"Sosok pembaruan dalam agama Islam seperti Nurcholis Madjid yang menuangkan pemikirannya tentang pluralisme agama mendapat berbagai tanggapan dari berbagai kalangan, karena dari pemikirannya ini banyak gagasan tentang pluralisme agama dan dikembangkan menjadi banyak pemahaman kepada masyarakat tentang pluralism agama. Orang yang tidak sependapat dengan gagasannya seperti M.Rasjidi yang mengkritik pemikiran Nurcholis Madjid dalam sebuah buku yang beliau karang dengan judul Koreksi terhadap Nurcholis Madjid tentang sekularisasi(1977), dan pemikiran yang Nurcholis Madjid kembangkan cenderung pengaruh dari pendidikan dan akademinya dan beliau beranggapan bahwa pandangan masyarakat tetang agama pada saat itu masih juhud.maka dari itu masyarakat butuh informasi untuk lebih jelas dan mengetahui pemikiran Nurcholis Madjid, terutama tentang pluralisme agama. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan analisis yang diambil dari berbagai sumber seperti buku, karya ilmiyah dan sumber yang lain.

"Skripsi ini mengangkat tema wacana pluralisme dalam pemberitaan mengenai die Mannschaft pada media massa. Die Mannschaft adalah sebutan untuk kesebelasan nasional sepak bola Jerman. Die Mannschaft dewasa ini memiliki banyak pemain berlatar belakang diaspora, seperti Mesut Ӧzil dan Jerome Boateng. Pemain-pemain berlatar belakang diaspora tersebut memiliki kontribusi yang cukup besar dalam perjalanan die Mannschaft pada kurun waktu tahun 2006-2010 dan dianggap dapat merepresentasikan pluralisme Jerman. Dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan metode studi pustaka terhadap 6 artikel yang menjadi korpus data, ditemukan bahwa pluralisme yang terjadi pada die Mannschaft merupakan pluralisme yang telah mengalami konstruksi karena memiliki kepentingan tertentu dibaliknya. Pluralisme tersebut bertentangan dengan pluralisme yang seharusnya terjadi pada masyarakat.

This thesis focuses on a discourse analysis of pluralism about die Mannschaft in the mass media. Die Mannschaft is a term for Germany?s football national team. Today, Die Mannschaft has several players with diaspora-background, e.g Mesut Ӧzil and Jerome Boateng. These players have a quite huge contribution in the journey of die Mannschaft in year 2006 to 2010 and to be considered as representation of Germany's pluralism. Using analytical descriptive and literature study methodology, this thesis shows that the representation of pluralism in Die Mannschaft has been constructed due to a certain interest behind it. That kind of pluralism is contradicted to the pluralism that commonly happen in the society."
