"ABSTRAKTesis ini membahas evaluasi standar penilaian Green Building di Indonesia pada tahap operasional dan pemeliharaan dengan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap pencapaian mutu Green Building pada tahap operasional dan pemeliharaan serta bentuk kontribusi dari hasil evaluasi Green Building. Metode pengumpulan data lapangan dan studi literatur dilakukan untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pencapaian mutu Green Building di Indonesia. Setelah itu, dengan Studi Kasus penelitian ini akan memberikan bentuk kontribusi dari evaluasi Green Building pada fase operasional dan pemeliharaan. Hasil penelitian menyarankan bentuk kontribusi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan mutu Green Building adalah penerapan insentif untuk bangunan yang menerapkan konsep Green Building.
