"Donasi online kini semakin marak di Indonesia, terutama pada platform galang dana (crowdfunding). Seiring dengan bertambahnya pengguna pada platform tersebut, banyak pula kasus-kasus yang melibatkan kepercayaan pengguna terhadap platform crowdfunding. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kepercayaan dan ketidakpercayaan seseorang terhadap platform crowdfunding, dan pengaruhnya terhadap sikap dan intensi perilaku donasi online. Penelitian ini mengkaji lebih dalam mengenai behavioral intention untuk berdonasi dan konsep trust and distrust. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode survei dengan melibatkan 865 responden Indonesia melalui kuesioner online pada media sosial. Data responden diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aspek kualitas seperti system quality dan information quality dan aspek mekanisme institusi seperti perceived platform rules dan perceived monitoring memengaruhi kepercayaan dan ketidakpercayaan terhadap platform. Kepercayaan dan ketidakpercayaan terhadap platform berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap sikap dan intensi seseorang dalam melakukan donasi online.

The amount of online donations has been increasing in Indonesia, especially in the online crowdfunding platform. Along with the increasing number of users, there are also many cases involving user trust in the platform. This study aims to explore factors that influence trust and distrust in the platform and their influence on attitude and online donation intention. This study focuses on behavioral intention in the online donation and the concept of trust and distrust. 865 Indonesian respondent data collected using an online survey through social media and analyzed using Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS). This study indicates that quality aspects such as system quality and information quality and institutional mechanism aspects such as perceived platform rules and perceived monitoring influence trust and distrust in the platform. Trust and distrust in platform influence attitude towards donation and online donation intention significantly.
