"Tesis ini membahas tentang pelaksanaan manajemen arsip dinamis di IKM batik Kube Mukti Rahayu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus. Data penelitian diambil menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan analisis dokumen. Periode pelaksanaan penelitian dimulai Februari 2021 hingga Desember 2021. Wawancara dilakukan kepada ketua, sekretaris, dan pengganti bendahara. Data diperoleh untuk mengidentifikasi faktor manajemen arsip dinamis dan untuk mengetahui dampak apa yang ditimbulkan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan manajemen arsip di IKM batik Kube Mukti Rahayu belum ditunjang dengan fasilitas yang memadai dan petugas pencatatan yang belum memiliki pengetahuan dan keahlian di bidang kearsipan. Keadaan tersebut menimbulkan dampak negatif kepada organisasi. Oleh karena itu, IKM batik Kube Mukti Rahayu perlu untuk lebih memperhatikan pada pelaksanaan manajemen arsipnya. Hal yang perlu diperbaiki seperti menambah fasilitas penunjang manajemen arsip dan mengikutsertakan petugas kearsipan untuk mengikuti pelatihan manajemen arsip. Upaya tersebut agar pelaksanaan manajemen arsip dinamis di IKM batik Kube Mukti Rahayu lebih terorganisir, temu kembali arsip dapat terlaksana dengan lancar dan meningkatkan kepercayaan anggota

This thesis discusses the implementation of records management in IKM batik Kube Mukti Rahayu. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach and case study method. The research data were taken using interview, observation and document analysis techniques. The research implementation period started from February 2021 to December 2021. Interviews were conducted with the chairperson, secretary, and substitute treasurer. The data obtained to identify the records management factors and to find out what impact it has. The results of this study indicate that the application of records management in IKM batik Kube Mukti Rahayu has not been supported by adequate facilities and registrars who do not have knowledge and expertise in the field of records. This situation raise a negative impact on the organization. Therefore, IKM batik Kube Mukti Rahayu needs to pay more attention to the implementation of records management. Things that need to be improved such as adding supporting facilities for records management and involving archiving officers to take part in record management training. These efforts were conducted so that the implementation of records management in IKM batik Kube Mukti Rahayu is more organized, record retrieval can be carried out smoothly and increasing member trust."

"ABSTRAKUsaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) mempunyai peran yang sangat penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia. UMKM memiliki kontribusi terhadap perluasan kesempatan kerja dan penyerapan tenaga kerja dan menyumbang 60,34 % dari total Pendapatan Domestik Bruto (PDB) nasional (BPS, 2016) namun UMKM memiliki dampak terhadap penurunan kualitas lingkungan hidup dengan limbah yang dihasilkan. Oleh karena itu UMKM didorong untuk menerapkan standar pengelolaan lingkungan. Salah satu standar pengelolaan lingkungan yang dapat diterapkan oleh UMKM adalah dengan penerapan Sistem Manajemen Lingkungan ISO 14001. Keberhasilan penerapan SML di UMKM bergantung pada beberapa hal, antara lain kompetensi karyawan dan biaya yang harus dikeluarkan untuk penerapan dan sertifikasi SML ISO 14001. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kinerja lingkungan, biaya, dan kompetensi karyawan dalam penerapan ISO 14001 di UMKM serta melihat prioritas tujuan dalam penerapan ISO 14011 di UMKM. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain metode statisktik dan pairways comparation. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan didapatkan hasil bahwa Penerapan SML ISO 14001 membantu UMKM dalam mengandalikan limbah cair yang dihasilkan sehingga dapat memenuhi baku mutu yang ditetapkan. Biaya sertifikasi dan penerapan SML ISO 14001 di UMKM masih kecil dibanding dengan biaya-biaya lain yang dikeluarkan oleh UMKM. Sedangkan kompetensi karyawan UMKM dalam penerapan SML ISO 14001 cukup baik dengan nilai di atas rata-rata.Secara umum prioritas penerapan SML ISO 14001 di UMKM adalah untuk memenuhi sasaran lingkungan yang telah ditetapkan dan untuk memperoleh keuntungan finansial.

ABSTRACTMicro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) have a very important role in the Indonesian economy. MSMEs have contributed to the expansion of employment opportunities and employment and accounted for 60.34% of the total national Gross Domestic Product (GDP) (BPS, 2016) but MSMEs have an impact on environmental degradation with the resulting waste. Therefore MSMEs are encouraged to apply environmental management standards. One of the environmental management standards that can be applied by MSMEs is the application of ISO 14001 Environmental Management System. The successful implementation of SML in MSMEs depends on several things, including employee competencies and costs incurred for the application and certification of ISO 14001 SML. This research aims to see the environmental performance, costs, and competence of employees in the application of ISO 14001 in MSMEs and see the priority objectives in implementing ISO 14011 in MSMEs. The methods used in this study include statistical methods and pairways comparation. Based on the research conducted, the results show that the application of ISO 14001 SML helps MSMEs to control the wastewater generated so that it can meet the specified quality standards. The cost of certification and application of ISO 14001 SML in MSMEs is still small compared to other costs incurred by MSMEs. While the competence of MSME employees in applying the ISO 14001 SML is quite good with a value above the average. In general the priority of applying the ISO 14001 SML in MSMEs is to meet the environmental goals that have been set and to obtain financial benefits."

"Sebagai perusahaaan transportasi yang sudah berdiri sejak era Hindia Belanda, PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) (Persero) memiliki banyak arsip vital yang berusia ratusan tahun, namun kondisi arsip yang dimiliki banyak yang sudah rapuh dan mudah rusak. Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana kegiatan preservasi arsip era Hindia Belanda yang dilakukan oleh Corporate Document Management PT. KAI (Persero) mulai dari tahap preventif maupun kuratifnya. Sebagai sebuah BUMN, PT. KAI (Persero) mengadopsi beberapa aturan, salah satunya adalah Undang-Undang (Undang-Undang) dan juga Peraturan Kepala Arsip Nasional Indonesia (PERKA ANRI). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kegiatan preservasi terhadap arsip vital era Hindia Belanda di PT. KAI (Persero), agar arsip vital yang sudah berusia tua itu tetap dapat digunakan untuk kepentingan bisnis perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan yang dipilih adalah pengelola arsip di PT. KAI (Persero) yang mengerti bagaimana pelaksanaan kegiatan preservasi di PT. KAI. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa sebagian besar aspek kegiatan preservasi arsip era Hindia Belanda di PT. KAI sudah sesuai dengan teori yang ada, namun terdapat juga perbedaan metode yang digunakan karena perbedaan kondisi arsip.

As a transportation company that has been around since the Dutch East Indies era, PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) (Persero) certainly has so many vital archives that are hundreds of years old, so the condition of the archives owned by many is already fragile and easily damaged. This study discusses how the archive of the Dutch East Indies era preservation activities were carried out by Corporate Document Management PT. KAI (Persero) starts from the preventive and curative stages. As a state-owned enterprise, PT. KAI (Persero) adopted several rules, one of which is the Act (Undang-Undang) and also the Regulation of the Head of the Indonesian National Archives (PERKA ANRI). This study aims to identify the preservation activities of the vital archives of the Dutch East Indies era at PT. KAI (Persero), so that the old vital archives can still be used for the company's business interests. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods used by interviews, observation, and documentation. The selected informants are archive managers at PT. KAI (Persero) who understands how the implementation of preservation activities at PT. KAI. The results of this study indicate that most aspects of the archive preservation activities of the Dutch East Indies era at PT. KAI is in accordance with the existing theory, but there are also differences in the methods used due to differences in archival conditions."
