"Latar Belakang: Telah diketahui bahwa paradigma pendekatan pembelajaran sekolah kedokteran saat ini menuju pendekatan pembelajaran student-centered learning, namun, perubahan pendekatan pembelajaran ini akan sulit dilakukan jika konsepsi yang dimiliki oleh seorang dosen berbeda dengan pendekatan student-centered learning. Oleh karena itu, perlunya instrumen COLT adaptasi Bahasa Indonesia yang diharapkan dapat mengukur konsepsi dosen kedokteran Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan instrumen pengukuran konsepsi dosen kedokteran mengenai pembelajaran dan pengajaran yang valid dan reliabel
Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian psikometri yang termasuk dalam studi eksplorasi untuk menilai validitas kuesioner COLT adaptasi Bahasa Indonesia pada dosen kedokteran di Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Gunadarma dan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Indonesia. Penelitian ini melalui 3 tahap, yaitu adaptasi bahasa, wawancara kognitif, dan pengumpulan data untuk validasi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan perangkat SPSS 26 dengan exploratory factor analysis (EFA).
Hasil: Validitas konten pada tahap expert panel dilakukan oleh 6 orang ahli dengan menghitung nilai i-CVI dan didapatkan hasil 0,95. Hasil wawancara kognitif menunjukkan perbaikan bahasa pada beberapa butir pernyataan. Sejumlah 91 kuesioner disebar kepada dosen pada dua institusi berbeda. Hasil uji validitas konstruk menunjukkan terdapat 2 butir pernyataan dikeluarkan dari kuesioner. Ekstraksi dengan metode principal component analysis dan rotasi direct oblimin memperoleh 3 faktor. Nilai koefisien Cronbach alpha COLT adaptasi Bahasa Indonesia sebesar 0,744. Terdapat perbedaan bermakna pada kategori pengalaman mengajar, jenis kelamin, dan asal institusi
Kesimpulan: Instrumen COLT adaptasi Bahasa Indonesia merupakan instrumen yang valid dan reliabel

Backgrounds: It is known that the paradigm of the current medical school learning approach is towards a student-centered learning, however, changing this learning approach will be difficult if the conception held by a teacher is different from the student-centered learning approach. Therefore, the Indonesian version of the COLT instrument is needed, which is expected to help measure the conceptions of Indonesian medical teachers. The aim of this study was to obtain a valid and reliable instrument for measuring conceptions of learning and teaching for medical teachers.
Methods: This study is a psychometric study included in an exploratory study to assess the validity of the Indonesian adapted COLT questionnaire for medical Teachers at the Faculty of Medicine, Gunadarma University and the Faculty of Medicine University of Indonesia. This research went through 3 stages, which consists of language adaptation, cognitive interview, and data collection for validation. The data obtained were then analyzed using SPSS 26 with EFA.
Results: Content validity at the expert panel stage was carried out by 6 experts by calculating the i-CVI value and the result was 0.95. The results of cognitive interviews showed improvement in language in several statements. A total of 91 questionnaires were distributed to 2 different institutions. The results of the construct validity test showed that there were 2 statements from the questionnaire excluded. Extraction using PCA method and direct oblimin rotation obtained 3 factors. The value of the cronbach alpha COLT for Indonesian adaptation is 0.744. There are significant differences in the categories of teaching experience, gender, and institutional origin.
Conclusion: The Indonesian adaptation COLT instrument is a valid and reliable

"Masalah pendidikan di Kabupaten Belitung adalah rendahnya kualitas guru mengajar. Guru merupakan kunci utama dalam proses belajar mengajar. Kompetensi dan kualifikasi guru menjadi perhatian yang penting. Pengawas sekolah memiliki peran dalam memberikan bantuan profesional kepada guru dalam menjalankan tugas pokoknya, maka dari itu kualifikasi dan kompetensi pengawas sekolah tidak boleh lebih rendah dari guru. Jumlah guru di SMP N 6 Tanjungpandan Belitung ada dua puluh tiga orang, lima diantaranya belum memiliki kualifikasi pendidikan S1, sedangkan Pengawas SMP di Kabupaten Belitung belum ada yang memiliki kualifikasi pendidikan setara S2, maka dari itu harus ditingkatkan kualifikasi dan kompetensinya. Tesis ini mengkaji tentang kegiatan pengawas sekolah dan kegiatan guru dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar di SMP N 6 Tanjungpandan Belitung.
Dalam penulisan tesis ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasilnya diketahui bahwa pengawas sekolah telah melakukan tugasnya sesuai dengan peraturan yang ada, sedangkan guru sudah melakuakan kegiatan pembelajaran di dalam kelas. Agar hasil belajar siswa lebih baik dan bermutu, maka kompetensi dan kualifikasi guru dan pengawas sekolah harus ditingkatkan. Untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan kualifikasi guru dan pengawas sekolah ada beberapa cara, antara lain dengan pendidikan penyetaraan dan pelatihan. Lembaga yang kompeten menyelenggarakan peningkatan kompetensi dan kualifikasi guru dan pengawas sekolah adalah Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Belitung.

Education issues in Belitung regency is the quality of teachers in teaching which is still poor. Teacher is the main key in teaching and learning process. The competency and qualification of teacher is an important thing to be concerned. School supervisor has a role in providing professional assistance toward teacher in carrying out its core functions. The qualification and competency of the school supervisors should not be lower than the teachers. There are twenty three teachers in Public Junior High School 6 in Tanjungpandan Belitung. There are five of them have not got scholar graduate. Junior high school's supervisors in Belitung have not got master degree. Therefore the qualifications and competencies should be improved. This thesis examines the activities of school supervisor and teachers' activities in teaching and learning activities in Public Junior High School 6 Tanjungpandan Belitung.
This research applied Qualitative method.The results revealed that the school supevisors have done their job in accordance with existing regulations, while the teachers had done learning activities in the classroom. In order to reach better student learning outcomes and quality, the competencies and qualifications of teachers and school supervisors should be increased. To improve the competencies and qualifications of teachers and school supervisors there are several ways, such as by equalizing education and training. The institution that is competent to organize the enhancement of the competencies and qualifications of teachers and school supervisors is Education Office in Belitung District.

"Advances in Accounting Education: Teaching and Curriculum Innovations publishes both non-empirical and empirical articles dealing with accounting pedagogy. All articles explain how teaching methods or curricula/programs can be improved. Non-empirical papers are academically rigorous, and specifically discuss the institutional context of a course or program, as well as any relevant tradeoffs or policy issues. Empirical reports exhibit sound research design and execution, and develop a thorough motivation and literature review, including references from outside the accounting field, where appropriate. Volume 21 includes papers that examine the following topics: a commentary and analysis of the new CPA exam, a citation analysis of Advances in Accounting Education for volumes 1-15, and an application of methods for reducing writing apprehension in students. The volume also includes a special section that focuses on active learning.
