"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana efektifitas desentralisasi fiskal dalam mengurangi ketimpangan pendidikan di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan data panel dari 34 Provinsi di Indonesia dalam periode tahun 2011-2019, penelitian ini menjelaskan bagaimana kondisi ketimpangan pendidikan di Indonesia dengan menggunakan gini rasio pendidikan yang merupakan suatu indikator yang digunakan untuk melihat distribusi pemerataan pendidikan. Dengan menggunakan Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU), Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK), dan bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) sebagai bagian dari desentralisasi fiskal, dan metode empiris system GMM untuk menguji dampak ketiga dana tersebut terhadap ketimpangan pendidikan, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa DAU dan DAK justru belum mampu mengurangi ketimpangan pendidikan karena formulasi dan penggunaan yang belum efektif. Sedangkan BOS mampu mengurangi ketimpangan pendidikan karena digunakan untuk membiayai operasional sekolah, sehingga tidak ada biaya pendidikan yang dibebankan ke masyarakat dan meningkatkan akses terhadap pelayanan pendidikan.

This study aims to see the effectiveness of fiscal decentralization in reducing educational inequality in Indonesia. Using panel data from 34 provinces in Indonesia from 2011 until 2019, this study explains how the condition of education inequality in Indonesia by employing Gini ratio of education is an indicator of the distribution of educational equity. By using the General Allocation Fund (DAU), Special Allocation Fund (DAK), and School Operational Assistance (BOS) as part of fiscal decentralization, and applying system GMM to examine its impacts on Gini ratio of education, the study results show that the DAU and DAK do not affect to decrease education inequality due to ineffective formulation and utilization. Meanwhile, BOS can reduce education inequality because it is used to finance school operations so that the community pays no education costs and increases access to public education."

"TikTok telah mengalami peningkatan pengguna selama pandemi, dengan total sebesar 1,2 miliar pengguna aktif pada tahun 2021. Dengan peningkatan pengguna, TikTok juga perlu mempertahankan penggunanya dengan terus berinovasi. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan TikTok adalah dengan menjawab kebutuhan edukasi melalui media sosial. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor yang memengaruhi keberlanjutan pengguna dalam menggunakan aplikasi TikTok untuk memperoleh konten edukatif. Penelitian ini memodifikasi Expectation-Confirmation Model dengan menambahkan variabel system quality dan information quality dari Information System Success Model, serta menganalisis faktor enjoyment dan interactivity yang berkaitan erat dengan pengalaman menggunakan media sosial. Data dari penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner secara daring dengan total 629 responden. Kemudian data responden diolah dengan CB-SEM dengan menggunakan AMOS 26. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor confirmation memengaruhi perceived usefulness dan satisfaction; faktor information quality, system quality, dan enjoyment memengaruhi satisfaction faktor interactivity memengaruhi perceived usefulness; faktor perceived usefulness tidak memengaruhi satisfaction, serta faktor perceived usefulness dan faktor satisfaction memengaruhi continuance intention penggunaan aplikasi TikTok untuk edukasi. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar TikTok mengembangkan fungsionalitas serta fitur yang lebih sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna seperti fitur subtitle, speed adjustment, playlist, perpanjangan durasi konten, serta evaluasi algoritma yang lebih sesuai dengan preferensi konten edukatif pengguna. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menyarankan aplikasi TikTok untuk melakukan sosialisasi terkait fitur-fitur yang ada di TikTok agar dapat lebih berguna bagi proses pembelajaran pengguna.

TikTok has seen an increase in users during the pandemic, with a total of 1,2 billion active users in 2021. With the increase of users, TikTok also needs to maintain their user’s retention. One of the efforts made by TikTok is to answer educational needs through social media. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the factors affecting the continuance intention of TikTok users in obtaining educational content. This study modifies the Expectation- Confirmation Model (ECM) by adding system quality and information quality variables from the Information System Success Model, as well as analyzing the enjoyment and interactivity factor which is closely related to the experience of using social media. Data from this study were collected through online questionnaires with a total of 629 respondents. Then the respondent's data was processed by CB-SEM using AMOS 26. The results of this study indicate that the confirmation affects perceived usefulness and satisfaction; information quality, system quality, and enjoyment affect satisfaction; interactivity affects perceived usefulness; the perceived usefulness doesn’t affect satisfaction, and the perceived usefulness and satisfaction influence the continuance intention of using TikTok for educational purposes. This research can also be useful in improving social media, especially TikTok for education. This study suggests TikTok to develop functionality and features that are more aligned with user needs such as subtitle features, speed adjustments, playlists, content duration extensions, and algorithm evaluations that are more aligned with user preferences for educational content. In addition, this study also recommends TikTok to do socialization regarding the features available on TikTok so that it can be more useful for the user's learning process."

"Skripsi ini membahas tentang proses pelaksanaan program pendidikan paket C pada Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Bina Insan Mandiri Depok. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan proses pelaksanaan program pendidikan paket C dan untuk mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor kesuksesan dan hambatan dalam proses pelaksanaan program pendidikan paket C di PKBM Bina Insan Mandiri. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah proses pelaksanaannya PKBM ini menggunakan Metode, Media, Materi pembelajaran yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan warga belajarnya. Adapun faktor kesuksesan dan hambatan adalah kemampuan lembaga dalam membangun kerjasama dengan berbagai instansi sedangkan hambatannya adalah faktor-faktor eksternal.

The objective of the research are to describe the implementation process of education program called with “Paket C” and the success factors and obstacles in implementation the process of “Paket C’ education program at Community Learning Center (CLC) Bina Insan Mandiri Depok. The output of the research is we know that the implementation of “Paket C’ education program use learning method, material and media that appropriate with the needs of the students.
