"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hal-hal yang menjadi penyebab kegagalan inklusi-moderasi Parti Islam Se-Malaysia (PAS) khususnya dalam Muktamar ke-61 tahun 2015. Dalam hal ini, kegagalan yang dimaksud adalah kekalahan faksi pembaharu dalam mempertahankan kepemimpinan partai dari faksi ulama pada Muktamar ke-61 tahun 2015 tersebut. Bahkan, hal itu kemudian membuat upaya-upaya inklusi-moderasi yang telah diterapkan oleh PAS selama berada di bawah kepemimpinan faksi pembaharu (periode tahun 2005-2015) akhirnya harus terhenti. Pasalnya, hal ini dikarenakan terdapat perbedaan yang mendasar antara kedua faksi tersebut dalam berbagai hal, seperti mengenai visi, orientasi ideologi dan kebijakan. Hingga akhirnya, hasil yang diperoleh dari muktamar tersebut turut menyebabkan terjadinya perpecahan pada internal PAS, Hingga kemudian, perpecahan itu selanjutnya membuat berdirinya Parti Amanah pasca diselenggarakannya Muktamar ke-61 tahun 2015. Di samping itu, dalam pembahasannya, penelitian ini menggunakan teori inklusi-moderasi dan faksionalisme serta studi literatur terhadap referensi-referensi yang relevan dalam metode penelitiannya. Dengan demikian, dapat dikatakan bahwa temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kegagalan inklusi-moderasi PAS disebabkan oleh adanya pergantian kepemimpinan serta perpecahan dalam internal partai tersebut

This research have a purpose to explain the causes of the failure of inclusion-moderation of the Malaysian Islamic Party (PAS), especially in the 61 Conference of 2015. In this case, the failure in question is the defeat of the reformer faction in maintaining the party leadership of the ulama faction. at the 61 Conference of 2015. In fact, it then made the inclusion-moderation efforts that had been implemented by PAS while under the leadership of the reformer faction (the period 2005-2015) finally have to cease. The reason is, this is because there are fundamental differences between the two factions in various matters, such as regarding vision, ideological orientation and policy. Furthermore, the results obtained from the conference helped to cause a split in the internal PAS, until then, the split later made the establishment of the Parti Amanah after the holding of the 61 Conference in 2015. In addition, in the discussion, this study used the theory of inclusion-moderation and factionalism and literature study of relevant references in the research method. Therefore, it can be said that the findings of this study indicate that the failure of inclusion-moderation of PAS is caused by a change in leadership and divisions within the party."

"Tulisan ini membahas tentang environmental harm pada pencemaran Sungai Ciujung yang dilakukan oleh PT. Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper PT. IKPP . Konsep environmental harm digunakan karena istilah "crime" sering didefinisikan sebagai pelanggaran atas aturan-aturan. Sedangkan pencemaran Sungai Ciujung diakibatkan karena pembuangan limbah cair dari aktivitas industri yang legal dan sah karena memiliki izin dari pemerintah. Limbah cair yang dibuang ke sungai memiliki zat-zat kimia yang apabila melebihi baku mutu air akan merusak fungsi dari Sungai Ciujung. Dampak yang muncul dari pencemaran Sungai Ciujung berupa kerugian lingkungan dan masyarakat yang tinggal dan memanfaatkan keberadaan sungai.

This paper discuss about environmental harm to pollution of Ciujung River conducted by PT. Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper PT IKPP . The concept of environmental harm is used because 39 crime 39 is often defined as a violation of the rules. While the pollution of the Ciujung River is caused by the disposal of liquid waste from legal and legitimate industrial activity because it has permission from the government. Liquid waste discharged into the river has chemicals that, if exceeding the water quality standard, will impair the function of the Ciujung River. The impact that arises from pollution of the Ciujung River is the loss of the environment and the people who live and utilize the existence of the river."

"Pada Pemilu 2018 terjadi sebuah fenomena yang menyiratkan adanya transfer kekuasaan kepada kubu oposisi Pakatan Harapan (PH). Di balik koalisi PH, ada sosok Mahathir Mohamad yang pernah menjadi Perdana Menteri Malaysia di tahun 1980-an. Tugas Karya Akhir (TKA) ini menganalisis mengenai peran Mahathir dalam mendorong kemenangan oposisi PH di Pemilu 2018. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif untuk menjelaskan peran Mahathir di pemerintahan Malaysia secara umum dan pada Pemilu 2018 serta pandangan publik Malaysia terhadap kembalinya sosok Mahathir ke dunia politik. Konsep Popularitas dan Figur Politik serta teori Pencitraan Politik digunakan untuk menjelaskan kemenangan PH yang salah satunya didorong oleh keberadaan Mahathir yang kemudian menggunakan isu-isu untuk melemahkan oposisi serta memposisikan dirinya sebagai ‘penyelamat’ Malaysia. Sosok politik yang lebih populer dan memiliki citra politik baik, akan mendapatkan simpati dan dukungan masyarakat yang akan meningkatkan elektabilitasnya pada pemilu. Popularitas dan citra Mahathir yang baik kemudian mendorong kemenangan koalisi yang dipimpinnya.

In the 2018 election a phenomenon occurred which implied the transfer of power to the opposition Pakatan Harapan (PH). Behind the PH coalition, there was the figure of Mahathir Mohamad who had been the Prime Minister of Malaysia in the 1980s. This paper analyzes the role of Mahathir in encouraging the victory of the opposition PH in the 2018 elections. The method used in this study is qualitative to explain Mahathir's role in the Malaysian government and in the 2018 election, also to explain the Malaysian public's view of Mahathir's return to politics. The concept of Popularity, Political Figure, and Political Image theory were used to explain the victory of the PH, which was driven by the presence of Mahathir who then used issues to weaken the opposition and position himself as a 'savior' of Malaysia. A political figure who is more popular and has a good political image, will get the sympathy and support of the people and will increase his electability in the election. Mahathir's popularity and good image led to the victory of the coalition he led."
