"Penggunaan alat kesehatan dan perbekalan kesahatan rumah tangga menjadi salah satu upaya memperoleh kesehatan. Banyaknya jenis dan jumlah alat kesehatan dan perbekalan kesehatan rumah tangga PKRT yang beredar serta penggunaannya yang telah menjadi suatu kebutuhan yang tidak bisa dilepaskan dari kehidupan sehari-sehari. Dalam upaya menjamin keamanan, mutu dan kemanfaatan produk alat kesehatan dan PKRT maka Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia membentuk Direktorat Pengawasan Alat Kesehatan dan PKRT dibawah Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan. Sebagai salah satu unsur pelaksana, direktorat pengawasan bertugas dalam melakukan pengawasan alat kesehatan dan PKRT untuk memastikan bahwa alkes dan PKRT yang telah beredar dapat memberikan keamanan, mutu dan kemanfaatan secara terus menerus. Kegiatan pengawasan dilakukan sebelum produk dipasarkan pre market dan saat produk berada dipasaran post market. Salah satu kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam rangka melakukan pengawasan post market terhadap produk alat kesehatan dan PKRT adalah dengan melakukan sampling produk alat kesehatan dan PKRT. Kegiatan sampling merupakan kegiatan pengambilan sampel produk alat kesehatan dan PKRT yang beredar di pasaran yang selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian untuk mengetahui konsistensi keamanan, mutu dan manfaat produk. Dasar keilmuan yang dimiliki oleh apoteker memiliki peran dalam melakukan pengawasan mutu, keamanan dan kemanfaatan alat kesehatan dan perbekalan kesehatan rumah tangga. Oleh karena itu diperlukan pembekalan bagi calon apoteker melalui Praktik Kerja Profesi PKP di Direktorat Pengawasan Alat Kesehatan dan Perbekalan Kesehatan Rumah Tangga. Sehingga para calon apoteker dapat memiliki pengetahuan dan kompetensi mengenai pengawasan alat kesehatan dan perbekalan kesehatan rumah tangga.

The large number and types of medical devices and household health supplies PKRT in circulation and its use has become a necessity that can not be separated from everyday life. In an effort to ensure the safety, quality and usefulness of medical devices products and PKRT, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia established Directorate of Medical Device Supervision and PKRT under the General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices. As one of the implementing elements, the supervisory directorate is in charge of monitoring the medical devices and PKRT to ensure that the outstanding alkes and PKRT can provide continuous security, quality and benefit. Supervision activities conducted before the product is marketed pre market and when the product is in the market post market .

One of the activities undertaken in order to conduct post market surveillance on medical devices products and PKRT is to conduct sampling of medical devices products and PKRT. Sampling activity is a sampling activity of medical devices products and PKRT circulating in the market which then conducted testing to know the consistency of safety, product quality and benefit. The scientific basis of the pharmacist has a role in conducting quality control, safety and usefulness of medical devices and household health supplies. Therefore, it is necessary to debrief the prospective pharmacist through the Professional Practice Work PKP in the Directorate of Medical Devices Supervision and Household Health Supplies. So that the prospective pharmacist can have knowledge and competence regarding the supervision of medical devices and household health supplies."

"ABSTRAKApoteker yang melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Direktorat Pengawasan Alat Kesehatan dan PKRT akan menerapkan pengetahuan ilmu kefarmasiannya untuk terlibat dalam tugas pokok dan fungsi direktorat. Program Studi Profesi Apoteker Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Indonesia telah bekerja sama dengan pemerintah, Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia RI khususnya di Direktorat Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan untuk melaksanakan Praktek Kerja Profesi PKP di Direktorat Pengawasan Alat Kesehatan dan PKRT dilakukan pada tanggal 22 Mei sampai dengan 2 Juni 2017. Melalui PKP ini mahasiswa apoteker diberikan wawasan, pengetahuan, dan pengalaman kerja; dibuat untuk memahami peran dan tanggung jawab apoteker di instansi pemerintahan yang meliputi pembinaan, mengawasan dan pembuatan regulasi dalam tahapan premarket standardisasi dan sertifikasi dan post market yang terdiri dari pengawasan terhadap sarana produksi dan distribusi, serta pengawasan produk alat kesehatan dan PKRT ; serta dibuat mengetahui penyelesaian beberapa permasalahan kefarmasian di Direktorat Pengawasan Alat Kesehatan dan PKRT.

ABSTRACTPharmacists who do pharmaceutical work in the Directorate of Medical Devices and Household Supplies Supervision shall apply their pharmaceutical science knowledge to be involved in the principle duties and functions of the directorate. Universitas Indonesia rsquo s Faculty of Pharmacy rsquo s Apothecary Profession Study Program has made cooperation with the government, The Ministry of Health, Republic of Indonesia, particularly with The Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices for this Profession Internship Program PI . PI in the Directorate of Medical Devices and Household Supplies Supervision was held from the 22nd of May till the 2nd of June 2017. Through this PI, the Apothecary student was given insight, knowledge, and work experience made to understand the role and responsibilities of pharmacists in the government agency which covers coaching, supervision, and regulation making in the premarket standardization and certification and post market stage which consists of supervision of production and distribution facilities, also the supervision of products medical devices and household health supplies and made to know the solutions to various pharmaceutical problems In the Directorate of Medical Devices and Household Supplies Supervision."

"Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Direktorat Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pengalaman, pengetahuan, gambaran, dan pemahaman mengenai tugas dan fungsi Direktorat Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan terutama di Direktorat Tata Kelola Obat Publik dan Perbekalan Kesehatan serta peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di lingkup pemerintahan. Praktik Kerja Profesi PKP di Direktorat Tata Kelola Obat Publik dan Perbekalan Kesehatan dilakukan pada tanggal 22 Mei hingga 2 Juni 2017. Kegiatan yang dilakukan selama PKP yaitu pengenalan seluruh Subdirektorat Tata Kelola Obat Publik dan Perbekalan Kesehatan serta melihat kegiatan di Instalasi Farmasi Pusat.
