"[ABSTRAKTesis ini membahas mengenai proses berbagi pengetahuan antara staf dan pimpinanPerpustakaan Bank Indonesia. Adapun tujuan diadakannya penelitian ini untukmengetahui proses berbagi pengetahuan antara staf dan pimpinan perpustakaan BankIndonesia serta melihat nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam diri staf dan pimpinandalam proses berbagi pengetahuan diantara mereka guna mengembangkankompetensi personal. Adapun pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian iniadalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode interpretif. Pengumpulan data yangdilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan analisis dokumenterkait proses berbagi pengetahuan di Perpustakaan Bank Indonesia. Adapun hasilpenelitian ini bahwa budaya berbagi pengetahuan telah terinternalisasi di dalam diriindividu baik staf maupun pimpinan di Perpustakaan Bank Indonesia sehinggamereka dapat mengembangkan kompetensi yang dibutuhkan. Pembentukan budayaberbagi pengetahuan tersebut dibangun berdasarkan adanya relasi antar stafperpustakaan dan pimpinan. Pembanguan relasi antara staf dan pimpinan dibangunatas dasar nilai kepercayaan dan saling menghargai antar staf perpustakaan. Dalamproses menjaga relasi tersebut terdapat juga proses negosiasi yang dapatmenyeimbangkan antara kepentingan individu yang berbeda-beda dengankepentingan kelompok yang akan dituju.

ABSTRACTThis thesis discusses about the process of knowledge sharing between thecommissioners and staffs of Bank Indonesia Library. The aim of conducting thisresearch is to figure out the process of knowledge sharing between the commissionersand staffs of Bank Indonesia Library and to examine values internalized withincommissioners and staffs in the process of knowledge sharing to develop personalcompetence. The approach used in this research is qualitative approach withinterpretive method. The data collection is done through deep interview, directobservation, and document analysis related to the process of knowledge sharing atBank Indonesia Library. The result of this research is that the culture of knowledgesharing has been internalized within individuals, either staffs of commissioners ofBank Indonesia Library so that they are able to develop the competence needed. Theformulation of knowledge sharing culture is built based on the relation between thelibrary staffs and commissioners. The development of relations between staff andcommissioners is built on the basis of trust and mutual respect among the librarystaffs. "ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to develop a rating for celebrities in Indonesia based on the factors familiarity, attractiveness, compatibility, influence, and future potential. The study also aims to determine how strong the correlation is between each factor. The data were collected through surveys, data mining, and the judgment of experts. Five hypotheses were developed. The hypotheses were tested using bivariate correlation with primary data, the unit analysis being celebrity. There is a total of thirty celebrities used in this study, therefore n 30. From this study, it is found that compatibility has a significant correlation with rating, while influence has the lowest correlation with rating. In addition, influence has a significant negative correlation with familiarity and attractiveness.

ABSTRAKMengembangkan Rating untuk Selebriti di IndonesiaTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan rating untuk selebriti di Indonesia berdasarkan faktor keakraban, daya tarik, keselarasan, pengaruh, dan potensi masa depan. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menetapkan seberapa besar korelasi antar faktor. Data diperoleh melalui survei, data mining, dan pertimbangan dari ahli. Lima hipotesis telah dikembangkan. Kelima hipotesis tersebut diuji dengan data primer, dengan unit analisis adalah selebriti. Jumlah selebriti yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada tiga puluh, sehingga n=30/ Dari penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa keselarasan mempunyai korelasi yang signifikan dengan rating, sementara pengaruh mempunyai korelasi yang paling rendah. Ditemukan pula bahwa pengaruh mempunyai korelasi negative dengan keakraban dan daya tarik. "

"ABSTRAKTopik penelitian mengenai Pemanfaatan Koleksi Buku di Pusat Perpustakaan Masjid Istiqlal. Bertujuan untuk mengetahui koleksi buku dalam subjek apa yang paling diminati oleh pemakai dan mengatahui gambaran yang jelas mengenai pemanfaatan koleksi buku oleh para pemakai. Serta sejauh mana pemanfaatan koleksi buku di Pusat Perpustakaan Masjid Istiqlal.Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mencatat peminja_man pada tartu buku. Adapun populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh jumlah koleksi buku yang terdapat di per_pustakaan. Sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 384 judul sampel. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar koleksi buku di Pusat Perpustakaan Islam Indonesia telah dimanfaatkan hal ini dapat diketahui, dari 384 seluruh koleksi yang diteliti ternyata 201 koleksi yang telah dimanfaatkan atau sekitar 52,3%. Dalam kelas agama Islam secara umum dapat dilihat hampir sebagian besar dari koleksi ini telah dimanfaatkan yaitu sekitar 71%. Dari seluruh subjek yang diteliti menunjukkan bahwa Subjek Al Qur'an dan Ilmu yang berkaitan nerupakan koleksi yang sangat diminati oleh pemakai yaitu sekitar 87,5% koleksi yang telah dimanfaatkan. Pada koleksi umum (koleksi yang bukan subjek Islam) dapat diketahui bahwa Karya Umum merupakan Subjek yang paling diminati oleh pemakai yaitu sekitar 80%. Pada kelas Ilmu Murni kurang dimanfaatkan oleh pemakai hal ini dapat diketahui yaitu dari 11 sampel yang diolah ternyata hanya 1 sampel yang dimanfaatkan atau sekitar 9,1%. Dengan demikian koleksi buku di Pusat Perpustakaan Islam Indonesia Masjid Istiglal dapat dikatakan bahwa sebagian besar koleksinya telah dimanfaatkan.
