"ABSTRAK
ISFET, Ion Sensitive Field Effect Transistor, merupakan salah satu aplikasi
sensor dalam bidang kimia, yang digunakan untuk mengukur konsentrasi suatu ion tertentu, seperti H+, 0H-, Na+, Cl-, dan berbagai jenis ion lainnya. Yang dimaksud dengan pH-ISFET adalah ISFET yang dipakai dalam pengukuran konsentrasl H+ (atau 0H-) dalam larutan. Divais ini mengubah reaksi kimia yang terjadi dalam larutan menjadi potensial listrik yang nantinya merupakan parameter yang digunakan untuk mengetahui nilai pH.
Temperatur sistem pengukuran mempengaruhi kondisi sistem. Yang dimaksud
di sini adalah pengaruh pada potensial elektroda referensi yang dipakai sebagai gate pada ISFET, pengaruh pada reaksi kimia yang terjadi yang kemudian mengakibatkan perubahan parameter pada lapisan interface antara sensitive layer-larutan, dan juga parameter-parameter pada silicon. Semua perubahan ini berdampak pada tingkat sensitivitas lSFET.
Pada skripsi ini, akan dipeiajari dan disimulasikan hubungan antara temperatur
dengan sensitivitas pH-ISFET yang menggunakan Si3N4 sebagai sensitive layar-nya. Akan dicari juga hubungan antara konsentrasi ion H+ (atau 0H-) dengan koefisien Temperature. Hasil simulasi utama menunjukkan bahwa sensitivitas ISFET bertambah sesuai peningkatan temperature. Dani hasil simulasi sensitivitas ISFET pada temperatur T=300, 325, 350. 375. dan 400 0K berturut-turut sebesar 58.95 mV/pH, 60 mV/pH, 06.67 mV/pH, 73.33 mV/pH, dan 83.33 mV/pH.

"Resin kompositterus dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan performa estetiknya. Resin komposit terbaru yaitu nanofiller dan nanohybrid yang masih diperdebatkan ketahanannya terhadap zat warna minuman kopi. Penelitian ini bertujuan membandingkan perubahan warna permukaan resin komposit nanofiller dan nanohybrid setelah perendaman kopi. Terdapat 36 sampel yang dibagi dalam 6 kelompok dengan ukuran diameter 6 mm, tebal 3 mm. Pengukuran warna menggunakan vita easyshade classic yang diurutkan berdasarkan value. Hasil data dianalisis menggunakan Wilcoxon Test dan Mann-Whitney Test. Didapatkan Perubahan warna pada nanohybrid lebih sedikit dibandingkan pada nanofiller dan secara statistik berbeda bermakna (p<0,05). Sehingga nanohybrid memiliki ketahanan terhadap zat warna yang lebih baik daripada nanofiller.

Resin composites continue developed to improve aesthetic performance. The newest composite resin are nanofiller and nanohybrid where color resistance to coffee drinks still debating. The aim of this study is to compare surface discoloration nanofiller and nanohybrid resin composites after immersion coffee. There are 36 samples were divided into 6 groups with a diameter of 6 mm, thickness 3 mm. Color measurements using vita easyshade classic that is sorted by value.Results data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test and Mann-Whitney Test. Changes in color on nanohybrid lower than the nanofiller and statistically significant (p<0.05). Therefore nanohybrid has resistance to color better than nanofiller.

"Heart is one of the most vital organs in human body. Without it, blood is impossible to be transferred to a 11 body. Nowadays, there are many factors that can cause heart fail, and the cases of heart fails are increasing. In some of these cases, the heart is permanently fails, so that the replacement or support for the heart is needed. While the heart donors is lagging behind the rate needed, then Total Artificial Heart is needed.
Development of TAH has grown rapidly, so many TAH product are in market. Some of them have already implanted in human body.
The original pump developed by Hoang Tran (1996) was used as based to which this scaled up pump was modeled after. The rig testing that was used by Daniel Timms was used as the starting point to develop the new rig.
The new rig was designed with better features the rig before. Measurement devices, especially for head pressure was improved by using electronic pressure transducer. This new rig was not using motor from Daniel Timms Rig, DC motor that is safer and easy to control was used. To control this Motor, power supply with variable voltage option was used.
Pump Characteristic Graph was measured by the pump performance testing. From this testing, the efficiency from this pump and system can be measured based on the voltage and current that was used by motor."

"Pengukuran kalibrasi alat ukur tegangan kerja non-invasive dengan sistem spektroskopi menggunakan pesawat sinar-x generator single phase, generator constant potential, detektor XR?100?CdTe serta software ADMCA telah dilakukan. Untuk mengkalibrasi sistem spektroskopi, digunakan dua sumber standar yaitu Americium241 dan Barium133. Dari hasil pengukuran, bahwa nilai tegangan puncak pada pesawat sinar-x generator single phase berbeda dengan hasil pengukuran menggunakan detektor unfors dan CdTe, sehingga perlu dikoreksi dengan nilai rasio yang diperoleh sebesar 0,91. Untuk pesawat sinar-x generator constant potential tidak perlu dilakukan koreksi karena nilai tegangan puncak pesawat sesuai dengan hasil pengukuran pada detektor unfors dan CdTe. Pada pesawat satu fase, ripple mempengaruhi nilai tegangan puncak yang terukur oleh spektroskopi, sedangkan pada pesawat constant potential pengaruh ripple sangat kecil.

Measurement of calibration kilovoltage peak meter non-invasive with spectroscopy system using x-ray generator single phase, generator constant potential using detector XR-100-CdTe and ADMCA software has been done. To calibrate the spectroscopy system we use two standard sources, Americium241 and Barium133. The the measurement results showed that the value of the peak voltage at single phase x-ray generator different from the measurement results of CdTe and unfors detector, so we need to correct it by 0.91, for constant potential x-ray generator we do not need correction because the value of peak voltage is within agreement with the results of CdTe and unfors detector measurement. single phase x-ray generator measurement showed that ripple will affect the value of the peak voltage that measured using spectroscopy system, while for constant potential X-ray generator ripples have very small effects."
