"Tesis ini mengkaji permasalahan layout produksi tabung 3 kg dengan mengambil studi kasus di PT. Wijaya Karya Intrade. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam studi kasus ini adalah konsep lean manufacturing dimana fokus utamanya adalah pada minimalisasi pemborosan dalam kegiatan produksi dan sistem produksi One piece flow. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan pendekatan lean manufacturing, telah mampu menghasilkan layout produksi yang lebih baik dan peningkatan effisiensi pada beberapa aspek.
The focus of this case study is on production layout of gas cylinder tank 3kg at PT. Wijaya Karya Intrade. The approach applied in this study is lean manufacturing concept which primarily emphasize on minimizing waste in a production activity and one piece flow production system. The study shows that lean manufacturing approach has produced better production layout and improving efficiency on several aspects."

ABSTRAKCellular manufacturing systems have gained significant research attention in recent years because of their inherent ability to spur productivity. Classical cellular manufacturing literate has concerned itself with the problem of identifying appropriate machine-part groups. This paper proposes a mixed-integer nonlinear programming formulation model for the machine layout problem in cellular manufacturing. The objective of the formulation is to minimize a surrogate-weighted cost of intercellular material movement under capacity and part requirement constraints. A heuristic solution method is proposed, and a numerical example is presented to illustrate the model and demonstrate the solution improvement."

"Obat maupun bahan obat yang disalurkan ke pelanggan harus dipastikan tidak berubah mutu atau rusak. Dalam pelaksanaannya, Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF) yang bertindak sebagai penyalur, harus mengacu pada pedoman Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik (CDOB). CDOB diatur dalam Peraturan Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM) Nomor 9 Tahun 2019 dan Peraturan BPOM Nomor 6 Tahun 2020 yang bertujuan untuk memastikan mutu sepanjang jalur distribusi atau penyaluran sesuai persyaratan dan tujuan penggunaannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui penerapan CDOB di KFTD Cabang Surakarta dalam aspek pengadaan, penyimpanan, dan penyaluran produk. Dalam penelitian ini, data yang telah diperoleh dilakukan proses pemilihan dan pemusatan perhatian pada topik atau penyederhanaan. Hasil pemusatan data kemudian dibandingkan dengan pedoman CDOB khusus aspek pengadaan, penyimpanan dan penyaluran, untuk mengetahui kesesuaian antara kegiatan rantai distribusi yang dilakukan oleh KFTD Cabang Surakarta dengan pedoman dalam CDOB. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, KFTD Cabang Surakarta telah menerapkan rantai distribusi yang sesuai dengan pedoman Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik (CDOB) mulai dari proses pengadaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan dan penyaluran produk dari prinsipal kepada pelanggan atau konsumen.
Drugs and medicinal ingredients distributed to customers must be ensured that their quality has not changed or been damaged. In its implementation, Pharmaceutical Wholesalers (PBF) who act as distributors, must refer to the guidelines for Good Drug Distribution Methods (CDOB). CDOB is regulated by the Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM) Regulation Number 9 of 2019 and BPOM Regulation Number 6 of 2020 which aims to ensure quality along the distribution or distribution channel according to the requirements and intended use. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of CDOB in KFTD Surakarta Branch in the aspects of product procurement, storage, and distribution. In this study, the data that has been obtained is carried out by selecting and focusing on the topic or simplification. The results of data concentration were then compared with the CDOB guidelines specifically for aspects of procurement, storage, and distribution, to find out the suitability between the distribution chain activities carried out by the Surakarta Branch of KFTD and the guidelines in the CDOB. Based on the research that has been done, KFTD Surakarta Branch has implemented a distribution chain per the guidelines for Good Drug Distribution (CDOB) starting from the procurement, receipt, storage, and distribution of products from principals to customers or consumers."
