"Sektor konstruksi memiliki banyak aspek, dengan banyak bisnis yang bekerja sama dalam organisasi proyek jangka pendek. Untuk menjamin keselamatan pekerja, penting untuk memiliki sistem perencanaan, koordinasi, pelatihan, dan komunikasi kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3) yang efisien. Meskipun terdapat banyak pilihan transportasi, pesatnya perkembangan kota seperti Jakarta telah mengakibatkan peningkatan kemacetan lalu lintas komuter. Kemacetan di persimpangan jalan besar dapat dikurangi dengan membangun infrastruktur seperti jembatan layang, meskipun permasalahan pada jalur sekunder mungkin masih ada. Meskipun terdapat banyak orang yang berkecimpung dalam bisnis konstruksi di Indonesia, industri ini mulai menggunakan lebih banyak teknologi, sehingga meningkatkan kemungkinan bahaya karena ketidaktahuan mereka. Lokasi konstruksi sering mengalami kecelakaan kerja; pada tahun 2015 saja, terdapat lebih dari 100.000 insiden. Untuk mengidentifikasi risiko dan mencegah kecelakaan, diperlukan struktur organisasi dan manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) yang kuat. Studi lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk menentukan cara meningkatkan keselamatan melalui kolaborasi entitas proyek, perencanaan, pelatihan, dan struktur organisasi.

The construction sector is a multifaceted one, with numerous businesses working together on short-term project organizations. To guarantee worker safety, it is essential to have efficient work health and safety (WHS) planning, coordination, training, and communication systems in place. Despite the availability of multiple transportation options, the rapid development of cities such as Jakarta has resulted in a rise in commuter traffic congestion. Congestion at large crossroads can be lessened by constructing infrastructure like flyover bridges, although issues on secondary routes might still exist. Although there are many people in Indonesia's construction business, the industry is beginning to use more technology, which raises the possibility of dangers because of unfamiliarity. Construction sites frequently have work accidents; in 2015 alone, there were over 100,000 incidents. To identify risks and prevent accidents, strong organizational structures and occupational safety and health (OSH) management are required.  Further study is required to determine how to increase safety through project entity collaboration, planning, training, and organizational structures."

"This book offers a brief review of and investigations into the power quality problem in the new technology of co-phase high-speed traction power supplies, which benefits for higher locomotive speed. In addition, it presents detailed design procedures and discusses the chief concerns in connection with a newly proposed solution: compensation in co-phase traction power using a co-phase railway hybrid power quality conditioner (Railway HPQC). Further, it provides essential information on the modeling of power quality in co-phase, high-speed traction power supplies, and on power quality compensation algorithm derivations. Lastly, it delineates the design of railway HPQC and analyzes the effect of different parameters on its performance to accommodate different priorities. All design is supported by simulations and the results of experimental verification."

"Keselamatan perkeretaapian merupakan keadaan selamat dalam penyelenggaraan perkeretaapian sehingga terhindar dari suatu kecelakaan yang menimbulkan kerugian baik secara material maupun korban jiwa. Menurut data statistik Komite Nasional Keselamatan Transportasi (KNKT) bahwa kecelakaan kereta api di Indonesia paling banyak disebabkan oleh faktor prasarana yaitu sebesar 69% dari total seluruh faktor penyebab utama kecelakaan. Dengan melihat faktor tersebut maka mitigasi dalam mengurangi kecelakaan dapat diprioritaskan pada faktor prasarana. Berdasarkan laporan investigasi KNKT nomor 19.03.01.02 tahun 2019 menyatakan bahwa kecelakaan jenis anjlokan yang terjadi memiliki faktor berkontribusi yaitu permasalahan pada prasarana jalan rel berupa iregularitas dalam bentuk skilu dinamis. Pendeteksian iregularitas terutama skilu di Indonesia dilakukan pada proses pemeliharaan jalan rel menggunakan kereta api khusus dengan waktu tertentu sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama apabila harus menunggu siklus pemeliharaan jalan rel. Di sisi lain perkembangan teknologi digital kian pesat sehingga dapat memecahkan berbagai permasalahan terutama dalam membuat sistem yang mampu menjawab persoalan di lapangan. Sistem yang akan dibuat adalah suatu sistem pendeteksi dini apabila terjadi iregularitas jalan rel berupa skilu yang berpotensi mengakibatkan kecelakaan kereta api. Sistem akan memberikan notifikasi kepada pengguna ketika sistem mendeteksi adanya skilu dinamis melebihi ambang batas. Dari hasil pengujian pengukuran sistem yang telah dilakukan maka diperoleh bahwa endpoint 1 menunjukkan hasil perbedaan pengukuran sebesar 6.16% terhadap alat ukur existing. Endpoint 2 menunjukkan hasil perbedaan pengukuran sebesar 6.14% terhadap alat ukur existing. Untuk pengujian notifikasi peringatan dini menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat berhasil menyampaikan 100% notifikasi peringatan dini dan tidak terdapat false alarm pada pengujian. Dari hasil analisis nilai keekonomian didapatkan bahwa sistem yang diimplementasikan memiliki nilai material 1,128% lebih mahal dari alat existing.

Railway safety is a state of safety in the operation of the railway so as to avoid an accident that causes material and loss of life. According to statistical data from the National Transportation Safety Committee (KNKT) that train accidents in Indonesia are mostly caused by infrastructure factors, which are 69% of the total factors that cause accidents. By looking at these factors, mitigation in reducing accidents can be prioritized on the infrastructure factor. Based on the KNKT investigation report number 19.03.01.02 of 2019 stated that the type of slump accident that occurred had a contributing factor, namely problems with rail infrastructure in the form of irregularities in the form of dynamic skids. Detection of irregularities, especially skilu in Indonesia, is carried out in the process of maintaining rail roads using special trains with a certain time so that it takes a long time if you have to wait for the rail road maintenance cycle. On the other hand, the development of digital technology is increasingly rapid so that it can solve various problems, especially in creating systems that are able to answer problems in the field. The system that will be made is an early detection system in the event of an irregularity of the rail road in the form of skilu which has the potential to cause a train accident. The system will notify the user when the system detects that a dynamic skill exceeds the threshold. From the results of the system measurement test that has been carried out, it is obtained that endpoint 1 shows the results of the measurement difference of 6.16% against the existing measuring instrument. Endpoint 2 shows the results of the measurement difference of 6.14% against the existing measuring instrument. For early warning notification testing, it shows that the system can successfully deliver 100% early warning notifications and there are no false alarms in the test conducted. From the analysis of the economic value, it was found that the implemented system has a material value of 1.128% more expensive than existing measurement tools."

"Stasiun kereta api Kedjaksan Cirebon merupakan salah satu Cagar Budaya yang berasal dari masa kolonial dan dapat diteliti menurut sudut pandang arkeologi industri. Salah satu pengaruh bangsa Belanda pada masa penjajahan di Indonesia adalah pengadaan transportasi kereta api dalam rangka mempelancar eksplosari dan eksploitasi terhadap tanah jajahan. Dengan perkembangan transportasi kereta api, berkembang pula fasilitas pendukungnya, yakni stasiun. Salah satu stasiun kereta api yang didirikan di Jawa Barat adalah Stasiun Kereta Api Kedjaksan Cirebon. Pada kompleks stasiun Kedjaksan Cirebon terdapat beberapa komponen penunjang kegiatan perkeretaapian alat dan bangunan operasional, serta bangunan tempat tinggal pegawai. Berdirinya sebuah stasiun kereta api membawa perubahan terhadap tatanan masyarakat sehingga menghasilkan kelas sosial pekerja. Kelas-kelas sosial tersebut dapat diamati melalui bangunan rumah tinggal dan atribut yang dikenakan.

Kedjaksan Cirebon railway station is one of the heritage from the colonial period and can be studied in terms of the industrial archeology. One of the influences of the Dutch during the colonial era in Indonesia is the provision of railway transportation in order to facilitate the exploration and exploitation of the colonies. With the development of rail transportation, is also developing its supporting facilities, the train station. One of the railway station was established in West Java Kedjaksan Cirebon Railway Station. At the station complex Kedjaksan Cirebon there are several components to support activities which the tools and building railway operations, as well as residential buildings employees. The establishment of a railway station brought changes to the society that produces social class workers. Socialclasses can be observed through the houses and subject attributes."
