"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh modal sosial, inovasi serta motivasi yang berhubungan langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat di Labuan Bajo. Pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah metode campuran (Explanatory Sequential Mixed Method) dengan 2 fase. Fase pertama menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan jawaban kuesioner terstruktur dari 303 responden. Hasil data kuantitatif dianalisis dengan software Lisrel. Fase kedua dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui observasi dan indepth interview terhadap 10 orang informan yang diolah dengan software Dedoose. Modal Sosial berpengaruh signifikan pada masyarakat di Labuan Bajo memanfaatkan modal sosial untuk tolong menolong dan gotong royong berlandaskan kepercayaan, saling berbagi informasi positif. Masyarakat juga memperlihatkan ada motivasi yang melahirkan inovasi. Dengan demikian, inovasi masyarakat sangat berkorelasi erat dengan motivasi yang mereka memiliki.

This study aims to analyze the influence of social capital, innovation and motivation that are directly or indirectly related to the welfare of the community in Labuan Bajo. The approach taken is a mixed method (Explanatory Sequential Mixed Method) with 2 phases. The first phase used a quantitative approach by collecting structured questionnaire answers from 303 respondents. The results of quantitative data were analyzed with Lisrel software. The second phase was carried out with a qualitative approach through observation and in-depth interviews with 10 informants processed with Dedoose software. Social Capital has a significant effect on the community in Labuan Bajo utilizing social capital to help and mutual assistance based on trust, sharing positive information. The community also shows that there is a motivation that gives birth to innovation. Thus, people's innovation is closely correlated with the motivations they have."

"Aplikasi Arsip Elektronik Masyarakat (Emas) merupakan aplikasi penyimpanan arsip keluarga yang dikembangkan oleh Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Provinsi Jawa Tengah, Indonesia. Aplikasi ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan penyimpanan arsip keluarga seperti KTP, Kartu Keluarga, Akta Kelahiran, Ijazah, Surat penting dan lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis isi terarah (directed content analysis) dari hasil wawancara 12 informan yang terdiri dari 6 masyarakat umum dan 6 arsiparis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengalaman dan mekanisme penerapaan pengetahuan pengarsipan pribadi (personal archiving) dan menganalisis adaptasi aplikasi Arsip Emas dalam proses penyimpanan arsip pada masyarakat Jawa Tengah. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adaptasi dan pengalaman menggunakan Arsip Emas secara aplikasi dapat digunakan dengan mudah dan sederhana, namun perlunya pengembangan serta sosialisasi yang lebih luas. Selain itu, penerapan pengetahuan kearsipan cukup baik dan perlunya pendampingan atau kegiatan yang diperuntukan untuk masyarakat umum secara periodik.

The Community Electronic Archive Application (Emas) is a family archive storage application developed by the Archives and Library Office of Central Java Province, Indonesia. This application aims to facilitate the storage of family archives such as ID cards, family cards, birth certificates, diplomas, important papers, and others. This study uses a qualitative approach with directed content analysis from interviews with 12 informants, six general public, and six archivists. This study aimed to identify the experience and mechanism of applying personal archiving knowledge and analyze the adaptation of the Arsip Emas application in the archive storage process in the people of Central Java. This study indicates that the adaptation and experience of using the Arsip Emas in an application can be used easily and simply, but development and more comprehensive socialization are needed. In addition, the application of archival knowledge is quite good, and the need for periodic assistance or activities intended for the general public."
