"Perspektif yang menjelaskan bagaimana isu-isu lingkungan dapat menjadi isu keamanan terbagi menjadi dua kategori besar. Yang pertama adalah pandangan keamanan nasional, di mana keamanan nasional suatu negara menjadi fokusnya. Dalam sudut pandang ini, ancaman keamanan lingkungan datang dalam bentuk konflik kekerasan akibat kelangkaan sumber daya alam yang disebabkan oleh degradasi lingkungan. Respon kekuatan militer dilakukan demi memperoleh akses terhadap sumber daya alam langka tersebut. Pandangan kedua ialah pandangan keamanan manusia, yang berfokus pada well-being dari individu maupun kelompok masyarakat. Degradasi lingkungan dapat mengancam keamanan manusia dalam bentuk bahaya kesehatan, terganggunya produksi pertanian, perpindahan penduduk yang dapat menimbulkan instabilitas, dan lain-lain.

The perspectives that try to explain how environmental issues could be regarded as a security issues are divided into two grand categories. The first is the national security perspective with focus on the national security of the state. In this perspective, environmental security threats comes as a violent conflict due to the resource scarcity caused by environmental degradation. Military response often developed to gain access to the scarce resource. The second is the human security perspective, which focuses on the well-being of the individual and group of people. Environmental degradation could threaten human security in the form of health hazards, the disruption of agricultural production, population movement that could generate instability, etc."

"Tulisan ilmiah ini membahas tentang Internet Banking, khususnya mengenai legalitas 'security token' dalam perlindungan konsumen. Metode penelitian kualitatif melalui wawancara beberapa narasumber dan penelitin sumber tertulis di media massa digunakan untuk mengumpulkan berbagai kasus dan menganalisanya dengan 6 perjanjian antara bank di Indonesia dengan nasabah serta perundang-undangan yang berlaku saat ini. Hasilnya, para narasumber tersebut memberikan berbagai sudut pandang yang berbeda mengenai perundanguandangan yang berlaku mengenai perbankan, teknologi informasi dan perlindungan konsumen. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kedudukan hukum konsumen e-banking lebih lemah dibandingkan pihak bank. Untuk itu diperlukan ketentuan perundang-undangan yang lebih menjamin keadilan dalam hal perlindungan konsumen. Tulisan ilmiah ini mengajukan beberapa usulan untuk memperbaiki perlindungan hukum terhadap konsumen yang dijalankan oleh bank dan semua pihak yang berkepentingan, agar 'security token' bank tidak disalahgunakan oleh pihak manapun.

This thesis is about Internet banking, specifically the legality of the 'security token' in regards to consumer protection. The research methodology is done through the qualitative method, where the analyses are done through comparing cases based on interviews, and from public records available throughout the media spectrum, with existing and prevailing regulation. The interviewees give different perspectives of the existing regulations concerning banking, information technology consumer protection. The conclusion of the research is that the ebanking customer's legal standing is lower than that of the bank. Therefore, there needs to be provisions made to ensure equitable customer protection. This thesis offers some ideas to improve the law that governs the liability for banking customer by the bank and all stakeholders involved, in the event of banking security token malfunctioning by use or misuse from parties."

"[Penelitian ini membahas tentang upaya perlindungan anak melalui pelaksanaan pelayanan shelter anak di Rumah Peduli Anak Tenaga Kerja Indonesia (RPA-TKI). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendiskripsikan tentang perlindungan dan pelayanan yang diberikan oleh RPA-TKI kepada anak-anak TKI yang rentan terhadap penelantaran dan perdagangan anak. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini, mendiskripsikan bahwa pelayanan yang diberikan oleh RPA-TKI yaitu pelayanan perlindungan anak yang berbentuk shelter anak guna untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dasar anak-anak TKI. Pelayanan shelter anak yang dijalankan oleh RPA-TKI berjalan dengan baik meski belum menerapkan standar manual shelter anak., This research discussed about the efforts of child protection through the implementation of shelter children service at Rumah Peduli Anak Tenaga Kerja Indonesia (RPA-TKI). The purpose of this research is to describe on the protection of and services provided by RPA-TKI to children who are vulnerable to the TKI neglect and child trafficking. This research is qualitative research with the kind of descriptive research. The results of this research described that the service which is provided by RPA-TKI is child protection services in the form of children's shelter in order to meet the basic needs of TKI?s children. The service of the children's shelter which is served by RPA-TKI is going well although it has not implemented the manual standard of children?s ]"

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kepatuhan bank terhadap regulasi sistem keamanan dana nasabah dalam Layanan Perbankan Digital di Indonesia dan menganalisis pertanggungjawaban bank terhadap keamanan dana nasabah dalam konteks layanan. Penyelenggaraan Layanan Perbankan Digital ditetapkan dalam berbagai regulasi, baik di tingkat Undang-Undang yang bersifat umum maupun di tingkat peraturan pemerintah dan ketentuan yang dikeluarkan oleh otoritas pengawas perbankan yang lebih bersifat teknis. Meskipun UU Perbankan tidak secara eksplisit mengatur mengenai layanan berbasis digital, hal ini disebabkan oleh fakta bahwa aturan-aturan tersebut dibuat pada masa di mana teknologi informasi dan penggunaan media elektronik. Permasalahan dalam tesis ini membahas mengenai Bagaimana Kepatuhan Bank atas regulasi sistem keamanan dana nasabah pada Layanan Perbankan Digital di Indonesia dan Bagaimana Pertanggungjawaban bank atas sistem keamanan dana nasabah pada Layanan Perbankan Digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian normatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun regulasi telah diimplementasikan dengan baik, tantangan tetap ada dalam mengatasi kejahatan siber. Diperlukan penyempurnaan regulasi yang lebih rinci untuk mengantisipasi dan menanggapi jenis-jenis kejahatan siber yang berkembang. Kesimpulannya, peran regulator dan bank perlu diperkuat untuk memastikan sistem keamanan dana nasabah pada Layanan Perbankan Digital dapat efektif mengatasi ancaman kejahatan siber

This research aims to evaluate banks' compliance with regulations on customer fund security systems in Digital Banking Services in Indonesia and analyze banks' accountability for customer fund security within this service context. The implementation of Digital Banking Services is governed by various regulations, both at the level of general laws and at the level of government regulations and provisions issued by banking supervisory authorities with a more technical nature. Although the Banking Law does not explicitly regulate digital-based services, this is due to the fact that these rules were created at a time when information technology and the use of electronic media were emerging. The issues discussed in this thesis revolve around how banks comply with regulations on customer fund security systems in Digital Banking Services in Indonesia and how banks are accountable for customer fund security within Digital Banking Services. This research uses normative research methods. The results of this study indicate that despite well-implemented regulations, challenges still exist in combating cybercrime. Detailed regulatory improvements are needed to anticipate and respond to emerging types of cybercrime. In conclusion, the roles of regulators and banks need to be strengthened to ensure the effectiveness of customer fund security systems in Digital Banking Services against cyber threats."
