"Skripsi ini membahas tentang pengambilan keputusan untuk memilih mesin bubut CNC untuk kebutuhan bengkel pemasok komponen produksi perusahaan automotive accessories. Kriteria-kriteria pemilihan mesin bubut CNC dikelompokkan ke dalam 2 kategori yaitu kriteria manfaat dan kriteria biaya. Dengan menggunakan metode AHP (analytic hierarchy process) kriteria manfaat disusun ke dalam hirarki manfaat sedangkan kriteria biaya disusun ke dalam hirarki biaya kemudian dihitung bobot manfaat dan bobot biaya dari alternatif. Hasil akhir penelitian berupa rasio manfaat / biaya dari alternatif. Alternatif dengan rasio manfaat / biaya tertinggi menjadi prioritas keputusan.

The focus of this study is the decision making process to choose a CNC lathe for workshop that supplies automotive accessories company production parts. Criteria for selection of CNC lathe are grouped into 2 categories, the benefit criteria and cost criteria. By using the method of AHP (analytical hierarchy process) benefit criteria are organized into a hierarchy of benefit while cost criteria are organized into a hierarchy of cost, then calculated the alternatives' weight of benefit and weight of cost. The final results of the research are benefit / cost ratios for alternatives. Alternative has highest benefit / cost ratio is the priority decision."

Metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk pemilihan jenis optimalisasi aset berdasarkan aspek-aspek yang mempengaruhi optimalisasi suatu aset lahan dan bangunan.

A company (PT.X) has a long term plan to optimize some of the land and buildings assets currently located in major cities with the goal of land and building assets that exist today can generate a source of revenue for the company. Optimization is focused on several assets located in Jakarta. The planning is to optimize land and building assets that owned with optimizing orientation in the field of commercial property such as the optimization of the building into a hotel, rental office, and rental retail spaces.

Dalam mendapatkan interval perencanaan pemeliharaan pencegahan berdasarkan hasil analisis kehandalan terhadap data-data kerusakan dari bulan januari 2010 sampai dengan agustus 2012. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa terdapat sepuluh komponen yang mempengaruhi kehadalan mesin yaitu cooling system, spindle, lubrication device, turret, hydraulic, eretan, chuck, conveyor, electric cabinet, tail stock.

Industry competition causing the company to make improvements in every department and the proses inside it. Engines are the main supporters in the production process. It need special attention improving the reliability of the machine. The problem discussed in this research is the absence of intervals maintenance of CNC lathe. In acquiring intervals maintenance planning based on reliability analysis of the breakdown machine data between january 2010 to august 2012. The results of the analysis showed that there are ten components that affect reliability engine : cooling system, spindle, lubrication device, turret, hydraulic, eretan, chuck, conveyor, electric cabinet, tail stock."

The objective of this research is to analyze the supplier selection criteria at PT. Kalbe Farma, Tbk. and select the best supplier for product X using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method with the support of Expert Choice software. The model used in this research is a model from the research done by Enyinda, Emeka, and Janel on 2010 about supplier selection in a generic pharmaceutical firm in US. Based on the weight result, Quality is the criteria with the highest priority, followed by Regulatory Compliance, Cost, Risk Management, Service, Supplier Profile, and Green Purchasing successively. Vendor D is selected to be the best supplier for product X by obtaining the highest weight based on the priority of supplier selection criteria."

Dari seluruh proyek yang dibangun dan dioperasikan banyak yang tidak optimal menjalankan fungsinya sesuai dengan target. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan optimasi proses seleksi proyek dengan menggunakan metode analytic hierarchy process (AHP), dengan penerapan project portfolio management pada PT X. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat 5 kriteria dengan bobot prioritas yang paling berpengaruh terhadap dipilihnya sebuah perusahaan untuk menjadi pemenang seleksi proyek. Kriteria tersebut dengan masing – masing bobot prioritas adalah kriteria keuangan (34%), pengelolaan bisnis (28%), sumber daya manusia (18%), competitiveness improvement (12%) dan kemampuan mengelola proyek (8%). PT X dapat menggunakan sistem seleksi baru dengan scoring model berbasis AHP sehingga kinerja proyek dan kinerja operasional dealer dapat tercapai optimal.

Indonesia is the country with the largest automotive market in Southeast Asia, with more than one million cars sold in Indonesia in 2018. PT X is one of the vehicle distributor companies in Indonesia. PT X has 38 dealers in Indonesia that provide sales and service services for vehicles. Every year PT X has a project up for auction. The project is owned and executed by a dealer appointed by PT X. Of all the projects built and operated, many did not perform their functions optimally according to the target. The purpose of this study is to optimize the project selection process using the analytic hierarchy process (ahp) method, with the application of project portfolio management at PT X. The results show that there are 5 criteria with priority weights that most influence the selection of a company to be the winner of the project selection. The criteria with each priority weight are financial criteria (34%), business management (28%), human resources (18%), competitiveness improvement (12%) and the ability to manage projects (8%). PT X can use a new selection system with AHP-based scoring model so that project performance and dealer operational performance can be achieved optimally."
