"Dompet digital memfasilitasi transaksi pembayaran tanpa menggunakan uang tunai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Intensi pengguna untuk menggunakan dan merekomendasikan dompet digital berdasarkan perspektif preferensi multi-generasi. Data dari 205 Responden diperoleh dari formulir online di formulir Google. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) menggunakan perangkat lunak SMARTPLS 3, hasil analisis data menunjukkan pada Generasi X, Perceived ease of use, Perceived Usefulness, Compatibility, dan Trust berpengaruh terhadap Intention to Use, dan factor-factor yang mempengaruhi intention to use pada generasi Y adalah Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Behavioral Control, and Trust. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi intention to use dalam generasi Z adalah Perceived Ease of Use, dan Perceived Usefulness. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, 10 rekomendasi strategi diajukan dan dinilai oleh para expert Dompet Digital di Indonesia dengan metode TOPSIS dan importance-performance analysis. Berdasarkan kedua metode tersebut, Strategi yang memiliki prioritas tinggi terhadap pengembangan dompet digital pada generasi X adalah, strategi terkait kesesuaian dompet digital terhadap pembayaran jasa trasportasi, sedangkan pada generasi Y dan generasi Z Strategi strategi yang di prioritaskan adalah yang berkaitan dengan mengkampanyekan kegunaan-kegunaan dari dompet digital. Secara umum strategi yang memiliki prioritas tinggi adalah yang berkaitan dengan kesesuaian dengan pembayaran transportasi umum, kampanye tentang kegunaan dompet digital, keringkasan aplikasi dompet digital dan kelengkapan layanan pembayaran tagihan.

Digital wallet in Indonesia facilitate payment transactions without using cash. This study aims to identify the influencing factors user intentions to use and recommend digital wallets based on a multi-generation preference perspective. 205 respondents data obtained by filling in an online form at Google form. This study is using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using SMARTPLS 3 software, the results of data analysis show in Generation X, Perceived ease of use, Perceived Usefulness, Compatibility, and Trust positively influence Intention to Use, and the factors that influence intention to use in generation Y are Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Behavioral Control, and Trust. Factors that influence intention to use in generation Z are Perceived Ease of Use, and Perceived Usefulness. Based on these results, 10 strategic recommendations were proposed and assessed by Digital Wallet experts in Indonesia using the TOPSIS method and importance-performance analysis. Based on the two methods, the strategy that has a high priority on the development of digital wallet in generation X is the compatibility of digital wallet to the payment of transportation services, while in generation Y and generation Z The priority strategy is campaigning the uses of the wallet digital. In general, strategies that have high priority are those related to conformity with public transportation payments, campaigns about the use of digital wallets, the conciseness of digital wallet applications, and the completeness of bill payment services."
