"Sigma Delta ADC (Analog to Digital Converter) merupakan salah satu jenis dari ADC dengan resolusi yang tinggi jika dibandingkan dengan jenis ADC lainnya. Salah satu komponen penting dalam Sigma Delta ADC adalah Sigma Delta modulator. Faktor penting yang mempengaruhi resolusi dari sigma delta modulator ini bergantung pada oversampling ratio dan topologi rangkaiannya. Dalam skripsi ini dibahas tentang simulasi rangkaian menggunakan op-amp LT 1817 dengan menggunakan software simulasi LTSpice. Rangkaian ini disimulasikan dengan menggunakan topologi first order sigma delta modulator. Hasil keluaran dari rangkaian ini adalah bit digital bernilai 1 dan 0 yang memiliki perbedaan ketebalan sinyal pulsa berbentuk sinyal PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) tergantung dari sinyal masukkan pada rangkaian.

Sigma Delta ADC (Analog to Digital Converter) is one kind of ADC with higher resolution than another kind of ADC. The most important component of Sigma Delta ADC is Sigma Delta Modulator. The Substancial factors that affect the resolution of Sigma Delta Modulator are oversampling ratio and circuit topology. This bachelor thesis discusses about cicrcuit simulation using LT 1817 op-amp which is simulated by LTSpice software. The circuits are simulated by using sigma delta moldulator first order topology. The output result from these circuits is binary pulse which has differernt width pulse depends on input signal trough the circuit."
