"Pada proyek konstruksi breakwater sebagai komponen pembangunan di Pelabuhan Kalibaru metode penjadwalannya masih konvensional, yaitu dengan menggunakan kurva-S. Sementara, metode yang sesuai untuk pekerjaan repetitive seperti breakwater ini adalah linear scheduling. Dalam perkembangannya, linear scheduling method diteliti dengan berbagai pendekatan, salah satunya adalah pendekatan varying production rates (LSMVPR). Metode LSMVPR ini merupakan metode linear scheduling dengan mengembangkan kerangka untuk mengaplikasikan production rates dari sebuah pekerjaan. Pada penelitian ini ditemukan terdapat 9 faktor dominan dalam membuat model persamaan produktivitas breakwater di Pelabuhan Kalibaru. Sehingga dari model tersebut, kita dapat mengetahui kapan dan dimana variasi produktivitas tersebut terjadi, agar dapat lebih akurat dalam memprediksi jadwal kedepannya.

The scheduling method which is used for breakwater construction project as a buliding component in Port of Kalibaru is still convensional which is use S-Curve. While the relevan scheduling method for repetitive work such as breakwater is linier scheduling. Furthermore, liniear scheduling is researched by many approach. One of them is varying production rates (LSMVPR). This LSMVPR is scheduling method of liniear sheduling that developing framework to implement production rates from any work activity, so that LSMVPR to be a method that could be defining a productivity variation of a scheduling. In this research has found 9 dominant factor that we can develop productivity model at breakwater construction project in Port of kalibaru. So, using the model, we can know that when and where the variance in production rates has accoured, in order to more accurate predicted the schedule.

Batasan berupa aturan (rule) merupakan suatu alat yang digunakan untuk membatasi jumlah dan pembentukan produk varian dari kombinasi nilai komponen pembentuknya. Aturan tersebut digunakan sebagai dasar penenman kombinasi yang valid dari semua nilai karakteristik komponen pembentuk yang tersusun dalam configurable material yang sesuai dengan aspek-aspek yang berhubungan dengan pembentukan suatu produk.
Pada skripsi ini, akan dibahas tentang pembentukan aturan unluk proses konfigurasi varian sebagai produk jadi yang dihasilkan oleh PT X berupa alat angkat jenis forklift. Penyusunan aturan ini dilakukan dengan menerapkan SAP R/3 System yang menyediakan sarana tersebut dengan menggnmakan istilah Object Dependency.
Pembentukan Object Dependency pada SAP R/3 merupakan basic data dari sistem perencanaan produksi. Hasil dari pembentukan Object Dependency bertujuan untuk mempermudah proses konigurasi vauian yang digunakan dalam pembentukan customer order yang juga didukung oleh SAP R/3. Dengan penggunaan Object Dependency ini diharapkan PT X dapat memproduksi beberapa jenis produk vaxian untuk jenis forklift yang memenuhi selera konsumen (customer - oriented).
