"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan Sistem Informasi Kesehatan (SIK) di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur pada tahun 2015. Jenis Penelitian cross sectional kualitatif dengan menganalisis efektivitas pelaksanaan Sistem Informasi Kesehatan (SIK) di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur dengan dilakukan wawancara mendalam kepada narasumber yang disesuaikan dengan kerangka konsep. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa sampai saat ini Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur masih menggunakan Sistem Informasi Kesehatan berbasis komputerisasi Offline yang sejauh ini penggunaannya efektif dikarenakan kecukupan SDM, pendanaan, alat, dan sudah adanya kebijakan/peraturan yang jelas tentang pelaporan data terkait pelaksanaan Sistem Informasi Kesehatan.

This study aimed to obtain the evaluation of the Health Information System (HIS ) at the Dept. of Health East Jakarta Administration in 2015. The study was cross sectional qualitative type by analyzing the effectiveness of the implementation of the Health Information System (HIS ) at the Dept. of Health East Jakarta Administration City with conducted in-depth interview to the informant that are tailored to the conceptual framework . Research shows that to date the Dept. of Health East Jakarta Administration still use Healthcare Information System computerized Offline is by far its use effectively due to adequacy of human resources, funding , tools, and existing policies / clear rules on the reporting of data related to the implementation of the Information System Health."

"ABSTRAKSkripsi ini membahas mengenai hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan terhadap tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat jalan BPJS Kesehatan di RS BMC.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah memperlihatkan bahwa terdapat nya hubungan antara dua variabel yaitu kualitas pelayanan dan tingkat kepuasan.Selain itu penelitian ini juga memcari tahu seberapa kuat hubungan atau korelasi antara dua varibel itu dari rendah hingga sangat kuat,dimana hasilnya adalah kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh yang sedang terhadap tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat jalan BPJS Kesehatan di RS BMC.Hal ini sudah dapat terlihat dari dimensi-dimensi varibelnya yang seluruhnya memiliki nilai sedang.

ABSTRACT<>br>This research discusses the relationship between service quality to outpatient of BPJS Kesehatan satistification level in BMC Hospital. The research method used in this research is a quantitative approach with descriptive research type. The result of this research shows that there is a relationship between two variables that is service wuality and level of statisfaction. In addition, this study also finds out how strong the relationship or correlation between the two variables is from low to very string, where the result is the quality of service has a moderate effect on the level of satisfaction of outpatient BPJS Kesehatan in BMC Hospital. This can already be seen from the dimensions of the variable that all have a medium value."
