"Bus arrival time is very important to passengers, not only at the origin terminal but also at every stop. If there is no predicted arrival time at a stop, the headway designed should match the bus frequency at the stop. The uncertainty in bus arrival time can hinder the headway from matching the bus frequency at the stops. Moreover, lack of information on the service route and actual arrival times at stops leads to difficulty for passengers in planning their trips. Observation surveys were conducted to collect data on the problems of bus arrival frequency and uncertain arrival times at a selected stop with multiple routes during off-peak hours in Putrajaya Malaysia. This paper proposes a method to estimate arrival times at bus stops using the adaptive neuro fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) and several models are proposed to predict arrival times using MATLAB Curve Fitting Tool. All the proposed models exhibited RMSE close to 0 and R2 close to 1."

"Kereta cepat pertama di Indonesia, Kereta Whoosh, telah selesai dikonstruksi pada Oktober 2023. Akibat dari munculnya Kereta Whoosh, mode choice perjalanan Jakarta – Bandung mengalami perubahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa efek dari jumlah pelaku perjalanan (okupansi) di dalam kendaraan pribadi terhadap mode choice Kereta Whoosh, Kereta Argo Parahyangan, dan kendaraan pribadi mobil di jalan tol. Perhitungan penelitian ini akan menggunakan regresi multinomial logit untuk memunculkan fungsi utilitas yang kemudian akan digunakan untuk perhitungan probabilitas mode choice. Alat bantu SPSS akan digunakan untuk mengolah data regresi multinomial logit.

The first high-speed train in Indonesia, Woosh Train, was completed in October 2023. Surveys and reports were conducted to understand the preference of Jakarta - Bandung travelers regarding the Whoosh Train. The construction of the Whoosh Train raised questions on whether this transportation mode would survive the competition as a transportation mode. As high-speed trains usually have a high maintenance cost, the need of adequate profits is important. One of the ways is by selling the ticket and gain profits through it. Due to the importance of profits, the tickets were set at a higher price. On the other hand, the existing train Kereta Argo Parahyangan for Jakarta - Bandung travel has dominated the market with lower prices. The private transportation car on the other hand has a travel cost-sharing option. Due to all of this, understanding how travel occupancy affects the mode choice can help identify how society reacts to Whoosh Train's appearance. The reaction of the society will be seen using the mode choice probability based on the travel occupancy. The research will use the Multinomial Logistic Regression method to create a model that predicts the mode shift probability."

"Angkutan umum sampai saat ini belum mendapat perhatian yang layak dari pemerintah. Indikasinya terlihat pada hal-hal seperti dijadikannya pelayanan jasa angkutan umum ini menjadi ajang persaingan sehingga berdampak pada ketidakefisienan layanan jasa tersebut dalam mencapai tujuannya sebagai barang publik. Soal pelayanan angkutan umum ini terlihat pula pada angkutan antar kota antar provinsi (AKAP). Contoh buruknya layanan jasa ini terlihat pada adanya rute yang tumpang tindih, ketidakseragaman jarak yang ditempuh setiap bus, tidak adanya penjadwalan, kondisi bus yang sudah tidak layak dan lain sebagainya. Belum adanya sistem pendanaan dan kontrol yang pasti membuat masalahmasalah tersebut di atas tidak pernah teratasi.
Perubahan dari sistem persaingan bebas menjadi monopoli negara atas barang publik seperti diamanatkan dalam UUD 1945 pasal 33 ayat 2 akan meningkatkan kinerja dan kualitas layanan terhadap pengguna jasa angkutan kota antar provinsi. Rancangan sistem berupa penggabungan kepemilikan aset-aset pemilik Perusahaan Otobus (PO) menjadi hanya satu perusahaan otobus perlu dirumuskan untuk menghindari benturan-benturan kepentingan. Penggabungan tersebut dimodelkan dalam penggabungan neraca keuangan.
Dalam tesis ini akan dirancang sebuah PO sebut saja, PO Kuda Terbang, hasil akuisisi atas berbagai PO yang ada dengan kepemilikan bersama pemerintah. Rancangan ini meliputi hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan sisi keuangan dan teknik dalam angkutan umum antara kota antar provinsi, serta penilaian atas kelayakannya.

Public transportations still not have proper attention from our government until nowdays. The main indicator of this problem is the condition of making the public transportation service as a competition stage that, has been impacting to inefeciency in achieving its goals as the public service. The problem in this public transportations is also seem in intercity and interprovince transportations (AKAP). The overlapping route, unfair route distance for every public bus, no scheduling, the bad condition(sparepart) of the bus, and many others, are strong evidence about the negative aspects of this service. Because there is no a monetery system and strict control in the public service, so far, the problems never be solved.
The change of free competition system to nation monopoly on public goods as determined in Indonesia Constitution (UUD 1945 psl. 33 ayat 2) will improve performance and quality service to intercity interprovince transportation users. A system design that merging all assets ownership in this outobus business (PO) into one business company should be formulated in order to overcome any clash of interests. The merger is modelling in a merger of balance sheet.
In this thesis, an outobus business company was disigned, suppose it?s name PO Kuda Terbang, as a result of an acquisition of some outobus business companies (PO) into an ownership together with the goverment. This design concluding things that concern with monetery and technical aspects in public transportation intercity, interprovince, and also an assesment to it?s properness.

Kompetitifnya industri penerbangan di Indonesia menyebabkan maskapai penerbangan memerlukan loyalitas penumpang sebagai salah satu kunci untuk bertahan dalam industri penerbangan yang kompetitif. Untuk mencapai passengers loyalty diperlukan kepuasan pelanggan yang mana dapat dicapai dengan meningkatkan service quality. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis mengenai hubungan pengaruh antara Airline service quality terhadap passengers loyalty melalui passengers satisfaction sebagai variabel mediasi pada penumpang maskapai Super Air Jet. Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, melalui teknik purposive-sampling yang dilakukan pada sebanyak 181 responden melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara online mengunakan platform Google Form. Data yang dikumpulkan kemudian dioleh mengunakan IBM SPSS dan SmartPLS melalui analisis statistic deskriptif dan analisis statistic inferensial mengunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial- Least Square (PLS-SEM). Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara airline service quality terhadap passengers loyalty melalui passengers satisfaction sebagai variable mediasi pada penumpang maskapai Super Air Jet.

The competitiveness of the aviation industry in Indonesia causes airlines to require passenger loyalty as one of the keys to survive in a competitive aviation industry. To achieve passenger loyalty, customer satisfaction is needed which can be achieved by improving service quality. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence relationship between airline service quality on passenger loyalty through passenger satisfaction as a mediating variable for Super Air Jet airline passengers. This research uses a quantitative approach, through a purposive-sampling technique which is carried out by 181 respondents through online questionnaires using the Google Form platform. The data collected was then processed using IBM SPSS and SmartPLS through descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the Partial-Least Square (PLS-SEM) approach. The results of data analysis indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between airline service quality on passenger loyalty through passenger satisfaction as a mediating variable for Super Air Jet airline passengers.

"Latar belakang: Kecelakaan bus dan truk tahun 2019 tercatat 500 peristiwa dengan 119 korban jiwa. Penyebab kecelakaan 60% berasal dari faktor manusia. Salah satunya adalah dangerous driving behavior dan kualitas tidur. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas tidur dan faktor lain terhadap dangerous driving behavior pada pengemudi bus antar kota antar provinsi (AKAP).
Metode: Dilakukan pada Oktober 2022, desain analitik potong lintang. Metode consecutive sampling digunakan dengan minimal 78 pengemudi bus. Instrumen yang digunakan Dula Dangerous Driving Behavior Index (DDDI) dan Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) telah di validasi dalam Bahasa Indonesia. Analisa multivariat regresi logistik digunakan untuk memprediksi faktor dominan.
Hasil: Total 133 pengemudi bus komersial, 55,6% mempunyai kualitas tidur buruk dan dangerous driving behavior rendah-sangat rendah (83,5%). Kualitas tidur memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan dangerous driving behavior (p-value=0,03, aOR (adjusted Odds Ratio=9,1). Faktor lain yakni kebiasaan merokok (p=0,01, aOR=26). Nilai R square yang didapat adalah 0,48.
Kesimpulan: Pengemudi dengan kualitas tidur buruk dan dangerous driving behavior tinggi mempunyai proporsi lebih kecil. Namun ada hubungan antara keduanya dimana semakin buruk kualitas tidur pengemudi maka beresiko lebih tinggi berperilaku dangerous driving behavior. Faktor resiko lain yang berhubungan adalah kebiasaan merokok.

Background: There were 500 bus and truck accidents in 2019 with 119 fatalities. 60% of accidents are caused by the human factor. One of them is dangerous driving behavior and sleep quality. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between sleep quality and other factors on dangerous driving behavior among intercity bus drivers.
Method: Performed in October 2022, cross-sectional analytical design. The consecutive sampling method was used with a minimum of 78 bus drivers. The instruments used by the Dula Dangerous Driving Behavior Index (DDDI) and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) have been validated in Indonesian. Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to predict the dominant factor.
Results: Of a total of 133 commercial bus drivers, 55.6% had poor sleep quality and low-very low dangerous driving behavior (83.5%). Sleep quality has a significant relationship with dangerous driving behavior (p-value=0.03, aOR (adjusted Odds Ratio=9.1). Another factor is smoking habits (p=0.01, aOR=26). R square value obtained is 0.48.
Conclusion: Drivers with poor sleep quality and high dangerous driving behavior have a smaller proportion. However, there is a relationship between the two where the poorer the sleep quality of the driver, the higher the risk of dangerous driving behavior. Another related risk factor is smoking habit.

"ABSTRAK
Tesis ini membahas mengenai pola perjalanan calon penumpang commuter line menuju stasiun di Kota Depok, dengan latar belakang sebagai salah satu kota satelit telah mengalami perkembangan yang kompleks baik dari sisi penduduk, sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan. Salah satu konsekuensinya adalah meningkatnya pergerakan masyarakat melalui titik simpul transportasi yaitu Stasiun Universitas Indonesia, Stasiun Pondok Cina, Stasiun Depok Baru, Stasiun Depok Lama dan Stasiun Citayam. Tingginya mobilitas calon penumpang commuter line dipengaruhi oleh lokasi stasiun yang dekat dengan kawasan permukiman, kondisi sosial ekonomi dan pola perjalanan penumpang.
Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, penyebaran kuesioner, serta tinjauan pustaka. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan mixed methods baik secara kualitatif maupun kuantiatif.  Analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan metode multinomial logistic regression. Hasil dari penelitian mengemukakan bahwa perilaku penumpang menuju stasiun (access mode) dipengaruhi oleh nilai waktu, jarak dan biaya transport. Temuan dari penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman tentang prilaku calon penumpang dalam memilih stasiun dan moda transportasi menuju stasiun. Sehingga stasiun di Kota Depok perlu dilakukan perbaikan sarana dan prasarana penunjang seperti penataan tempat naik turun angkutan umum, parkir kendaraan pribadi, drop off angkutan online, parkir kendaraan tidak bermotor maupun penataan fasilitas pejalan kaki.

ABSTRACT
This thesis discusses the commuting line of prospective commuter line passengers to the station in Depok, with a background as one of the satellite cities that has experienced complex developments both in terms of population, social, economic, and environmental. One consequence is the increased movement of people through the station node points, namely Universitas Indonesia Station, Pondok Cina Station, Depok Baru Station, Depok Lama Station and Citayam Station. The high mobility of prospective commuter line passengers is influenced by the location of the station which is close to residential areas, socioeconomic conditions and passenger travel patterns.
Data collection techniques by interview, observation, questionnaire distribution, and literature review. This research was conducted with a mixed methods approach both qualitatively and quantitatively. The analysis used is the multinomial logistic regression method. The results of the study suggest that the behavior of passengers to the station (access mode) is influenced by the value of time, distance and transportation costs. The findings of this study contribute to understanding the behavior of prospective passengers in choosing stations and modes of transportation to the station. So that stations in the city of Depok need to be improved facilities and supporting infrastructure such as the arrangement of places of ups and downs of public transport, parking of private vehicles, drop off of online transportation, parking of non-motorized vehicles and arrangement of pedestrian facilities."

"Terminal penumpang merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam suatu sistem transportasi. Karena terminal merupakan salah satu titik dimana para penumpang maupun moda transportasi masuk dan keluar dari suatu sistem. Namun pada kenyataannya di Terminal Bekasi timbul permasalahan yaitu kemacetan pada ruas-ruas jalan di sekitar lingkungan Terminal Bekasi.
Pada penelitian ini akan dievaluasi kondisi Terminal Bekasi berdasarkan aksesibilitas terhadap angkutan umum, jarak dan waktu perjalanan, Ialu Iintas (kapasitas jalan) pada ruas-ruas jalan di sekitar Terminal Bekasi dan struktur wilayah dengan melihat peruntukan tata guna lahan dan klasifikasi jalan.
Berdasarkan aksesibilitas terhadap angkutan umum, pada umumnya Terminal Bekasi memiliki aksesibilitas yang baik dengan nilai rasio perbandingan total panjang trayek dengan total panjang jalan 1,295 melebihi angka 1, sedangkan secara khusus masih belum baik dengan angka rasio 0,896 di bawah angka 1. Meninjau dari segi jarak, Kecamatan Jati Sampurna belum memiliki akses Iangsung ke Terminal Bekasi karena memiliki jarak tempuh 30 km. Sedangkan dari segi waktu perjalanan, terdapat daerah yang selisih waktu perjalanan nyata dengan ideal di atas 20 menit yaitu Terminal Bekasi menuju Seroja, Alinda, Pd. Gede, Sumber Arta, Uj. Harapan dan Bj. Menteng.
Berdasarkan Ialu lintas (kapasitas jalan), ruas jalan Terminal Bekasi - Sepanjang Jaya dan Sepanjang Jaya - Hero telah memiliki kepadatan yang sangat tinggi dengan nilai rasio V/C 1,181 dan 1,581 melebihi angka 1 dengan hambatan samping yang sangat tinggi. Berdasarkan struktur wilayah, Terminal Bekasi berada pada pusat kegialan Kota dimana pada daerah tersebut memiliki aktifitas kegiatan yang beragam seperti pusat perbelanjaan, pusat pendidikan, perumahan, pariwisata, perkantoran, pusat pelayanan umum dan ditunjang pula oleh klasifikasi jalan yang bervariasi seperti jalan arteri primer, arteri sekunder, kolektor primer dan kolektor sekunder.

Terminal Passenger represent one of the important component in transportation system. Because terminal represent one of the area where all transportation moda and also passenger enter and go out from system. But Terminal Bekasi has problems such as traffic jam at joint streets around Terminal Bekasi environment.
This research will evaluate the condition of Terminal Bekasi based on accessibility to public transport, journey time and distance, traffic (sheet capacities) at joint streets around Terminal Bekasi and regional structure based on land used and road classification.
Based on accessibility in public transport, in general Terminal Bekasi has good accessibility with total comparison ratio value of route length totally length 1,295 exceeding number 1, while peculiarly still not yet good with ratio number 0,896 under number 1. Evaluating from distance, District of Jati Sampurna not yet owned access direct to Terminal Bekasi because owning travelled distance 30 km. While from journey time, there are area which is real joumey time difference ideally above 20 minute that is Terminal Bekasi to Seroja, Alinda, Pd. Gede, Sumber Arta, Uj. Harapan And Bi. Menteng.
Based on traffic (road capacities), Terminal Bekasi - Sepanjang Jaya and Sepanjang Jaya - Hero have owned very high density with VIC 1,181 and 1,581 exceeding number 1 with side friction very high. Based on regional structure, Terminal Bekasi reside in town centre of activities such as shopping centre, education center, housing, tourism, busines district, public service center and supported also by classification which vary like artery road like primary artery road, secondary artery, primary collector and secondary collector."

"Bus merupakan salah satu moda transportasi yang paling diminati masyarakat Indonesia, namun angka kecelakaan bus di Indonesia cukup tinggi. Kondisi jalanan yang macet, membuat frustasi dan stress menjadi pemicu perilaku pengemudi bus yang berisiko dan berbahaya seperti perilaku aggressive driving. Hal ini merupakan salah satu faktor penyebab kecelakaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi risiko kecelakaan dengan intensi perilaku pengemudi bus Antar Kota Antar Propinsi (AKAP) di PO “X” tahun 2015. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara cross sectional dengan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner Driver Stress Inventory (DSI), Driver Coping Questionnairre (DCQ), dan kuesioner persepsi risiko.
Hasil yang diperoleh secara umum persepsi risiko kecelakaan pengemudi bus AKAP memiliki kecenderungan baik (60,5%) di atas rata-rata populasi penelitian, hasil pengukuran intensi perilaku untuk parameter yang bersifat positif (meningkatkan keselamatan) antara lain hazard monitoring, fatigue proneness, task focus, dan reappraisal cenderung sedang pada rata-rata populasi penelitian. Sedangkan pengukuran intensi bersifat negatif (meningkatkan risiko kecelakaan) antara lain agresi, dislike of driving, confrontive coping, emotional focus, dan avoidance memperoleh hasil kecenderungan sedang pada rata-rata populasi penelitian, namun variabel thrill seeking dengan kecenderungan tinggi diatas rata-rata populasi penelitian.

Bus is one of the most favored mode of transportation the people of Indonesia, but the number of bus accidents in Indonesia is quite high. Traffic jam, frustrating and stressful situations to trigger bus driver risky behavior and dangerous as aggressive driving behavior. This is one of the causes of accidents. This study aims to determine the relationship between risk perception and behavior intention of bus driver inter-city inter-province (AKAP) in the PO "X" in 2015. The data was collected with cross sectional approach using questionnaire Driver Stress Inventory (DSI), Driver Coping Questionnairre (DCQ), and risk perception questionnaire.
The results obtained accidents risks perception of AKAP bus driver generally had a good tendency (60.5%) above the average of the population study, results for positive parameters (increased safety) of the behavioral intention measurement, among others hazard monitoring, fatigue proneness, task focus, and reappraisal likely to moderate in the population study average. While the measurement of negative intentions (increasing the risk of accidents) among others aggression, dislike of driving, confrontive coping, emotional focus, and avoidance obtain results tendencies were on average the population study, however thrill-seeking variables with a high propensity above the average population study.
