"Ulkus kaki diabetik sebagai komplikasi diabetes melitus merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat perkotaan. Salah satu penanganan medis yang dilakukan adalah tindakan pembedahan skin graft. Karya Ilmiah Akhir Ners ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran asuhan keperawatan pasien ulkus kaki diabetik post operasi skin graft di RSUP Fatmawati dengan menerapkan intervensi perawatan luka untuk mencapai penyembuhan luka optimal. Perawatan luka ini dilakukan selama lima hari dengan hasil kondisi graft mengalami vaskularisasi sesuai dengan tahap yang ada, yaitu graft mengalami fase revaskularisasi, pengerutan kulit, dan regenerasi. Pasien dianjurkan untuk mengontrol kadar gula darah untuk membantu penyembuhan luka. Oleh karena itu, perawat diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas asuhan keperawatan pada pasien post operasi skin graft berdasarkan evidence based practice yang ada. Kata kunci: perawatan luka, skin graft, ulkus kaki diabetik.

Diabetic foot ulcers as a complication of diabetes mellitus is an urban public health problem. One of the medical treatments is skin graft surgery. This final work of Ners Scientific aims to give description of nursing care of diabetic foot ulcer patient on skin graft surgery at Fatmawati Hospital by applying wound care intervention to achieve optimal wound healing. This wound treatment was performed for five days with the result of graft condition having vascularization according to the existing stage, ie graft experiencing revascularization phase, skin shrinkage, and regeneration. Patients are encouraged to control blood sugar levels to help wound healing. Therefore, nurses are expected to improve the quality of nursing care in post operative skin graft patients based on existing evidence based practice. "

"Risiko cedera adalah permasalahan umum bagi atlet. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan dengan risiko terjadinya cedera olahraga pada siswa sekolah khusus olahragawan DKI Jakarta. Desain penelitian menggunakan korelasional deskriptif (descriptive correlation). Penelitian cross sectional ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dalam memilih 66 partisipan dengan rentang usia 15-18 tahun. Hasil uji analisis mengatakan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat pengetahuan dengan risiko terjadinya cedera olahraga pada siswa sekolah khusus olahragawan DKI Jakarta (p=0,156 dan α=0,05). 58,8% siswa dengan tingkat pengetahuan tinggi memiliki risiko tinggi mengalami cedera olahraga. Pemanasan dan pendinginan harus dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah olahraga untuk mengurangi risiko terjadinya cedera olahraga.

Risk injury was a common problem in athlete. Aim of this study was to determine the correlation between level of knowledge and sport risk injury in DKI Jakarta Sport School. Cross sectional study was conducted among 66 participants aged 15-18 years whom selected by purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed descriptive correlational methods. The result shows that knowledge has no significant correlation with risk injury (p = 0.156 and α = 0.05). Meanwhile 58,8 % participants with high knowledge caterogy were also high in risk injury. Warming up and cooling down should be conducted to reduce sport risk injury."

"Gimnastik adalah salah satu di antara sepuluh cabang olahraga dengan kejadian cedera muskuloskeletal yang tinggi berdasarkan beberapa studi terdahulu. Studi epidemiologi kejadian cedera muskuloskeletal pada atlet gimnastik berperan penting untuk membentuk suatu program surveilans dan pencegahan cedera, namun belum ada studi yang dilakukan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini adalah studi epidemiologi pertama untuk mengetahui prevalensi, karakteristik, dan hubungan disiplin cabang olahraga terhadap cedera muskuloskeletal atlet selama Kejuaraan Nasional Gimnastik 2019 di Indonesia. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa prevalensi cedera muskuloskeletal atlet gimnastik adalah sebesar 3,5% dengan prevalensi tertinggi pada disiplin artistik sebesar 7,1%. Cedera yang paling banyak terjadi adalah sprain (66,7%), berlokasi pada pergelangan kaki (33,3%), bersifat akut (77,8%), dan hanya sebagian kecil atlet yang tidak dapat melanjutkan kompetisi (11,1%). Disiplin artistik berhubungan signifikan secara statistik terhadap cedera muskuloskeletal atlet (p= 0,019) dibandingkan disiplin ritmik dan aerobik, serta didapatkan bahwa atlet disiplin artistik lebih berisiko mengalami cedera muskuloskeletal dengan OR= 5,897 (95%CI: 1,199-28,988) dibandingkan disiplin ritmik dan aerobik.

According to previous studies, gymnastics injury is one among ten sports with the highest musculoskeletal injury rates. Epidemiological study of musculoskeletal injury rates in gymnastics athlete population is important to create a surveillance and injury prevention program, however there is no study conducted in Indonesia yet. This research is the first epidemiological study to determine the prevalence, characteristics, and association of sport discipline with athletes’ musculoskeletal injury during Gymnastics National Championship 2019 in Indonesia. Results from this research showed that musculoskeletal injury prevalence of gymnastics athlete is 3,5% with its highest prevalence found in artistic discipline (7,1%). Most common injury type is sprain (66,7%), located in ankle (33,3%), most were acute injuries (77,8%), and leads to 11,1% competition-loss. Artistic discipline is associated significantly (p= 0,019) with musculoskeletal injury compared with rhythmic and aerobic discipline. The musculoskeletal injury risk is also higher in artistic discipline with OR= 5,897 (95%CI: 1,199-28,988) compared with rhythmic and aerobic discipline."
