An annotated translation is a translation with a translator’s commentary on the chosen equivalence. This annotated translation uses a fairy tale as the source text. Various aspects should be considered because the target readers of the translation are children. While translating, semantic method is applied so that the esthetical element of the source text can be maintained. Communicative method is also applied to increase readability. Dictionaries and internet websites are used as information sources. Translation problems that were found during the translation process are figurative languages and cultural words. Various translation procedures are applied to solve the problems before they are annotated. Translating for children, which requires the translator to adopt a child’s point of view, gives some valuable experiences and new knowledge."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh rasio elektrifikasi terhadap IPM di Indonesia secara umum dan secara khusus, yaitu analisis spesifik terhadap provinsi yang sudah dipisahkan menjadi berbagai kategori. Lambatnya laju pertumbuhan IPM dan tidak meratanya IPM di berbagai provinsi mendorong pemerintah untuk mengupayakan solusi yang tepat untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Salah satu upaya yang bisa dilakukan adalah dengan mendorong rasio elektrifikasi yang merata antar provinsi. Rasio elektrifikasi diketahui mempunyai peranan penting dalam meningkatkan seluruh indikator dalam IPM, yaitu ekonomi, kesehatan dan pendidikan.  Penelitian ini menggunakan data panel 33 provinsi pada tahun 2010-2018, dengan metode estimasi fixed effect. Hasil empiris menunjukkan bahwa secara umum rasio elektrifikasi memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap IPM. Sedangkan pengaruh rasio elektrifikasi pada berbagai kategori provnisi menunjukkan hasil yang bisa bernilai positif atau negatif. Rasio elektrifikasi mempunyai pengaruh terbesar pada sub kategori provinsi yang mempunyai PDRB rendah, IPM rendah dan kinerja PDRB rendah  IPM rendah.

This study aims to analyze the effect of the electrification ratio on HDI in Indonesia for general and specific purpose: with a specific analysis of provinces divided into various categories. The slow growth rate of HDI and the disparity of HDI in various provinces has pushed the government to work out the right solution to overcome these problems. One effort that can be done is to encourage an equal electrification ratio between provinces. The electrification ratio is known to have an important role in improving all indicators in HDI, which include economy, health and education. This study uses panel data from 33 provinces in 2010-2018, with the fixed effect estimation method. The empirical results show that in general the electrification ratio has a positive effect on HDI. Meanwhile, the effect of the electrification ratio in various categories of provinces shows that the results can be positive or negative. The electrification ratio has the greatest effect on the sub-categories of provinces that have low GRDP, low HDI and low IPM low GRDP performance."
