"Kerusakan transformator dapat diakibatkan oleh berbagai gangguan, misalnya sambaran petir, surja hubung, gangguan antar lilitan, hubung singkat, beban lebih, gangguan inti dan kebocoran tangki. Dekomposisi minyak trafo yang disebabkan panas atau tekanan listrik, akan menghasilkan bermacam gas dengan kadar berbeda-beda untuk masing-masing gangguan sehingga dapat dianalisis. Disamping menyebabkan dekomposisi minyak trafo, gangguan-gangguan tersebut di atas juga akan menyebabkan kerusakan mekanis pada bagian-bagian transformator yang mengalami gangguan. Tesis ini membahas mengenai penyebab kerusakan transformator dengan cara melakukan analisis terhadap kandungan gas yang mudah terbakar dalam minyak trafo, data beban harian dan data kerusakan fisik transfonnator.
Transformer damages are caused by several kinds of disturbances, such as short circuits, lightning strikes, switchings, core faults, interturn faults, overloads and tank faults. Decomposition into gasses of transformer oil caused by heat and electric stress can be analyzed because gas contents differs for each disturbance. Besides decomposition of transformer oil the disturbances will also cause mechanical damages on the parts of the disturbed transfonner. This these is discussing transformer damages caused, by analyzing the content of combustible gases in transformer oil, dayly load data and physical damages of transformer."

"Penggunaan beban non-linier pada beban rumah tangga dapat mengakibatkan distorsi harmonik yang berdampak pada buruknya kualitas daya. Pada skripsi ini, didesain sebuah single tuned filter untuk mengatasi distorsi harmonik pada beban rumah tangga 2200VA. Tahapan yang dilakukan yaitu: identifikasi jenis beban pelanggan dengan melakukan survey, melakukan pengukuran harmonik, melakukan rancang bangun filter harmonik, serta melakukan uji coba filter. Dari hasil pengujian dapat diketahui bahwa filter hasil rancangan dapat berfungsi dengan baik, dari pengujian terhadap 3 beban rumah tangga terdapat reduksi harmonik arus rata-rata yaitu dari 21.96% menjadi 12,94% dan diperoleh penghematan energi rata-rata sebesar 6,25 %.
Increasing number of non-linier loads in electric power system causes the high value of harmonic distortion which affects the poor quality of power in the system. In this paper, a single tuned filter has designed to reduce harmonic distortion in 2200VA household load. Steps being taken are: identification of types of customer load by conducting surveys, harmonic measurement, perform design and construction of harmonic filters, and tested a filter. Results of the filter tests are quite satisfactory. This single tuned filter work well, from testing on 3 household, load harmonic currents are reduced on average from 21.96% to 12.94% and obtained an average energy savings of 6.25%."

"The science that deals with the transformation of electrical energy into acoustic energy or vice versa, electroacoustics, generates an increased intensity and loudness of sound by mechanical and/or electrical means. It should be designed simultaneously with the consideration of room acoustics. A vertical building is usually designed separately from the architectural aspect and other technical considerations. An interior mezzanine has unique sound propagating characteristics because its balconies could be an element of the room acoustic reflectors and absorbers, shelters from noise and barriers to sound propagation. For optimum music and speech activities, a hybrid active design strategy using electroacoustics combined with a passive method is used. This research optimizes the room acoustic criteria of different building models as building systems integrated with loudspeakers. Ecotect Analysis and additional audio programming determine the overall process by simulating all potential variables. The results show that 5 m is the recommended minimum distance of column-loudspeaker placement for mezzanine floors. With the same loudspeaker power and frequency specifications, the vertical structure, as the armature of electroacoustic orientation, and the interior materials are the most critical variables in determining reverberation time optimization."
