"Penelitian ini mengevaluasi secara empiris pengaruh karakteristik tata kelola dan e-government terhadap probabilitas korupsi di Indonesia pada 172 sampel pemerintah daerah tahun 2011 hingga 2013. Karakteristik tata kelola dalam penelitian yaitu akuntabilitas, fairness, desentralisasi, transparansi, profesionalisme dan responsiveness. Variabel e-government diukur dengan Peringkat e-Government Indonesia. Metode penelitian menggunakan model logistik dengan program Stata12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan akuntabilitas, profesionalisme dan e-government berpengaruh menurunkan probabilitas korupsi. Sedangkan desentralisasi justru meningkatkan probabilitas korupsi, sehingga sistem pengawasan pemda harus ditingkatkan. Selain itu, hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemerintah perlu menerapkan tata kelola secara komprehensif, karena terbukti secara empiris berpengaruh menurunkan probabilitas korupsi.

This study evaluated the effect of governance characteristics and e government on corruption probability in Indonesia, empirically. The study used 172 samples of local government rsquo s data on three years, i.e. 2011, 2012, and 2013. The governance characteristics consisted of accountability, fairness, decentralization, transparency, professionalism, and responsiveness. The e Government variables were measured by the e Government Rating PeGI. The data was processed using logistic method with Stata12.

Results showed that accountability, professionalism, governance index and e government reduced the corruption probability, while the decentralization increased it. It was indicated that monitoring system should be improve and government should increase the implementation of comprehensive governance."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan prinsip Good Public Governance pada pemerintah daerah tingkat kabupaten/kota di Indonesia tahun 2013-2015. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis dilakukan dengan melakukan pemetaan pada masing-masing prinsip Good Public Governance GPG dan juga indikator-indikator yang mendukung prinsip tersebut. Kemudian hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan scoring dan pemeringkatan pada 5 lima pemerintah daerah tingkat kabupaten / kota di Indonesia yang memiliki nilai tertinggi dan terendah pada masing-masing prinsip. Serta tren dari masing-masing indikator pada setiap prinsip dapat disajikan selama tiga tahun yaitu 2013-2015 sehingga dapat terlihat dan diidentifikasi indikator mana saja yang sudah mencapai hasil yang baik serta yang masih perlu perbaikan.

This study aims to analyze the application of Good Public Governance principles to local governments at the districts cities level in Indonesia in 2013 2015. The method used is descriptive analysis with quantitative approach. The analysis is done by mapping on each of the principles of Good Public Governance GPG and also indicators that support these principles. Then the results of this study indicate scoring and ranking at 5 five local governments at the districts cities level in Indonesia which has the highest and lowest values in each principle. As well as the trends of each indicator in each principle can be presented for three years from 2013 until 2015 so it can be seen and identified which indicators have achieved good results and that still need improvement."

"Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melakukan evaluasi penerapan tata kelola yang baik pada organisasi gereja. Penelitian dilakukan pada organisasi gereja di tingkat lokal yaitu Gereja X. Penelitian penerapan tata kelola yang baik menggunakan asas-asas good public governance sebagai indikatornya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diperlukan peningkatan penerapan tata kelola yang baik agar penerapannya sesuai dengan asas-asas good public governance. Peningkatan penerapan tata kelola merupakan upaya untuk mendapatkan dukungan yang berkelanjutan dari Jemaat. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the implementation of good governance in church organizations. The research was conducted on a church organization at the local level, namely Church X. The research on the implementation of good governance uses the principles of good public governance as indicators. The results of the study indicate that it is necessary to increase the implementation of good governance so that its implementation is in accordance with the principles of good public governance. Increasing the implementation of governance is an effort to get continuing support from the congregation. "Tesis ini membahas pengaruh dari determinan institusional terhadap kinerja Pemerintah. Determinan yang digunakan adalah tingkat desentralisasi fiskal, penerapan e-government di Indonesia, tingkat pendidikan Kepala Daerah serta kemungkinan terpilih kembalinya Kepala Daerah. Penelitian dilakukan untuk periode tahun anggaran 2012 dan 2013 dengan menganalisis Pemerintah Kota dan Kabupaten di Indonesia. Teknik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kemandirian fiskal dan penerapan e-government yang mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja Pemerintah Daerah. Variabel tingkat pendidikan Kepala Daerah dan kemungkinan terpilih kembalinya Kepala Daerah tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Pemeritah Daerah.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of institutional determinants toward local governments'performance. The determinants are the degree of fiscal decentralization, e government implementation, head of the region's education level, and the head of the region's chance to be reelected for the second term. This research uses data of the year 2012 and 2013 with samples of city and regency local governments. The research technique used is multiple regression analysis.

The result shows that the degree of fiscal decentralization and e government implementation have significant influence toward the performance, while the other two determinants do not influence the performance."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh belanja pemerintah daerah terhadap kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah, Selain itu, studi ini juga menguji peran moderasi dinasti politik dan reelection pada hubungan antara belanja pemerintah daerah dan kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah. Dengan melakukan regresi berganda dengan pendekatan fixed effect pada 2929 observasi selama 2010-2015, ditemukan bahwa belanja pemerintah daerah berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah namun berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja keuangan pada pemerintah daerah berdinasti politik. Kemudian, dinasti politik terbukti memperlemah pengaruh positif belanja pemerintah daerah dan kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah. Selain itu, reelection terbukti memperkuat pengaruh positif belanja terhadap kinerja keuangan pada seluruh pemerintah daerah dan memperlemah hubungan negatif belanja dan kinerja keuangan pada pemerintah daerah berdinasti politik. Temuan ini dapat menjadi masukan bagi pemerintah pusat untuk merumuskan mekanisme untuk membatasi praktik dinasti politik karena berdampak buruk bagi kinerja pemerintah daerah.

This study aims to investigate the effect of local government spending on local government financial performance. In addition, this study also examines the moderating role of political dynasties and reelection on the relationship between local government spending and local government financial performance. By conducting multiple regressions with fixed effect approach on 2929 observation during 2010 2015, it was found that local government spending has a positive effect on local government financial performance, but it has a negative effect on financial performance of dynastic local governments. In addition, the political dynasty is proven to weaken the positive effect of local government spending on the financial performance of local governments. In addition, reelection is proven to strengthen the positive impact of spending on financial performance on all local governments and weaken the negative effect of spending and financial performance on dynastic local governments. These findings could serve as input for the central government to formulate mechanisms that would limit the practice of political dynasties because of their adverse impact on local government performance."
