"ABSTRAK
Fenomena bertambah jumlahnya penduduk, diikuti dengan tingginya tingkat konsumsi masyarakat. Banyaknya pedagang kaki lima (PKL) penjaja makanan merupakan dampak yang dihasilkan. Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM) menunjukan bahwa pada tahun 2015, angka tingginya kasus keracunan makanan dari makanan PKL sangat tinggi yaitu 24 insidens dengan 1725 korban. Hal ini terkait dengan lemahnya dan kurangnya pengawasan serta pengetahuan masyarakat yang membentuk perilaku membeli makanan di Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL) disembaran tempat. Persepsi sebagai salah satu faktor pembentuk perilaku mempunyai peran penting terhadap Keamanan Pangan. Sehingga dilakukan penelitian dengan tujuan mendeskripsikan gambaran persepsi terhadap kemana pangan di Pasar Anyar Kota Tangerang tahun 2016. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitaif dan kualitatif yang bersiat deskriptif dan observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional melalui penyebaran kuesioner, wawancara dan observasi lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Karakteristik Responden terbesar yaitu berusia 26-35 tahun (dewasa awal), wanita, berpendidikan menengah (SMA), tidak bekerja serta berfrekuensi 2-3x perminggu berkunjung ke pasar. Persepsi Baik terdapat pada variabel Pengetahuan Kandungan Makanan (74,2%), Peraturan Daerah (83,35) serta Keadaan Tempat berdagang (56,5%) , sedangkan Persepsi tidak baik terdapat pada variabel Pengetahuan Proses Pengolahan dan Penyajian Makanan (50,5%), Pengetahuan Gangguan Kesehatan (55,5%).

ABSTRACT
The phenomenon of increasing numbers of the population, followed by the high level of consumption. The number of street vendors (PKL) hawkers are resulting the impact. Food and Drug Monitoring Agency Republic of Indoneisa (BPOM RI) showed that in 2015, the high number of cases of food poisoning from the food vendors incidence is as high as 24 to 1725 victims. It is associated with the weakness and lack of supervision and knowledge society that shape the behavior of buying food at street vendors (PKL). Perception as one of the determining factors of behavior has an important role to the Food Safety. This research has the aim of describing the overview of perceptions of street vendors (PKL) food in Pasar Anyar Tangerang City in 2016. The method used quantitative and qualitative descriptive and observational with cross sectional approach through questionnaires, interviews and field observations. The results showed that the largest Respondent Characteristics aged 26-35 years (young adult), female, secondary education (high school), un-employement as well as the frequency 2-3x per week outlets. Good perceptions achieved by Knowledge content of Food Sciences variabel (74.2%), Regulation variabel (83.35) and implemnting of food safety‟ regulation varaibel 56.5%), while the bad perception is not well contained in Knowledge Process Food Processing and Presentation variabel (50.5 %), Knowledge of Health Problems varaibel (55.5%)."

"Kemampuan orangutan untuk mengenali sumber pakan alaminya merupakan salah satu syarat yang perlu dipenuhi sebelum hewan tersebut dilepasliarkan kembali dari fasilitas rehabilitasi seperti Sintang Orangutan Center (SOC). Tujuan dari pengamatan terhadap kemampuan orangutan rehabilitan dalam mengenali pakan alaminya adalah untuk menilai kelayakan individu tersebut untuk dilepasliarkan. Pengamatan dilakukan dari pukul 08.30 sampai 15.30 WIB setiap hari Senin, Selasa, Kamis, dan Jumat pada bulan Januari – Maret 2024 menggunakan metode focal animal sampling dan ad libitum untuk mengamati kemampuan orangutan rehabilitan dalam mengenali sumber pakan alaminya. Individu yang diamati merupakan orangutan kandidat rilis dengan nama Awin, Kingkong, Tom, dan Oli. Aktivitas harian dan penggunaan tajuk juga digunakan sebagai data penunjang. Individu Awin mengenali 27 jenis pakan dengan preferensi berupa buah kempilik (Lithocarpus lucidus), buah bungkang (Syzygium polyanthum), dan buah kayu (Muntingia calabura). Individu Kingkong mengenali 38 jenis pakan dengan preferensi buah kempilik, buah bungkang, dan kubal (Willughbeia angustifolia). Individu Tom mengenali 39 jenis pakan dengan preferensi serit (Scleria sp.), buah leban (Vitex pinnata), dan kempilik serta semut dengan jumlah yang sama. Individu Oli mengenali 20 jenis pakan dengan preferensi daun muda entelang (Garcinia parvifolia), semut, dan rayap. Standar internasional yang digunakan sebagai syarat pelepasliaran orangutan adalah mengenali setidaknya 25 jenis makanan lokal, dan tiga dari empat individu orangutan kandidat rilis sudah memenuhi syarat tersebut. Individu Awin, Kingkong, dan Tom sudah memenuhi salah satu syarat untuk dilepasliarkan, sedangkan individu Oli masih butuh waktu lebih banyak untuk pembelajaran di sekolah hutan.

The ability of orangutans to recognize their natural food sources is one of the prerequisites for release into the wild from rehabilitation facilities like Sintang Orangutan Center (SOC). This study aims to observe the ability of rehabilitant orangutans to recognize their natural food sources and ultimately assess the suitability of said individual for release into the wild. Monitoring was conducted from 08.30 to 15.30 WIB four times a week on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays of January through March in the year 2024 using focal animal sampling and ad libitum method to observe the ability of rehabilitant orangutans to recognize their natural food sources. Individuals used as subjects are release candidates Awin, Kingkong, Tom, and Oli. Daily activities and canopy preference were recorded as supplementary data. Awin recognized 27 kinds of food with preference for Lithocarpus lucidus, Syzygium polyanthum, and Muntingia calabura. Kingkong recognized 38 kinds of food with preference for Lithocarpus lucidus, Syzygium polyanthum, and Willughbeia angustifolia. Tom recognized 39 kinds of food with preference for Scleria sp., Vitex pinnata, and Lithocarpus lucidus as well as ants with the same eating frequency. Oli recognized 20 kinds of food with preference for Garcinia parvifolia, ants, and termites. The standard prerequisite for release into the wild used internationally stated that at minimum, the orangutan should be able to recognize at least 25 kinds of food, with at least half available year-round. Three of the four release candidates have met the requirement, with only Oli needing more time in the forest school."

"Biaya logistic menjadi parameter untuk meningkatkan performa bisnis, dengan menekan biaya logistic, pengeluaran dapat dialokasikan kepada bagian yang dapat meningkatkan performa industry baik dari segi social, maupun secara environmental. PT. IMARI dan Rumah Sakit Medika Permata Hijau melakukan penyelenggaraan makanan terhadap pasien memiliki permasalahan biaya pengadaan bahan baku belum mendapatkan biaya yang optimal. Dengan menggunakan Dynamic Lot-Sizing, Biaya logistic PT. IMARI dapat berkurang sehingga dapat dialokasikan untuk pengolahan dan manajemen makanan sisa, Peramalan permintaan dilakukan dengan menggunakan Winters Method karena data pasien dan permintaan mengikuti tren musiman di Indonesia. Implikasi penelitian bahwa dengan menggunakan Algorithma Wagner-Within, biaya logistic dapat berkurang hingga 18% dalam periode 12 hari.

Logistics costs are one of a parameter to improve business performance, by reducing logistics costs, budget spending can be allocated to sections that can improve industry performance both in terms of social and environmental aspects. PT. IMARI and Medika Permata Hijau Hospital conduct food distribution for patients having problems with the cost of procuring raw materials especially Perishable Product has not yet received optimal costs. By using Dynamic LotSizing, the logistic costs of PT. IMARI can be reduced so that it can be allocated for processing and remaining food management. Demand forecasting is done using the Winters Method because patient data and demand follow seasonal trends in Indonesia. The research implication is that by using the Wagner-Within Algorithms, logistics costs can be reduced by up to 18% in a 12 day period."
