BMHP in Indonesia Based on USAID 39;s Health Commodity Logistic Management Information System rdquo;. The purpose of this special assignment is to review the drug logistics information system and BMHP in Indonesia based on USAID and assess its effectiveness and efficiency."

"Penggunaan alat kesehatan dan perbekalan kesahatan rumah tangga menjadi salah satu upaya memperoleh kesehatan. Banyaknya jenis dan jumlah alat kesehatan dan perbekalan kesehatan rumah tangga PKRT yang beredar serta penggunaannya yang telah menjadi suatu kebutuhan yang tidak bisa dilepaskan dari kehidupan sehari-sehari. Dalam upaya menjamin keamanan, mutu dan kemanfaatan produk alat kesehatan dan PKRT maka Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia membentuk Direktorat Pengawasan Alat Kesehatan dan PKRT dibawah Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan. Sebagai salah satu unsur pelaksana, direktorat pengawasan bertugas dalam melakukan pengawasan alat kesehatan dan PKRT untuk memastikan bahwa alkes dan PKRT yang telah beredar dapat memberikan keamanan, mutu dan kemanfaatan secara terus menerus. Kegiatan pengawasan dilakukan sebelum produk dipasarkan pre market dan saat produk berada dipasaran post market. Salah satu kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam rangka melakukan pengawasan post market terhadap produk alat kesehatan dan PKRT adalah dengan melakukan sampling produk alat kesehatan dan PKRT. Kegiatan sampling merupakan kegiatan pengambilan sampel produk alat kesehatan dan PKRT yang beredar di pasaran yang selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian untuk mengetahui konsistensi keamanan, mutu dan manfaat produk. Dasar keilmuan yang dimiliki oleh apoteker memiliki peran dalam melakukan pengawasan mutu, keamanan dan kemanfaatan alat kesehatan dan perbekalan kesehatan rumah tangga. Oleh karena itu diperlukan pembekalan bagi calon apoteker melalui Praktik Kerja Profesi PKP di Direktorat Pengawasan Alat Kesehatan dan Perbekalan Kesehatan Rumah Tangga. Sehingga para calon apoteker dapat memiliki pengetahuan dan kompetensi mengenai pengawasan alat kesehatan dan perbekalan kesehatan rumah tangga.

The large number and types of medical devices and household health supplies PKRT in circulation and its use has become a necessity that can not be separated from everyday life. In an effort to ensure the safety, quality and usefulness of medical devices products and PKRT, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia established Directorate of Medical Device Supervision and PKRT under the General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices. As one of the implementing elements, the supervisory directorate is in charge of monitoring the medical devices and PKRT to ensure that the outstanding alkes and PKRT can provide continuous security, quality and benefit. Supervision activities conducted before the product is marketed pre market and when the product is in the market post market .

One of the activities undertaken in order to conduct post market surveillance on medical devices products and PKRT is to conduct sampling of medical devices products and PKRT. Sampling activity is a sampling activity of medical devices products and PKRT circulating in the market which then conducted testing to know the consistency of safety, product quality and benefit. The scientific basis of the pharmacist has a role in conducting quality control, safety and usefulness of medical devices and household health supplies. Therefore, it is necessary to debrief the prospective pharmacist through the Professional Practice Work PKP in the Directorate of Medical Devices Supervision and Household Health Supplies. So that the prospective pharmacist can have knowledge and competence regarding the supervision of medical devices and household health supplies."
