"Seorang bidan memiliki peran penting dalam pencapaian cakupan K4. Karena bidan memiliki peran dan fungsi dalam memberikan pelayanan/asuhan kebidanan baik individu, kelompok ataupun masyarakat. Untuk kabupaten tojo una-una sendiri salah satu penyebab tidak terpenuhinya target cakupan antenatal k4 yaitu disebabkan oleh kurangnya tenaga kesehatan khususnya tenaga bidan terlihat dari tidak seimbangnya jumlah bidan yang tersebar di 13 puskesmas yaitu sebanyak 88 orang dan jumlah desa yang menjadi wilayah kerja dinas kesehatan tojo una-una yaitu sebanyak 133 desa. Hal ini menyebabkan ketidak seimbangan beban kerja bagi bidan yang menyebabkan penurunan kinerja bidan dalam melaksanakan peran dan berdampak bagi pelaksanaan pelayanan program Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak khususnya cakupan kunjungan antenatal K4. Menurut Bahuri (2003) cakupan pelayanan antenatal K4 tersebut menggambarkan bahwa tingkat perlindungan kesehatan ibu hamil masih rendah, juga merupakan indikasi belum optimalnya kinerja bidan di desa dalam pelayanan antenatal. Kinerja bidan adalah penampilan kerja seorang bidan dalam melaksanakan kegiatan tugas pokok fungsi kegiatan administrasi dan kegiatan pembinaan yang dapat mendukung keberhasilan tugas-tugasnya. Dengan demikian kinerja keberhasilan yang di perlihatkan oleh bidan tersebut dapat diukur dengan cakupan K4 ( Ristriani dkk,2000 dalam Erlina, 2011). Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah diketahuinya faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan peran bidan dalam pencapaian cakupan k4 di Kabupaten Tojo Una-una. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen yaitu variabel individu, variabel organisasi dan variabel psikologis terhadap variabel dependen yaitu peran bidan dalam pencapaian cakupan K4 maka penelitian dilakukan dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif serta rancangan penelitian cross sectional atau potong lintang dimana pengumpulan data dan variabel-variabel diamati secara bersamaan."

Jarak antara area perumahan dan pusat PAUD dapat menciptakan hambatan akses, memperburuk ketidaksetaraan dalam penyediaan pendidikan anak usia dini. Selain itu, kurangnya kesadaran dan keterlibatan orang tua karena gaya hidup perkotaan yang sibuk melemahkan upaya untuk mempromosikan pendidikan anak usia dini. Keterlibatan orang tua yang terbatas menghambat akses anak-anak ke program PAUD berkualitas dan layanan dukungan, yang berdampak pada perkembangan mereka secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya menyediakan ruang yang didedikasikan bagi anak-anak untuk tumbuh, bermain, dan belajar, serta memfasilitasi kebutuhan anak usia dini untuk bereksplorasi dan bermain dengan aman.

In the rush of urban development, the needs of the youngest residents—children—are frequently overlooked. This research highlights the critical importance of developing early childhood education (PAUD) in urban environments. Urban areas often lack sufficient open spaces, making it challenging to find suitable areas for building PAUD facilities or playgrounds that meet safety and regulatory standards. Accessibility and transportation challenges faced by urban families exacerbate this issue, especially for those without reliable transportation options. The distance between residential areas and PAUD centers can create barriers to access, further exacerbating inequalities in early childhood education provision. Additionally, the lack of parental awareness and engagement due to busy urban lifestyles undermines efforts to promote early childhood education. Limited parental involvement hampers children's access to quality PAUD programs and support services, hindering their overall development. This study emphasizes the importance of providing dedicated spaces for children to grow, play, and learn, and facilitating the needs of early childhood children to explore and play safely."

"[ABSTRAKTesis ini membahas mengenai analisis raskin dan dampaknya terhadapkesejahteraan RTS-PM. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka, dokumen dan metode survey. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tepat sasaran dan tepat jumlah raskin serta mengukur dampaknya terhadap kesejahteraan RTS-PM dengan path analysis. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 103 orang dengan populasi sensus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tepat sasaran yang sedang dan tepat jumlah yang tinggi di desa Toliba dan desa Sumoli. Struktur analisis jalur raskin menunjukkan dampak raskin terhadap kesejahteraan RTS-PM sebesar 10,7 persen dan pengaruh error varian sebesar 89 persen.
