Therefore, the article will focus its analysis on the fundamental questions of "why" and "how" should Kemlu's national and strategic role be re-addressed, further directed, and strengthened in the context of the WTO negotiations. The analysis shall also examine the form of Kemlu strategic plans, initiatives, and specific undertakings that should be formulated and adopted in the context of enhancing its roles in the Indonesian Nationals Trade Negotiations Team and in the WTO negotiations."
