"Identitas korporasi suatu perusahaan erat kaitanya dengan komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan, baik yang dilakukan kepada internal maupun eksternal perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui identitas korporasi, strategi komunikasi, serta komunikasi korporasi yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan secara terintegrasi dalam pembentukan identias korporasi. Lotte Grosir yang dijadikan penelitian ini adalah perusahaan ritel yang memiliki segmentasi para pelaku usaha. Bagaimana strategi komunikasi korporasi yang dilakukan dalam proses pembentukan identitas perusahaan peneliti kaji dalam keseharian perusahaan. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif-evaluatif. Temuan penelitian ini peneliti analisis menggunakan teknik pencocokan pola. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa identias korporasi perusahaan ternyata terkait dengan faktor-faktor lain yakni: visi, budaya perusahaan asal, konsistensi, serta sumber daya manusia itu sendiri. Strategi komunikasi korporasi yang terintegrasi dinilai dapat meningkatkan kesadaran akan identitas korporasi bagi seluruh pemangku kepentingan perusahaan, dan ada di dalam proses pembentukan identitas korporasi itu sendiri, yakni melalui komunikasi internal yang dilakukan kepada seluruh karyawan dalam pembentukan budaya perusahaan. Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah kedepannya dalam membangun identitas perusahaan diperlukan sinergitas dan konsistensi dalam melakukan komunikasi, kebijakan dan tindakan yang sesuai dari perusahaan dengan pernyataan identitasnya. Evaluasi yang rutin baik secara internal dan eksternal juga perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah perusahaan tersebut sudah dijalan yang benar dalam membangun identitasnya.
The corporate identity of a company is closely related to the communication made by the company, both to internal and external companies. This research was conducted to determine the corporate identity, communication strategy, and corporate communication carried out by the company in an integrated manner in the formation of corporate identity. Lotte Wholesale used in this research is a retail company that has a segmentation of business actors. How is the corporate communication strategy carried out in the process of forming the company's identity, the researcher examines in the daily life of the company. This research is qualitative with descriptive-evaluative method. The findings of this study researchers analyzed using pattern matching techniques. The results of the study stated that the company's corporate identity was related to other factors, namely: vision, original company culture, consistency, and human resources themselves. The integrated corporate communication strategy is considered to be able to increase awareness of corporate identity for all company stakeholders, and is in the process of forming corporate identity itself, namely through internal communication carried out to all employees in the formation of corporate culture. The recommendation of this research is that in the future, in building a company's identity, synergy and consistency are needed in carrying out appropriate communications, policies and actions from the company with a statement of its identity. Routine evaluations both internally and externally also need to be carried out to find out whether the company is on the right path in building its identity."
